FORT WORTH, TEXAS — Vantage Bank Texas has signed a 15,000-square-foot office lease to be the anchor tenant at Triune Centre, a 30,000-square-foot office development at 3400 West Freeway in Fort Worth. Cullen Donohue, Seth Koschak, Chris Doggett and Vic Meyer of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, a partnership between Cornerstone Projects Group and Trident Structures, in the lease negotiations. Theron Bryant of Transwestern represented Vantage Bank Texas. Construction of the building is set to begin this quarter and to be complete next summer.

TEANECK, N.J. — Phibro Animal Health Corp. has signed a 49,577-square-foot office lease renewal at Glenpointe, a mixed-use development in the Northern New Jersey community of Teaneck that serves as the company’s global headquarters. Susan Mason and Tom Reilly of JLL represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. David Simson, Jeff Schotz, Peter Rossi, Dan Reider and Peter Kasparian of Newmark represented the landlord, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. In addition to office uses, the Glenpointe campus houses three hotels totaling roughly 700 rooms, a 26,000-square-foot fitness center and multiple food and beverage options.
TAMPA, FLA. — Two new retail tenants have opened at Westshore Marina District in Tampa. The construction of the retail portion of the 52-acre mixed-use development is currently being completed. The two new tenants are Cru Cellars and Sand Surf Co. Cru Cellars, which signed a lease in August 2019, and Sand Surf Co., which signed a lease in September 2019, are the first of several retailers that will open their doors at Marina Landings, Westshore Marina District’s 70,000-square-foot town center. Fort Lauderdale-based BTI Partners is the developer of Westshore Marina District. The 2,400-square-foot Cru Cellars wine bar and restaurant is set to open on May 10. The restaurant will serve wines-by-the-glass and cooking by executive chef Zack Sylvester. Marina Landings at Westshore Marina District is Cru Cellars’ third Tampa location. Sand Surf Co., which opened at the beginning of May, occupies 1,270 square feet of space and offers women’s and men’s apparel, as well as accessories tied to surf culture. WEST BLOOMFIELD, MICH. — D’Portier Beauty has leased 1,500 square feet at The Boardwalk, a shopping center located near the intersection of Orchard Lake and Maple roads in West Bloomfield, about 27 miles northwest of Detroit. The beauty retailer is taking space formerly occupied by Frenchie’s Modern Nail Care. Michael Murphy and Tjader Gerdom of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the landlord, Beztak Properties. GLENDALE HEIGHTS, ILL. — Associated, a supply chain solutions company, has signed a 44,300-square-foot industrial lease at 490 Windy Point Drive in Glendale Heights. The building, which will complement the company’s existing 87,000-square-foot headquarters, features 2,300 square feet of office space, recently updated interior finishes and fenced outdoor storage access. Corey Chase of Newmark represented the tenant in the lease transaction. The landlord information was undisclosed.
IRVING, TEXAS — Caterpillar Inc., the Illinois-based manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, will open a new regional office at Williams Square, a 1.4 million-square-foot office campus in Irving. Caterpillar will occupy multiple floors at Williams Square West Tower, one of the campus’ four buildings, with a projected move-in date of early 2022. The square footage of the newly designed office space has not yet been determined. PISCATAWAY, N.J. — General Plumbing Supply Inc. (GPS) has signed a 300,000-square-foot industrial lease at Piscataway Logistics Center in Northern New Jersey. The property, which is situated on a 16-acre site and features a clear height of 36 feet and ample car and trailer parking, will serve as GPS’ headquarters, showroom and distribution center. Tim Cadigan, Matthew Turse and Grant Otto of Avison Young represented the landlord, a partnership between Transwestern Development Co. and QuadReal Property Group, in the lease negotiations. FORT WORTH, TEXAS — Bighorn Construction & Reclamation has signed a 36,331-square-foot office lease extension at 777 Main in Fort Worth. The 40-story building was originally constructed in 1983. Transwestern’s Whit Kelly and Dallas Margeson represented the landlord, Brookdale Group, in the lease negotiations. The representative of the tenant was not disclosed.
CHICAGO — Calamos Investments, a global asset manager, has signed a multi-year lease for the top floors of Fulton East, a new office building located at 215 N. Peoria St. in Chicago’s Fulton Market. The new office will be in addition to the firm’s headquarters campus in Naperville. Parkside Realty Inc. developed Fulton East, which rises 12 stories and spans 90,000 square feet. The building was designed to address employee health, wellness and safety in light of COVID-19 and includes features such as a hands-free elevator system.
LENEXA, KAN. — Made in KC has leased 8,166 square feet at The District at Lenexa City Center in Kansas. Launched in 2015, Made in KC provides local Kansas City artists a platform to reach customers across the metro area. The store features work from more than 300 local artists, designers and makers, including apparel, artwork, home and goods, accessories and culinary products. The new store, located on the first floor of Penn I, will be similar to the retailer’s Kansas City location. Erin Johnston of Copaken Brooks represented the landlord on an internal basis.
