Matt Elliott and Tom Heraty of NAI Robert Lynn represented the undisclosed landlord in the lease negotiations. John Jinks of Formation Real Estate LLC represented the tenant, Fun Town RV.

HOUSTON — Commando Pressure Control Inc., a provider of pressure solutions for the hydraulic fracturing industry, has signed a 14,100-square-foot industrial lease renewal within Four Seasons Business Park in northwest Houston. Jack Gaffney and John Buckley of Houston-based Finial Group represented the undisclosed landlord in the lease negotiations. The representative of the tenant was not disclosed.
OMAHA, NEB. — Omaha National Insurance Group has signed a 53,274-square-foot office lease at Embassy Plaza in Omaha. The insurance group will occupy space within Suite 300 of the property, which is located at 9110 W. Dodge Road. Connor Lund and Spencer Secor of Cushman & Wakefield | Lund Co. represented the landlord, Horse CF-Embassy LLC. Marc Siemers and Eric Renner of OMNE Partners represented the tenant, which is moving from another location.
VICTOR, N.Y. — Dick’s Sporting Goods (NYSE: DKS) has opened a 100,000-square-foot store known as House of Sport at Eastview Mall in Victor, located in western New York. The store features a 17,000-square-foot outdoor turf field and running track, a rock-climbing wall, batting cage, golf driving bays and a health and wellness area for customers dealing with athletic injuries. The Pittsburgh-based retailer plans to open a second House of Sport store in Knoxville, Tenn., later this year.
NEW YORK CITY — Locally based landlord Helmsley Spear LLC has negotiated a 43,542-square-foot office lease with Quest Workspaces at 48 Wall Street in Manhattan’s Financial District. The flexible workspace provider will occupy the entire 10th, 11th and 12th floors. Andrew Simon, James Emden and Randy Sherman represented Helmsley Spear on an internal basis. Laura Kozelouzek represented Quest Workspaces, also on an internal basis.
DALLAS — Gulf Relay, a third-party logistics company based in Mississippi, has signed a 350,150-square-foot industrial lease at Crossroads Trade Center 1 in South Dallas. The company currently operates out of Coppell, and the new lease raises its total footprint in the metroplex to roughly 460,000 square feet. Ward Richmond and James Ewing of Colliers International represented Gulf Relay in the lease negotiations. Kurt Griffin and Nathan Orbin of Cushman & Wakefield, along with internal agents Jack Stamets and Andy Lowe, represented the landlord, New York-based Clarion Partners.
READING, PA. — North Carolina-based South Atlantic Packaging Corp. has signed a 133,055-square-foot industrial lease at 1091 Arnold Road in the Eastern Pennsylvania city of Reading. CBRE represented the landlord, an affiliate of Link Logistics Real Estate, in the lease negotiations. Del Markward of Markward Group represented the tenant.
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS — Lee & Associates has negotiated a 39,812-square-foot industrial lease at 415 Bank St. in the Fort Worth suburb of Southlake. The space is located within Southlake Business Park, a three-building, 182,129-square-foot complex. Mark Graybill of Lee & Associates represented the tenant, logistics firm Technical Transportation, in the lease negotiations. Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Southlake Industrial.
NORWALK, CONN. — Car dealer Garavel Automotive will open a 34,502-square-foot Subaru dealership at the site of the former Best Friends Pet Hotel in Norwalk, located in the southern coastal part of the state. The dealer acquired the 2.3-acre site at 520 Main Ave. for $3.9 million. Jeffrey Gage and Robert Crane of CBRE represented the seller, Morganth Properties LLC, in the land deal. Dan DiBuono of Tower Realty Corp. represented Garavel Automotive.
THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS — CBRE has negotiated a 120,454-square-foot office lease expansion at Sierra Pines II in The Woodlands, about 30 miles north of Houston. The tenant, Linde Engineering, now requires more space following its merger with Connecticut-based Praxair. The newly formed company is now the world’s largest industrial gas supplier. Kevin Saxe and Jon Lee of CBRE represented Linde in the lease negotiations. Brad Fricks of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, VEREIT.
