The space is located at 491 Edward H. Ross Drive, a single-tenant building with 22-foot ceiling heights. Alfred Sanzari Enterprises is the owner and developer of the building.

HAMPTON, N.J. — CBRE has secured a 22,000-square-foot office lease in Hampton, a western suburb of New York City, for nonprofit organization The Arc of Hunterdon County. The space is located within a 277,000-square-foot office building at 53 Frontage Road. The organization plans to occupy the new space in April 2020. John Goodwin of CBRE represented The Arc of Hunterdon County in the lease negotiations. Shelbourne Global Solutions is the owner of the building.
NEWARK, N.J. — JLL has secured a 10,823-square-foot office lease extension for law firm Greenberg Dauber Epstein & Tucker in Newark. The space is situated within One Gateway, a 543,494-square-foot, Class A office building located at 7-45 Raymond Blvd. The firm signed a five-year lease extension and will continue to occupy the entire sixth floor of the building. Timothy Greiner, Blake Goodman and Colleen Maguire of JLL represented the building owner, Onyx Equities LLC.
NORTHBROOK, ILL. — IDEX Corp. has leased 39,252 square feet of office space at 3100 Sanders Road in Northbrook for its new global headquarters. The manufacturer of dispensing equipment and specialty engineered products is expected to vacate its current office in Lake Forest this summer. IDEX will occupy space on the third floor and have access to a shared conference center and auditorium. Lou Hall and Dan Wilkins of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the lease transaction. Francis Prock and Daryl Silverman of Colliers International represented the landlord, Allstate Corp.
HOUSTON — CommonGrounds Workplace, a San Diego-based provider of coworking and flexible office space, has opened a 27,747-square-foot space at Houston’s Greenway Plaza. The company’s location at the 52-acre office campus is its second in Texas. The space serves up to 458 members and features private offices and team rooms, dedicated gathering spaces, wellness rooms, video-enabled conference rooms and phone booths. HOOKS, TEXAS — Loc Performance Products Inc., a Michigan-based manufacturer that services military and commercial firms, has signed an industrial lease expansion in Hooks, located near Texarkana. The company will now occupy 22,150 square feet at TexAmericas Center, which owns and operates 3 million square feet of commercial and industrial space near the Texas-Arkansas border. Loc Performance will take occupancy of the space on Friday, Feb. 1. The move is expected to bring 20 new jobs to the trade area.
NEW YORK CITY — Financial services firm Cantor Fitzgerald has renewed a 56,170 square-foot office lease at 499 Park Avenue in the Plaza District of Midtown Manhattan. The company signed a 16-year lease for the space. The leasing is part of a larger headquarters spanning two buildings. Jared Horowitz, Neil Goldmacher and Jason Perla of Newmark Knight Frank represented Cantor Fitzgerald in the lease negotiations. Michael Jones of Cole Schotz P.C. advised Cantor Fitzgerald in the renewals of the lease agreements. Paul Amrich of CBRE represented the landlord, American Realty Advisors.
CHICAGO — Three tenants have signed office leases at 150 North Michigan, a 41-story Class A office tower in Chicago’s East Loop. The German American Chamber of Commerce of the Midwest Inc. will take a full floor and Insight Global Tech will occupy 11,469 square feet on the 36th floor. Additionally, law firm Jackson Lewis renewed its lease for 29,793 square feet on the 24th and 25th floors. Combined, the three leases total 59,321 square feet. Sara Spicklemire, Kelsey Scheive and Seth Tuscher of CBRE represented ownership, CBRE Global Investors. The 654,508-square-foot property is currently 87 percent leased and recently underwent a $7 million renovation. The property is known for its diamond-shaped peak.
GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. — Wingstop has leased 1,950 square feet in Grand Rapids for its second location in West Michigan. The chicken wing restaurant occupies space at 1633 28th St. Bill Tyson of NAI Wisinski of West Michigan assisted the tenant in the lease. Headquartered in Dallas, Wingstop operates and franchises more than 1,100 restaurants worldwide.
DEER PARK, ILL. — Digital marketing agency Logical Position has signed a 42,696-square-foot office lease at the Reserve at Deer Park in suburban Chicago. Situated on Lake Cook Road, the office building spans 85,392 square feet and six floors. Amenities include a café, fitness center and conference center. Matthew Frazee, Paul Buckingham and Brian Reaney of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. JLL represented building ownership.
