STRATFORD, CONN. — Tapestry TeleHealth, a technology company that provides onsite and virtual healthcare to rural nursing facilities, has signed a 2,873-square-foot office lease in Stratford. The space is located at Merritt 8 Corporate Park, a 174,000-square-foot office complex. Yale New Haven Health Systems is the anchor tenant of the building. Randy Vidal of Vidal/Wettenstein LLC represented Tapestry TeleHealth in the lease negotiations. The landlord is a partnership of Merritt 8 Owner LLC and C/O Mountain Development Corp.

SUMTER, S.C. — Colliers International has arranged the $13.9 million sale of a triple-net leased, Walmart Neighborhood Market-occupied property in Sumter. Hutton Development developed and sold the 41,990-square-foot building, which is situated at 343 Pinewood Road, three miles south of downtown Sumter and 40 miles east of downtown Columbia. Walmart signed a new 13-year lease with the new owner, an undisclosed private investor based in Florida completing a 1031 exchange. Jereme Snyder of Colliers represented the seller in the transaction.

IRVING, TEXAS — Holt Lunsford Commercial has negotiated a 15,885-square-foot industrial lease at 2833 W. Airport Freeway in Irving. Canon Shoults and Maddy Canty of Holt Lunsford represented the landlord, Sealy Capital Management, in the lease negotiations. Todd Hubbard of NAI Robert Lynn represented the tenant, temperature-controlled logistics firm SCL Cold Chain.

EASTON, PA. — Domino’s Pizza has signed a 1,300-square-foot retail lease in Easton, approximately 70 miles north of Philadelphia. Located at 3011 William Penn Highway in William Penn Plaza shopping center, the retail space has been vacant for the last four years. Other tenants include Weis Supermarket, GameStop and several other retail businesses and restaurants. The new lease for the 1,300-square-foot space carries a 10-year initial term. The opening is slated for late spring or early summer 2020, in accordance with timelines established by the state regarding COVID-19. Seth Lacey and Scott Horner of Colliers International represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

LENEXA, KAN. — Oak River Farms is moving its headquarters from Louisiana to The District at City Center Lenexa. The agribusiness will occupy 4,595 square feet on the fourth floor of Penn II beginning this summer. Founded in 2016, Oak River Farms works within farming, land management and onsite storage of grain. Travis Gage of CBRE represented the tenant in the lease transaction. John Coe and Ryan Biery of Copaken Brooks represented ownership, Copaken Brooks. When fully developed, City Center Lenexa will consist of more than 2 million square feet, including civic components for the city of Lenexa, nearly 1 million square feet of office and retail space, and 375 residential units.

SILVERDALE, WASH. — Sprouts Farmers Market, a Phoenix-based natural foods grocery, has opened a new store at 11066 Pacific Crest Place NW in Silverdale, about 33 miles west of Seattle. The Silverdale location will be the third Sprouts in Washington and will operate from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily, in line with the grocer’s adjusted hours during the COVID-19 pandemic. The new Sprouts will feature a large produce section, deli, fresh sushi, olive bar, sandwich bar, salad bar and beer and wine. The new store will be the grocery anchor of Trails at Silverdale, a 200,000-square-foot shopping center housing tenants including HomeGoods, Ulta Beauty, Old Navy, Verizon Wireless, Sierra Trading Post, Sleep Number, Total Wine, Carter’s/OshKosh, DSW, MOD Pizza, Jersey Mike’s, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Habit Burger and Marshalls. El Segundo, Calif.-based CenterCal Properties LLC is the owner of the 30-acre shopping center. Sprouts employs more than 30,000 team members and operates over 340 stores in 23 states. According to its website, Sprouts is looking to fill approximately 2,000 roles across its network of stores, distribution centers and support offices.

BRIDGEWATER, N.J. — Pharmaceutical company PTC Therapeutics has signed a 101,500-square-foot office lease in Bridgewater, located approximately 50 miles west of New York City. The company signed a long-term lease to occupy three floors at The New Jersey Center of Excellence, an 800,000-square-foot life sciences and laboratory office complex. Amenities at the center include a cafeteria, fitness center and conference center. Other tenants include Kashiv Pharma LLC, Nestlé Health Science and Ashland Global. Dan Loughlin led a JLL team that represented the landlord, Thor Equities, in the lease negotiations.

NEW YORK CITY — Architecture firm Gluck+ has signed a 5,000-square-foot renewal and expansion of its office lease at the Sweets Building, a 200,000-square-foot office building at the Manhattanville Factory District, a mixed-use development in West Harlem. Gluck+ had occupied 3,600 square feet at the building, which is located at 423 W. 127th St., since 2013. The firm also led the redesign of the property, which served as a brewery before being converted to office. Janus Property Co. is the landlord of Manhattanville Factory District. Both parties were represented internally in the lease negotiations.

HOUSTON — Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) has negotiated a 46,800-square-foot industrial lease extension for Fleenor Co., a manufacturer of paper and packaging products, at Cole Creek Business Park in Houston. Griffin Rich and Andy Iversen of NKF represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. CBRE represented the landlord, LIT Industrial Texas LP.

NORTH BERGEN, N.J. — Imperial Dade, a Jersey City-based distributor of maintenance supplies and foodservice packaging, has signed a 28,756-square-foot office lease in North Bergen, just north of Jersey City. The space is located on the seventh floor of West Side Center, a 300,000-square-foot, Class A office property located at 5901 West Side Ave. Beginning in the fall, the office will house Imperial Dade’s executive team, as well as its finance, human resources and customer service departments. The firm’s current Jersey City facility will serve as its largest distribution center. Palestina Scrivo Properties Inc. represented Imperial Dade in the lease negotiations. Curtis Foster and Jerry Shifrin of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Real Capital Solutions.
