HOUSTON — PCS Software Inc., a Houston-based software management firm that serves the transportation and logistics industries, has signed a 25,772-square-foot office lease at the 35-acre CityWest campus in Houston. J.P. Hutcheson represented the landlord, Parkway, in the lease negotiations on an internal basis. Jay Kyle and Bob Parsley of Colliers International represented the tenant.

HOUSTON — NAI Partners has negotiated a 7,613-square-foot retail lease for Sally Beauty Holdings Inc. at Cypress Landing Shopping Center, located at 3040 FM 1960 E. in North Houston. According to LoopNet Inc., the property was built on 29.1 acres in 1980. Patrick Keegan and Jason Gaines of NAI Partners represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. The representative of the tenant was not disclosed.
BOSTON — Gene editing firm CRISPR Therapeutics has signed a 263,500-square-foot life sciences lease at The 105, a new development in Boston’s Seaport District by Breakthrough Properties. Construction of The 105 began earlier this year and is expected to be complete in early 2022. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Newmark Knight Frank represented Breakthrough Properties, which was launched in 2019 by New York City-based Tishman Speyer and biotech investment firm Bellco Capital. Gene editing refers to technologies that give scientists the ability to change an organism’s DNA.
MONEE, ILL. — Midwest Custom Case Inc. has leased a 239,700-square-foot warehouse at 25975 Cleveland Ave. in Monee, about 40 miles south of Chicago. The designer and manufacturer of store fixture products will relocate from 425 Crossing Drive in University Park once the lease commences this fall. The facility features a clear height of 30 feet, 25 docks, four drive-in doors and 5,265 square feet of office space. Jim Estus and Matthew Stauber of Colliers International represented the tenant. The landlord was undisclosed.
HAZELWOOD, MO. — Avison Young has negotiated a 124,952-square-foot industrial lease on behalf of Elite Printing & Packaging at Hazelwood TradePort in Hazelwood, about 20 miles northwest of St. Louis. Elite outgrew its former space in Wentzville. Timothy Convy and Brian Kelley of Avison Young represented Elite in the lease at Hazelwood TradePort, which is owned by NorthPoint Development. The long-term lease is for space at 1601 TradePort Drive.

According to LoopNet Inc., the property was built in 1986 and spans 63,706 square feet. Brett Lewis and George Tanghongs of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Boston-based Cabot Properties, in the lease negotiations. Jimmy Pham of Concept Commercial Realty represented the tenant, AB Moving.
PORTLAND, MAINE — Accounting and consulting firm BerryDunn has signed an 87,906-square-foot office lease for its new headquarters at 2211 Congress Street in Portland. The company will relocate from 100 Middle Street, where it has operated for the last 30 years, beginning in early 2021. Chris Paszyc and Jessica Estes of The Boulos Company represented BerryDunn in the site selection and lease negotiations. Drew Sigfridson, Craig Young and Jon Rizzo of Boulos worked with Tim Stewart of Cushman & Wakefield to represent the landlord, insurance provider Unum. The building is set to undergo a capital improvement program that will include the build-out of a fitness center and micro-market.
RICHMOND, VA. — Family Insight PC, an organization that helps treat mental health and substance use disorders, has signed a 9,926-square-foot lease within One Paragon Place in Richmond. The building is located at 6800 Paragon Place, eight miles northwest of downtown Richmond. The landlord is Map Ground Lease Owner LLC. John Jay Schwartz of The Man with Square Feet represented the tenant in the transaction.
EDGERTON, KAN. — Propak Corp. has subleased 156,401 square feet of industrial space from Triumph Structures in Edgerton, which is located in Johnson County and south of Kansas City. The Class A facility is located at 31800 W. 196th St. within Logistics Park Kansas City. Propak is a provider of logistics, transportation and supply chain management solutions. Mark Long, John Hassler and Michael Maloney of Newmark Grubb Zimmer negotiated the sublease. Bob Pielsticker and Joseph Orscheln of CBRE assisted in lease negotiations.
