This is the 64th location for Duluth Trading, which offers men’s and women’s casual wear, workwear and accessories. The store is located at 29 Orland Square Drive. Duluth Trading is based in Mount Horeb, Wis.

FLOWER MOUND, TEXAS — Logistics firm BFS Services Inc. has signed a 126,100-square-foot industrial lease extension at Lakeside Trade Center in the Fort Worth metro of Flower Mound. According to LoopNet Inc., the property was built in 2003, renovated in 2005 and totals 462,200 square feet. Building features include 30-foot clear heights and 148-foot truck court depths. Jeremy Kelly and Sarah Ozanne of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, New York-based Clarion Partners, in the lease negotiations. Lee & Associates represented the tenant.
HOUSTON — NAI Partners has negotiated a 6,500-square-foot office lease at 15915 Katy Freeway in West Houston for software developer Resource Data Inc. Griff Bandy and Joe Bright of NAI Partners represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Michael Sieger, Lesley Rice and Andy Parrish, also with NAI Partners, represented the landlord, Dornin Investments.
TEXARKANA, TEXAS — Rowe Casa Organics, a provider of household and personal products made from organic materials, has leased 4,700 square feet of industrial space at TexAmericas Center in Texarkana. The company is effectively tripling its space at a newly renovated building. TexAmericas Center is an owner-operator of 12,000 developable acres and 3 million square feet of commercial space that serves Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Arkansas.
ALLENTOWN, PA. — Locally based brokerage firm Markward Group has negotiated a 150,000-square-foot industrial sublease at Iron Run Distribution Center in Allentown. Del Markward and Mike Capobianco of Markward Group, along with Brian Lenahan of Premier Development, represented the sublandlord, True Value, in the lease negotiations. The trio also represented the subtenant, third-party logistics firm ShipHero. Prologis owns the building.
BLUE BELL, PA. — CBRE has arranged two life sciences leases totaling 13,067 square feet at PROTECS Innovation Center, a 50,000-square-foot lab and life sciences building in the northern Philadelphia suburb of Blue Bell. Molecular diagnostics firm KorGene committed to 8,259 square feet, and pharmaceutical and biotechnology firm ThirdLaw Technologies inked a deal for 4,808 square feet. Paul Touhey and Cody Lehrer of CBRE represented the landlord, 4 Valley Square Group LP, in the lease negotiations.
WEST CHESTER, PA. — Tower Health Urgent Care will open a 4,200-square-foot clinic at Bradford Plaza, a 161,000-square-foot retail center located at 700 Downington Pike in West Chester. The grocery-anchored center houses tenants such as Petco, Dollar Tree and Orangetheory Fitness. Sidney Singer of New Jersey-based Levin Management Corp. represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Michael Reese of Jackson Cross Partners represented the tenant.
WARNER ROBINS, GA. — The Boeing Co. has signed a 21,000-square-foot office lease in Warner Robins. The aerospace company will occupy three suites within the 39,000-square-foot building located at 691 Wellborn Road. Boeing expects to move into the space in January. Built in 2004, the property is situated less than one mile from Robins Air Force Base. Patrick Barry of Coldwell Banker Commercial Eberhardt & Barry represented the undisclosed landlord in the lease transaction.
HOUSTON — Energy giant Chevron has a signed lease to be the inaugural tenant at The Ion, a 300,000-square-foot office building in Midtown Houston. The Ion is a redevelopment of the former Sears building at 4201 Main St. that targets both entrepreneurial startups and established corporate users. Houston-based Rice Management Co. owns the building, which is set to open next spring. The square footage of Chevron’s lease was not disclosed.
WESTWOOD, N.J. — CBRE has negotiated two industrial leases totaling 67,137 square feet at a 120,000-square-foot industrial facility located at 10-50 Charles St. in Westwood, about 30 miles northwest of New York City. Mavi Jeans signed a lease to occupy 42,507 square feet, and print technology firm Digital Lizard inked a deal for 24,630 square feet. Kevin Dudley, Bill Waxman, Nick Klacik and Elli Klapper of CBRE represented the landlord, Treetop Development, in the lease negotiations. Treetop acquired the property, which features 14- to 22-foot clear heights, 127 car parking spaces and 10,000 square feet of office space, in November 2019.
