OVERLAND PARK, KAN. — Global business-to-business payments company TreviPay has signed a 73,000-square-foot lease to relocate its corporate headquarters to Aspiria in Overland Park. TreviPay says the new office will enable its more than 400 Kansas City-area employees to be in one location. The company, which expects to begin occupying its new space in October, is moving from 8650 College Blvd. in Overland Park. Occidental Management owns Aspiria, which is the redevelopment of the former Sprint campus. Aspiria features walking and biking trails, a 68,000-square-foot fitness center, green spaces, three conference centers, coffee shops and a cafeteria. Occidental plans to develop an additional 60 acres surrounding the campus at the corner of 119th Street and Nall Avenue. Plans call for an additional 1 million square feet of Class A office space, 380,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, a 120-room hotel and 600 multifamily units. Design planning on the long-term project is underway.

NEW YORK CITY — Global investment bank Credit Agricole CIB has signed a 167,000-square-foot office lease at 1301 Avenue of the Americas, a 1.7 million-square-foot building located between 52nd and 53rd streets in Midtown Manhattan. New York City-based Paramount Group Inc. (NYSE: PGRE) owns the 45-story building, which features a newly renovated lobby, in-building access to Rockefeller Center and 30,000 square feet of ground-floor and concourse-level retail space.

HOUSTON — Goodman Manufacturing Co., a supplier of HVAC systems, has signed a 494,000-square-foot industrial lease to occupy more than half the space at Sam Houston Distribution Center, an 833,720-square-foot speculative development on the city’s northwest side. Seth Koschak of Stream Realty Partners represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Brian Gammill, Darryl Noon, Jude Filippone and Carter Thurmond of Transwestern represented the landlord, a partnership between Transwestern Development Co. and J.P. Morgan Global Alternatives.

NEW YORK CITY — Adyen, a Dutch provider of digital payment platforms, has signed a 30,415-square-foot office lease at 71 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan’s Union Square neighborhood. The tenant will occupy 15,177 square feet on the entire 10th floor and 15,238 square feet on the entire 11th floor of the building, which was originally constructed in 1907. Rory Murphy and Thomas Hines of Transwestern represented Adyen in the lease negotiations. Mitchell Konsker, Dan Turkewitz and Ben Bass of JLL, along with internal agents Joseph Jacobson, Jonathan Ratner and Cindy Chang, represented the landlord, Madison Capital.

HANOVER PARK, ILL. — MSC Industrial Supply Co. has signed a long-term lease renewal and expansion at 1575 Hunter Road in Hanover Park. The company is a distributor of metalworking and maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) products and services. MSC is expanding its current 181,635-square-foot footprint by another 106,731 square feet and will now occupy the entire 288,368-square-foot building. The facility features 36 exterior docks, three drive-in doors, 12,000 square feet of office space and a clear height of 30 feet. It serves as MSC’s Midwest distribution hub. Ron Behm and Ken Enos of Colliers International represented MSC in the lease transaction. Britt Casey, Al Caruana and Jeff Mattella of Cushman & Wakefield represented the owner, Prologis.

TROY, MICH. — Awecomm Technologies LLC has signed a 5,112-square-foot office lease at PNC Center in Troy. The IT company is currently located at 165 Kirts Blvd. in Troy. Built in 1974 and renovated in 2002, PNC Center rises 25 stories and spans 535,000 square feet. Steve Eisenshtadt and Robert Gagniuk of Friedman Real Estate represented the undisclosed landlord in the lease transaction.

PITTSBURGH — Regional lender TriState Capital Bank Inc. (NASDAQ: TSC) has signed a 22,000-square-foot lease to occupy the entire 16th floor at 11 Stanwix Street, an office building in downtown Pittsburgh. Jason Stewart and Jeff Adams of JLL represented the landlord, a partnership between M&J Wilkow and DRA Advisors, in the lease negotiations. Brendan McManus and Michael Connor of Hanna Langholz Wilson Ellis represented the tenant. The deal increases TriState’s total footprint in downtown Pittsburgh to roughly 68,000 square feet.

DALLAS ­— Bestow, a provider of digital platforms for the life insurance industry, has signed a 42,000-square-foot office lease at The Stack, a 16-story office building that recently opened in the Deep Ellum area of Dallas. The lease term is 11 years. A joint venture between Westdale Real Estate Investment & Management, Ivanhoe Cambridge and Hines owns The Stack, which consists of 210,000 square feet of office space and 15,000 square feet of retail space. Houston-based Hines plans to relocate its Dallas office to an 11,000-square-foot space within the building.

NEW YORK CITY — Private investment and management consulting firm Dorilton Capital has signed a 5,148-square-foot office lease expansion at 32 Avenue of the Americas, a 1.2 million-square-foot building located in the Tribeca area of Manhattan. The company now occupies 38,648 square feet at the property comprising the entire 26th floor and portions of the 17th and 27th floors. Robert Steinman represented the landlord, The Rudin Family, on an internal basis.

PONTOON BEACH, ILL. — IMC Outdoor Living has leased 325,944 square feet of industrial space in Gateway TradePort Building 2 in Pontoon Beach, just northeast of St. Louis. The tenant will occupy all of the remaining space within the building. IMC Outdoor Living, a division of Liberty Tire Recycling, manufactures landscaping and playground equipment from recycled rubber towers. The company plans to use the new facility for product storage and distribution while continuing to utilize its existing facility in Godfrey, Ill. Steve Stradal and George Convy of Avison Young, along with Tom Schenk of The White Co., represented the tenant in the lease transaction. JLL represented the landlord, NorthPoint Development.
