DETROIT — Saucy Brew Works will open a new brewpub and coffeehouse in Detroit’s Brush Park neighborhood. The opening is slated for March 3. The 5,700-square-foot space will be the first restaurant within Bedrock’s City Modern apartment development. Guests will enjoy a variety of beers and specialty coffees in addition to food offerings such as appetizers, sandwiches, wings and pizza. In response to COVID-19, Saucy Brew Works will provide hand sanitizer, masks, six-foot table distancing and floor markers for spacing. Residents of City Modern will receive a 20 percent discount. This is the fourth location for Saucy Brew Works, which maintains restaurants in Cleveland, Columbus and Orange, Ohio.

MEMPHIS, TENN. — Unis LLC, a third-party logistics provider (3PL), has signed a 474,000-square-foot lease for fulfillment space in the Southeast industrial submarket of Memphis. The California-based firm will occupy space at 4400-4500 Quality Drive within Southpark, a Class A development situated near the BNSF Railway Company Intermodal Facility. Patrick Walton of CBRE represented the landlord, Dawson Logistics Assets LLC, an affiliate of Mapletree Investments, in the lease transaction. Jessican Chen of Kander Pacific Inc. represented the tenant. The new lease will bring Unis Memphis footprint to more than 600,000 square feet.

HUNTSVILLE, ALA. — Bayer Properties has signed leases with The Cheesecake Factory and Main Event Entertainment at Bridge Street Town Centre, a mixed-use development in Huntsville. Cheesecake Factory is expected to open this winter, while Main Event will be open by 2022. The Cheesecake Factory has 209 full-service restaurants, and the new Bridge Street Town Centre location will mark the company’s first in the Huntsville market and the second in Alabama. The restaurant will be located on the south end of the property in a 7,350-square-foot space, next to Barnes & Noble and across from P.F. Chang’s. Main Event at Bridge Street Town Centre will be the company’s first location in the state of Alabama, and its location at Bridge Street Town Centre will open near the Panera Bread. Bridge Street Town Centre features a mix of more than 50 unique-to-market brands and specialty stores, as well as a variety of market-exclusive restaurants. The property is also home to more than 207,000 square feet of Class A office space that is fully leased, as well as a 232-room Westin hotel, 150-room Element by Westin hotel, 244-unit Seleno luxury apartment complex and a recently opened 131-room Hyatt Place Hotel. SOUTH BRUNSWICK, N.J. — An undisclosed wholesale distributor of home furnishings and housewares has signed a 192,000-square-foot industrial lease in South Brunswick, located in between Trenton and Newark. San Francisco-based Terreno Realty Corp. (NYSE: TRNO) owns the property. The lease term is 10 years.

DURHAM, N.C. — Trinity Capital Advisors has signed cancer research firm Charles River Laboratories Inc. to a 70,639-square-foot lease for life sciences space within Park Point, an adaptive reuse research and development campus in Durham’s Research Triangle Park. The tenant’s North Carolina Oncology Center of Excellence operation will occupy the space at the park’s Edge West Building. In 2019, Trinity Capital acquired Park Point, a 100-acre office campus situated near Duke University. The ownership is investing $160 million to redevelop the property into a 655,800-square-foot life sciences campus. GRAIL Inc., an early cancer detection firm, will anchor Park Point when it moves into its 200,000-square-foot space in March. Park Point’s amenities will include athletic fields, walking trails, a fitness center, conference and training center, gathering areas and a coffee shop/café. Bill Sandridge, Brendan Callahan and Caitlyn Kinnaird of JLL represented Charles River Laboratories in the lease transaction. Doug Cook of Cushman & Wakefield and William Allen of Trinity Partners handle life sciences and creative office leasing at Park Point, respectively. HOUSTON — Vroom, a New York City-based automotive retailer and online marketplace, has signed a 102,500-square-foot office lease at Westchase Park II in Houston. The 569,825-square-foot office complex comprises two buildings and a freestanding amenity center that houses a Citrus Kitchen restaurant, a fitness center with full-service locker rooms and a tenant conference center. Louie Crapitto of JLL represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Eric Anderson, Parker Burkett and Katy Gragg of Transwestern represented the undisclosed landlord. The lease brings the building’s occupancy rate to 92 percent.

TAMPA AND BRANDENTON, FLA. — Conn’s HomePlus, a furniture, mattress and home appliances retailer, will open a store in Tampa’s Horizon Park shopping center and Bradenton’s Cortez Plaza on Feb. 5. The stores will combine to span more than 87,000 square feet. Horizon Park is located at 3908 W. Hillsborough Ave., six miles northeast of downtown Tampa. Cortez Plaza is situated at 4495 14th St. W., 43 miles south of downtown Tampa. Conn’s plans to host grand opening events at each store this spring. The Woodlands, Texas-based retailer operates 149 locations in 15 states.

EAST WINDSOR, N.J. — National Tree Co., a New Jersey-based provider of decorative Christmas items, has signed a 608,442-square-foot industrial lease in East Windsor, a suburb of Trenton. The tenant will occupy the entirety of the building at 150 Milford Road, which is owned by Nevada-based Dermody Properties, for the next seven years. Andrew Warren with Atlantic Real Estate Services represented National Tree Co. in the lease negotiations. Mindy Lissner of CBRE represented the landlord.

EL SEGUNDO, CALIF. — Beyond Meat Inc. (NASDAQ: BYND), a producer of plant-based meat replacement products, has signed a 12-year lease for a 300,000-square-foot corporate headquarters less than one mile south of Los Angeles International Airport at 888. N. Douglas St. in El Segundo. The headquarters will be located within a four-building, 550,000-square-foot creative office and industrial campus currently under development by Hackman Capital Partners, which is scheduled for completion this spring. Beyond Meat’s offices are set to open in fall of this year and will include advanced research labs and incubator spaces for the development of new technologies and more innovative products.
