MOUNT OLIVE, N.J. — Cushman & Wakefield has negotiated a 102,839-square-foot industrial sublease for game publisher and manufacturer Breaking Games LLC in Mount Olive, located 50 miles west of New York City. The space is located within 200 International Drive, an approximately 217,500-square-foot industrial property that was constructed in 1984. The building features 24-foot clear heights, nine loading docks and approximately 6,000 square feet of office space. The property also offers convenient access to Interstate 80 and State Route 46. JEFFERSONVILLE, IND. — Chicken Salad Chick is set to open its first restaurant in Indiana within the Louisville suburb of Jeffersonville. Located at 1520 Veterans Parkway, the restaurant is set to open on Tuesday, June 16. The first 100 guests will receive free chicken salad for a year. Chicken Salad Chick is following state guidelines for the coronavirus and will open the Jeffersonville restaurant at limited capacity with social distancing measures in place. The location features a drive-thru and outdoor seating. Karen and Jon Riddle of Derby City Chicks LLC are the new franchise owners.
MEDFORD, MASS. — Cresa has negotiated a 41,000-square-foot office lease for healthcare data collection company ERT in Medford, a northern suburb of Boston. The space is located within One Cabot Road, a 308,954-square-foot, Class A office building. The building features a 10,000-square-foot outdoor patio, fitness center and convenient access to the MBTA transit line. The lobby is undergoing renovations that will be complete this summer and will include a new coffee bar. ERT will move its office from Hood Park in Boston’s Charlestown neighborhood to One Cabot Road in January 2021. Jeff Baker and Matt George of Cresa represented ERT in the lease negotiations. DALLAS —Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) and E. Smith Advisors, a brokerage firm headed by former Cowboys running back Emmitt Smith, has secured a 50,000-square-foot office lease renewal at Campbell Centre in Dallas. John Wolf and Sara Fredericks of NKF represented the tenant, Istation, a provider of electronic education services, in the lease negotiations. The duo credited the Cowboys legend in facilitating their relationship with Istation, which is headquartered at the property. Haberman & Haberman owns Campbell Centre, a development that was built in 1978 and totals 322,382 square feet.
DALLAS — Stream Realty Partners has negotiated a 10,068-square-foot industrial lease renewal at Manana I-35 Business Center in northwest Dallas. The property is located at 10730-10768 N. Stemmons Freeway. Drew Feagin and Todd Poticny of Stream represented the landlord, DRA Advisors, in the lease negotiations. Whitebox Real Estate represented the tenant, Plant Interscapes Inc., a provider of plants and landscaping materials for office buildings.
PLAINFIELD, IND. — Mygrant Glass Co. has inked a 69,005-square-foot industrial lease at the newly built Gateway V distribution center located at 845 Airtech Parkway in Plainfield near the Indianapolis International Airport. California-based Mygrant is an independent distributor of auto glass. The company plans to move into the facility in the fourth quarter once interior improvements are completed. The 262,758-square-foot Gateway V, owned by HSA Commercial Real Estate, is now 75 percent leased. The other building tenants are Safran Nacelles and LifeNet. Developed on a speculative basis and delivered in 2019, Gateway V features a clear height of 32 feet, 30 truck docks, four drive-in doors, 185 car parking stalls and 70 trailer positions. Terry Busch and Jared Scaringe of CBRE represented ownership in the new lease. Michael Jeppesen of IPG Commercial and Michael Weishaar of Cushman & Wakefield represented Mygrant. HSA has developed six buildings totaling approximately 900,000 square feet at Gateway Business Park.
LENEXA, KAN. — DaVinci Roofscapes has signed a 66,883-square-foot industrial lease at 13900 W. 101st St. in Lenexa. The Lenexa-based company is a supplier of roofing and siding and is expanding its warehousing needs. Mike VanBuskirk, Chris Robertson, Seamus McLaughlin and Tommy Gentry of Newmark Grubb Zimmer negotiated the lease transaction. The 111,883-square-foot building is now fully leased. The landlord was undisclosed.
LAREDO, TEXAS — Freight Dispatch Service Agency Ltd. has signed a 131,718-square-foot industrial lease to occupy the entirety of I-35 Logistics Center, a speculative development located in the Rio Grande Valley city of Laredo. Construction of the property, which features 32-foot clear heights, 73 trailer parking spaces and an ESFR sprinkler system, began in August 2019 and was completed in April. Josh Aguilar of CBRE represented the owner and developer, a partnership between Fort Worth-based Tailwind Real Estate Equities and Gulf Corp., in the lease negotiations. Joey Ferguson of NAI Swisher & Martin Realty represented the tenant.
NEW YORK CITY — Colliers International has negotiated a 12,724-square-foot office lease for independent life insurance brokerage firm Winged Keel Group in Midtown Manhattan. The space is located on the 44th floor of One Grand Central Place, a 52-story, 1.2 million-square-foot office building at 122 East 42nd St. Other tenants include JPMorgan Chase, First Republic Bank and Charles Schwab. Reid Longley and Robert Kennedy of Colliers International represented Winged Keel Group in the lease negotiations. Julie Christiano and Leslie Nadel represented the landlord, Empire State Realty Trust Inc., on an internal basis along with William Cohen, Scott Klau, Erik Harris and Neil Rubin of Newmark Knight Frank.

HEREFORD, PA. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $1.9 million sale of a 4,147-square-foot net-leased retail property in Hereford, approximately 50 miles northwest of Philadelphia. Turkey Hill Minit Market is the tenant. Located at 3664 Seisholtzville Road, the property was constructed in 1991 and offers proximity to State Route 100. Derrick Dougherty and Steven Garthwaite of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a limited liability company, in the transaction. The team also represented the buyer, another limited liability company. Both parties requested anonymity.
