MIAMI BEACH, FLA. — The Lincoln Road Business Improvement District (BID) has announced a new wave of retailers and restaurants opening on Lincoln Road, the retail high street of Miami Beach. The new concepts include All’Antico Vinaio, an Italian sandwich concept that will occupy 1,793 square feet at 647 Lincoln Road; Che by Chelsey, an apparel concept that opened its 675-square-foot boutique at 830 Lincoln Road in May; and Davinci Gelato, which opened its 1,350-square-foot gelato shop at 645 Lincoln Road in May. Other newcomers will include Prince Street Pizza and Negroni Caffe & Sushi Bar, which will open before the end of the year, as well as Noble 33’s Mediterranean dining concept Meduza Mediterrania, which will open in 2026. Additionally, Victoria’s Secret and PINK have relocated to a newly built-out space spanning 7,500 square feet at 900-904 Lincoln Road, and Beverly Hills-based Alo Yoga will open a new flagship spanning 13,480 square feet at 100 Lincoln Road, a space that has been vacant for a few years.

FRISCO, TEXAS — Brightline Dealer Advisors has signed a 10,601-square-foot office lease at HALL Park in Frisco. The automotive insurance brokerage firm is relocating from nearby Addison and has committed to The Tower at HALL Park, a 16-story building, for 10 years. Michael Griffin of Transwestern represented the tenant, which plans to take occupancy of its new space in November, in the lease negotiations. Kim Butler, Rena Padachy and Brad Gibson represented the landlord, HALL Group, on an internal basis.
SOMERSET, N.J. — Scentbird has signed a 116,530-square-foot industrial lease in the Northern New Jersey community of Somerset. The provider of customized fragrance subscriptions is taking space at Cottontail Logistics Center, a two-building, 236,000-square-foot development. Nicholas Klacik of CBRE represented Scentbird in the lease negotiations. Kevin Dudley, Chad Hillyer and Kate Granahan, also with CBRE, represented the landlord, CBRE Investment Management, which bought the property earlier this summer.
SAN ANTONIO — Nonprofit organization Wounded Warrior Project has signed an 18,559-square-foot office lease in San Antonio. The space is located within Building 3 at University Heights Tech Center on the city’s northwest side and will be able to support about 70 employees. Brian Kates of JLL represented Wounded Warrior Project in the lease negotiations. Rob Gish represented the landlord, locally based owner-operator Worth & Associates, on an internal basis.
ADDISON, TEXAS — Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services has negotiated a 12,078-square-foot industrial lease renewal in the northern Dallas metro of Addison. The tenant, electronics repair services provider Power Clinic Inc., will maintain its space at Marsh Business Park, a multi-building development.Brian Pafford of Bradford represented the locally based landlord, GKI Industrial Dallas LLC, in the lease negotiations. Matthew Middendorf of Middendorf Commercial represented Power Clinic.
CLEVELAND — CBRE has opened its new 17,500-square-foot office on the eighth floor of Oswald Tower at 950 Main Ave. in Cleveland’s Flats neighborhood. The firm has relocated from the second floor of the same building, where it provides leasing and property management services. The new office is part of CBRE’s Workplace360 program, which features innovative technology and a variety of collaborative spaces designed to support hybrid working. CBRE has opened more than 100 Workplace360 offices across the globe. CBRE has been an anchor tenant at the Cleveland office tower since the property was built in 2013.
PARSIPPANY, N.J. — CBRE has negotiated an 85,100-square-foot industrial lease renewal in the Northern New Jersey community of Parsippany. The building at 150 Lackawanna Ave. was originally constructed in 1974. Thomas Mallaney and Denise Kokulak led the CBRE team that represented the tenant, Wieland Metal Services, in the lease negotiations. Scott Perkins of NAI James E. Hanson represented the landlord, FAO Realty LLC.
HOUSTON — Tri Point Homes has signed a 24,000-square-foot office lease renewal in West Houston. The space is located within Atrium at Park Ten, a three-story, 140,000-square-foot building in the Energy Corridor area. Florida-based investment firm Accesso owns Atrium at Park Ten. Both parties were self-represented in the lease negotiations.
SAN ANTONIO — Bank of America has renewed its 17,633-square-foot office lease at 5201 Broadway in San Antonio. The space is located in the Alamo Heights area on the city’s north side. Roger Hill of Partners Real Estate represented the undisclosed landlord in the lease negotiations. The tenant representative was also not disclosed.
NEW LENOX, ILL. — NAI Hiffman has negotiated an 87,461-square-foot medical office lease renewal for Silver Cross Hospital at 1890 Silver Cross Blvd. in New Lenox, a southwest suburb of Chicago. The 174,855-square-foot, six-story building is known as Pavilion A. Silver Cross healthcare providers occupy the first two levels as well as eight suites on the upper four levels. Other tenants in the building include the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab at Silver Cross and independent healthcare providers. Perry Higa of NAI Hiffman represented Silver Cross in the lease renewal, and Steve Brooks and Katie McReynolds of NexCore Group represented the owner, Prudential Real Estate Investors. The lease was completed far in advance of its expiration in fourth-quarter 2026.
