MASON, OHIO — Vanderlande Industries has signed an office lease at Governor’s Pointe Office Park in Mason, about 25 miles northeast of Cincinnati. Amsterdam-based Vanderlande, a material handling and logistics automation company, will occupy the 4705 Duke Drive building beginning in October. The 141,000-square-foot building features a marketplace and break area on the first floor as well as outdoor seating and a walking trail. Scott Abernethy and Michelle Klingenberg of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Smith/Hallemann Partners. Jeff Bender and Seattle Stein of Cushman & Wakefield represented Vanderlande.

BOLINGBROOK AND WOODRIDGE, ILL. — Lee & Associates has negotiated three industrial transactions in Chicago’s I-55 corridor. In the first transaction, Tom Condon of Lee & Associates represented the buyer, Provender Partners, in the purchase of an 81,000-square-foot building located at 525 W. Crossroads Parkway in Bolingbrook. Vern Schultz of Colliers International represented the seller, West Liberty Foods. Second, Jeff Galante of Lee & Associates represented Champion Packaging in its 283,436-square-foot lease renewal and expansion at 2501 Internationale Parkway in Woodridge. Prologis owns the building. Last, Galante, along with colleagues Terry Grapenthin and Ryan Earley, represented owner Pritzker Realty Group on a 406,777-square-foot lease renewal at 555 Saint James Gate in Bolingbrook. The tenant was undisclosed.

FOND DU LAC, WIS. — Caliber Collision has leased 9,071 square feet at 356 N. Peters Ave. in Fond du Lac, about 68 miles northwest of Milwaukee. The auto repair shop will occupy space at the former Forest Mall, which closed in January and is undergoing demolition. David Baker of Mid-America Real Estate-Wisconsin LLC represented the landlord, ATR Corinth Forest LLC. Tenant representation was undisclosed.

HOUSTON — Web hosting firm HostGator has signed a 38,582-square-foot office lease at 5005 Mitchelldale St. in northwest Houston. According to LoopNet Inc., the property was built in 1981 and spans 75,900 square feet. Don Foster and Ed Prejean of JLL represented HostGator in the lease negotiations. Michelle Wogan and Paula Musa of Transwestern represented the landlord.

IRVING, TEXAS — G2 Secure Staff, which provides a range of services like cabin cleaning and customer support to the aviation industry, has signed a 11,315-square-foot office lease at Canal Centre, a 10-story office building located at 400 E. Las Colinas Blvd. in Irving. Lucas Kay, Garrett Gibbons Jr., Reggie Beavan III, Andy Iversen, Chris Mason, John Beach and Trace Elrod of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Sunwest Real Estate Group represented the landlord.

NEW YORK CITY — FTI Consulting Inc., a publicly traded global advisory firm, has signed a 120,720-square-foot office lease at 1166 Avenue of the Americas in Manhattan. The company will occupy the 14th, 15th and 16th floors of the 1.6 million-square-foot building as its New York City headquarters. Paul Glickman, Jonathan Fanuzzi, Cynthia Wasserberger, Diana Biasotti and Jeffrey Sussman of JLL represented the landlord, Edward J. Minskoff Equities Inc., in the lease negotiations. Connor Faught, Brian Given, Sheena Gohil, Robert Gallucci and Jim Southard of Colliers International, along with in-house representatives Daniel Johnson and Chuck Cerria Jr., represented FTI Consulting. Trevor Adler and Ida Phair of law firm Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP advised the property owner in the transaction. Bruce Saber, Genta Stafaj and Samuel Grubner of DLA Piper LLP provided legal counsel to the tenant.

PHILADELPHIA — Designer Shoe Warehouse (DSW) has opened a 15,616-square-foot store at Fashion District Philadelphia, a shopping, dining and entertainment destination in the Center City neighborhood. DSW’s opening comes on the heels of the debuts of tenants such as Kate Spade Outlet and Industrious, as well as the re-openings of Candytopia and Wonderspaces. Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT) owns Fashion District Philadelphia.

HARRISON, N.Y. — CBRE has negotiated a 12,900-square-foot office lease expansion at 440 Mamaroneck Ave. in Harrison, located near the New York-Connecticut border. The tenant, Stillman Management Realty, renewed its 8,000-square-foot lease and committed to an additional 4,900 square feet. Bud Wiesenberg and Bob Caruso of CBRE represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. RPW Group owns the building.

MIDLAND, TEXAS — Dick’s Sporting Goods will open a 45,000-square-foot store at Simon’s Property Group’s Midland Park Mall in West Texas. The grand opening will be held over the course of this weekend. The enclosed shopping and dining destination was built in 1980 and is currently anchored by J.C. Penney, Bealls and Ross Dress for Less. Pittsburgh-based Dick’s Sporting Goods, which also opened three new stores in Northeastern malls this month, as well as one in metro Atlanta, is backfilling an anchor space at Midland Park Mall that was previously occupied by Dillard’s.

NEW YORK CITY — Los Angeles-based City National Bank has signed a 35,643-square-foot office lease renewal at 1140 Avenue of the Americas in Manhattan. The company has committed to an additional 10 years at the 250,000-square-foot building and will also open a 3,400-square-foot branch on the ground floor as part of the new agreement. Todd Korren of Avison Young represented the landlord, an affiliate of New York City REIT, in the lease negotiations. Lynn Williams and Jeffrey Welch of CBRE represented the tenant.
