NEW YORK CITY — Colliers International has negotiated a 10,000-square-foot office lease for grocery delivery service Hungryroot in the Flatiron neighborhood of Manhattan. Hungryroot is moving to 7 West 22nd Street from its Union Square coworking office space to accommodate its everyday business functions, rising employee count and continued company growth. Sheena Gohil and Jack Senske of Colliers represented Hungryroot in the lease negotiations. Paul Amrich, Neil King, Alexander Golod and Georgina Cook of CBRE represented the landlord, Chang Realty Associates.

LEVITTOWN, PA. — NAI Mertz has secured a 67,000-square-foot office lease for mobile phone accessory manufacturer Ondigo Electronics in Levittown, a southwestern suburb of Trenton. The property is situated within Bristol Industrial Park, which is located at 37 Runway Road and was completed in 1999. Jeff Licht and Adam Lashner of NAI Mertz represented Ondigo in the lease negotiations. The team also represented the landlord, F. Greek Bristol Properties.

BOSTON — Apparel retailer Everlane has signed a 2,300-square-foot retail lease in Boston’s Seaport District. Originally launched in November 2011 as an exclusively online retailer, Everlane will open its sixth brick-and-mortar location at 125 Seaport Boulevard in Spring 2020. SHOREWOOD, ILL. — DSC Logistics has leased 375,000 square feet of industrial space at Heartland Corporate Center in Shorewood near the I-55 and I-80 interchange. The Des Plaines-based logistics company has already taken occupancy of 250,000 square feet to start processing inbound deliveries. Within the next six months, DSC will expand to the rest of its space. HSA Commercial Real Estate and Clarion Partners developed the 757,880-square-foot Heartland Corporate Center, located at 21530 SW Frontage Road. The distribution center features a clear height of 36 feet, 108 truck docks and 240 car parking spaces. David Bercu and Matthew Stauber of Colliers International represented HSA and Clarion in the lease transaction. Lynn Reich and Suzanne Serino of Colliers represented DSC.

KANSAS CITY, MO. — Honeywell has signed a 275,000-square-foot industrial lease at the multi-building CenterPoint Intermodal Center in Kansas City. Honeywell joins tenant A4 at a 450,000-square-foot building located at 14901 Andrews Road. It is now fully leased. Joe Accurso and Whitney Kerr Jr. of Cushman & Wakefield represented owner and developer, CenterPoint Development, in the lease with Honeywell.

CARTERET, N.J. — Fitness platform Peloton Interactive has signed a 156,068-square-foot industrial lease in Carteret, a western suburb of New York City. Located at 1500 Blair Road, the property features 36-foot ceilings and close access to Midtown Manhattan, Newark Liberty International Airport and the Ports of Newark and Elizabeth. Peloton began utilizing the space as a warehouse and distribution center starting in October 2019. Scott Belfer and Lou Belfer of CBRE Peloton Interactive represented Peloton in the lease negotiations. NEW YORK CITY — CBRE has negotiated a 4,800-square-foot office lease for architecture firm Populous at The Starrett-Lehigh Building in the West Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan. Populous is known for designing Yankee Stadium, Citi Field, Allianz Field and both Tottenham and Wembley Stadiums. The firm designed its own space on the 17th floor and will relocate from its Midtown location in April 2020. Evan Fiddle, Michael Movshovich, Mary Ann Tighe and Katja Volz of CBRE represented Populous in the lease negotiations. Daniel Birney and Denise Rodriguez represented the landlord, RXR Realty, on an internal basis.

PEEKSKILL, N.Y. — Regional grocer Apple Farm has signed a 25,000-square-foot retail lease at Peekskill Plaza, a 68,000-square-foot retail center in Peekskill, New York. Peekskill Plaza is now 100 percent leased to a tenant roster including CVS, McDonald’s and Trustco Bank. Joshua Jacobs of Goldschmidt & Associates represented Apple Farm in the lease negotiations. Eric Goldschmidt of Goldschmidt & Associates represented the landlord, undisclosed landlord in the lease negotiations.

LAREDO, TEXAS — Buckland Global Trade Services Inc., a Canadian freight and distribution company for the automotive and consumer goods industries, has signed a 250,000-square-foot industrial lease at Khaledi Industrial Park in the South Texas city of Laredo. The build-to-suit property fronts Interstate 35 and also offers proximity to the World Trade International Bridge, which connects to the Mexican city of Nuevo Laredo. Mike Rodriguez of Forum Commercial Real Estate arranged the lease on behalf of the tenant.

CHICAGO — Transwestern Commercial Services has secured a 45,457-square-foot office lease at 200 W. Madison in Chicago for FBRK, a membership-based work and philanthropy center dedicated to serving and supporting grant makers, family foundations and investors. Founded by former Chicago Bears football player Israel Idonije, FBRK Impact House will occupy three floors of the Class A office tower, which is owned by Multi-Employer Property Trust with BentallGreenOak as its advisor. The space includes a public work lounge and restaurant on the first floor, with membership access to offices, lounges and amenities on the second and third floors. FBRK Impact House is expected to open in March 2020. Larry Serota, Cece Conway and Holly Bailey of Transwestern represented FBRK in the site selection and lease negotiation.
