According to LoopNet Inc., the property was built in 1980 and totals 160,275 square feet. Jim Autenreith and Sam Rayburn of Moody Rambin represented the building owner in the lease negotiations. LEWISVILLE, TEXAS — Paint supplier Benjamin Moore & Co. has signed a 237,926-square-foot industrial lease at 121 Lakepointe Crossing Building 1 in Lewisville. The property is located along State Highway 121 on the north side of the metroplex. Blake Kendrick and Mac Hall of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, Stockbridge Real Estate, in the lease negotiations. Mark Collins of Cushman & Wakefield represented Benjamin Moore.
DENTON, TEXAS — Health club chain Fitness Connection has signed a 55,606-square-foot lease at Golden Triangle Mall, a 765,000-square-foot shopping and dining destination in Denton. GTM Development Ltd. has redeveloped the mall, which now houses anchors such as Macy’s, JC Penney, Dillard’s, Barnes & Noble and H&M. Steve Greenwood and Byron Howard of Weitzman represented building ownership in the lease negotiations. Susan Ridley and Sherman Hinkebein with The Retail Connection represented Fitness Connection, which will backfill a space currently occupied by Designer Shoe Warehouse, whose lease expires in September.
Charleston Executive Offices Signs 21 Tenants to Occupy Space at Nexton Office Park in Charleston

CHARLESTON, S.C. — Charleston Executive Offices (CEO) has signed 21 tenants to occupy space at The Offices at Nexton. The office building is situated within Nexton, a 5,000-acre, master-planned community in Charleston that will offer more than 8 million square feet of commercial space. CEO is developing The Offices at Nexton, while North America Sekisui House LLC (NASH) and Newland are master co-developers of Nexton, which is located on Interstate 26, about 25 miles northwest of downtown Charleston. Some of the 21 tenants include Microsoft, Citizens One Home Loans, Curtiss-Wright Electro-Mechanical, Glenn Law Firm, Harvey & Vallini, IM Marketing Group, Global Software Inc., Predicate Logic Inc., Strategic Wealth Advisory Group and Velocity Data Systems.
Cronheim Mortgage Arranges $13.5M Construction Loan for Retail Center in Upstate New York

POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. — Cronheim Mortgage, a New Jersey-based firm, has arranged a $13.5 million construction loan for the redevelopment of Poughkeepsie Plaza in Upstate New York. Originally constructed in 1958, the 170,966-square-foot shopping center includes three pad sites for a total building area of 175,743 square feet. Current tenants include Home Depot, BJ’s, Hobby Lobby and Best Buy. The loan carries a seven-year term of interest-only payments followed by a 25-year amortization period.
NEW YORK CITY — Helmsley Spear has negotiated a 56,000-square-foot office lease for WeWork at 83 Maiden Lane in the Financial District of Manhattan. The 15-year lease comprises the entire 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th floors of the building, which brings the property to 100 percent occupancy. MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, OHIO — MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes is set to open a Middleburg Heights restaurant in late September. The property is located at 19137 E. Bagley Road, south of Cleveland, and is the first restaurant for franchise owner Emad Tawfik. MOOYAH plans to expand across the Cleveland area with an additional four locations and more than 80 jobs over the next few years. Guests have the option to choose from a variety of bun options and six cheeses as well as fries, sweet potato fries and seven flavors of ice cream shakes.
North American Properties Reveals First Retailers Joining $900M Mixed-Use Development in Metro Atlanta

DULUTH, GA. — North American Properties (NAP) has revealed its first retail tenant lineup at Revel, its $900 million, Infinite Energy Center-anchored mixed-use development in Duluth. The first nine tenants announced at the Gwinnett County project include Superica, a Tex-Mex restaurant run by restaurateur Ford Fry; Regal Cinemas; The Painted Pin, which will be the second location for the bowling, entertainment and bar concept; JINYA Ramen Bar; American Barber; Secreto, chef Boyd Rose’s concept serving Southern cuisine; The Local Expedition Wood Fired Grill; Maker’s Coffee & Wine; and Honeysuckle Gelato. The development will span 118 acres and will offer 300,000 square feet of curated retail, dining and entertainment; 650,000 square feet of office space; a 340-room, 4-star hotel; 900 single-family and multifamily residences; and 275,000 square feet of community greenspace. NAP is also redeveloping Infinite Energy Center, which includes Infinite Energy Arena, Forum and Theater. NAP is developing Revel through a public-private partnership with the Gwinnett County Convention and Visitors Bureau. A timeline for completion was not disclosed.
IRVING, TEXAS — Facility Solutions Group Inc., an Austin-based provider of lighting, electrical and energy management products, has signed a 72,900-square-foot industrial lease at 2800 Valley View Lane in Irving. According to LoopNet Inc., the property was built in 2018 and totals 294,795 square feet. Jeremy Kelly and Sarah Ozanne of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, Alpha Industrial Properties, in the transaction. NAI Robert Lynn represented the tenant.
HOUSTON — Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) has negotiated a 40,648-square-foot industrial lease renewal at Eastwood Industrial Park, located at 4545 Eastpark Drive in Houston. Griffin Rich of NKF represented the tenant, Tri Star Freight Systems, Inc., in the lease negotiations. The representative of the landlord, Kadiwal Investments LP, was not disclosed.
