ALLEN, TEXAS — Crawford & Co., an Atlanta-based insurance servicer, has signed a 70,000-square-foot office lease in the northeastern Dallas suburb of Allen. The company is occupying space at a two-story building at 830 S. Greenville Ave. that was built in the 1990s and formerly housed the operations of HIT Entertainment. Avison Young represented the undisclosed landlord in the lease negotiations.

DALLAS — Lone Star Holdings LLC has signed a 67,066-square-foot industrial lease expansion at 3276 Quebec St. in Dallas. According to LoopNet Inc., the property is situated on 4.4 acres in the West Brookhollow submarket and totals 128,240 square feet. Canon Shoults and Maddy Canty of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, AEW Capital Management, in the lease negotiations. Jackson Hill with Fischer Co. represented the tenant.
CRANBURY, N.J. — Kislak Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. has negotiated several industrial leases totaling 26,318 square feet at Campus 130, an 85,000-square-foot industrial flex property located in the Central New Jersey city of Cranbury. Summit Solar Co., Aquabella, Guardian Protection Services and GenZ Distribution are among the new tenants to commit to space at the building. Peter Wisniewski of Kislak handled the negotiations on behalf of the tenants.
BELLEVUE, WASH. — Vulcan Real Estate, a Seattle-based owner and developer, is underway on two mixed-use developments known as 555 Tower and West Main in the central business district of Bellevue. Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) has preleased the office portion of both properties, which totals more than 2 million square feet. “We are very excited to be working with Amazon again, and we are thrilled to be kicking off our first development projects in the Bellevue CBD,” says Ada Healey, chief real estate officer for Vulcan. Bellevue is an upscale suburb of Seattle that sits on the east side of Lake Washington in the state’s Puget Sound area. “It is projects like these that will help stimulate business in Bellevue and help create jobs and opportunity — from construction jobs to new roles in hospitality and local retail — in the years to come,” adds Healey. CARROLLTON, TEXAS — Swiss American Contract Development & Manufacturing Organization (CDMO), a locally based provider of first aid products, has signed an industrial lease in the northern Dallas suburb of Carrollton. The firm is effectively doubling its footprint in North Texas by occupying 131,670 square feet of warehouse and distribution space located at 1540 Luna Road, within a half-mile from its headquarters.
PITTSBURGH — Dollar Bank, a regional lender serving Pennsylvania, Ohio and Virginia, has signed a 76,000-square-foot lease for its new office headquarters in Pittsburgh. The company will relocate from Gateway Center to a building located at 20 Stanwix St., which offers amenities such as a fitness center, conferencing facility and indoor and outdoor tenant lounges. Under the terms of the 16-year lease, Dollar Bank will occupy four floors and a ground-floor reception suite beginning in the first quarter of next year.
ALLENTOWN, PA. — NAI Summit has negotiated an 8,400-square-foot, long-term industrial lease at 1032-1036 N. Irving St. in Allentown. The property recently received more than $100,000 in capital improvements and now houses an office and a showroom in addition to warehouse space. Jay Haines of NAI Summit represented the tenant, JJC Flooring LLC, and the undisclosed landlord in the lease negotiations.
PURCHASE, N.Y. — Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) has negotiated a 25,000-square-foot office lease for law firm Milber Makris Plousadis & Seiden LLP at 100 Manhattanville Road in Purchase, located north of New York City in Westchester County. The four-story building spans 290,631 square feet, is situated on 23.8 acres and features a full-service cafeteria, fitness center and a concierge desk. Patricia Valenti of NKF represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Lawrence Ruggieri, also with NKF, represented the landlord, RPW Group Inc.
BASKING RIDGE, N.J. — Mendham Capital Management, an affiliate of Raymond James, has signed a 3,243-square-foot office lease extension in the Northern New Jersey city of Basking Ridge. Rick Genthe and Sean O’Brien of Lincoln Property Co. represented the landlord, CIG Properties, in the lease negotiations. Lee Barnes of Woodman Group represented the tenant.
CHICAGO — NorthPoint Development has selected Cushman & Wakefield to market the three remaining sites at Commerce Park Chicago. The sites offer up to an additional 1.9 million square feet of Class A industrial space. Located at the former Republic Steel site in Chicago’s Hegewisch neighborhood, Commerce Park Chicago is a 2.4 million-square-foot industrial park. Larry Goldwasser, Jason West and Colin Green of Cushman & Wakefield will represent Kansas City-based NorthPoint in both for-lease and build-to-suit opportunities.
