GRAND PRAIRIE, TEXAS — Lee & Associates has negotiated a 22,265-square-foot industrial lease at 921 Ave. M in Grand Prairie, located midway between Dallas and Fort Worth. Mark Graybill and Colton Rhodes of Lee & Associates represented the tenant, Alltech Engineering, in the lease negotiations. The representative of the landlord, Sealy & Co., was not disclosed.

CINCINNATI — Halo Communications and KnowledgeWorks Foundation have signed new leases at 312 Plum Street, a 231,000-square-foot office building in downtown Cincinnati. Rubenstein Partners LP and Strategic Capital Partners LLC own the Class A property. Halo Communications, a healthcare technology and communications provider, has leased 11,902 square feet on a five-year basis. Halo is relocating from its previous Cincinnati office at 1 W. 4th St. KnowledgeWorks Foundation, a nonprofit education organization, has leased 12,837 square feet for 10 years. The organization is relocating from the same building as Halo. Nick Greiwe, Travis Likes, Chris Carey, Scott Yards and Kate Myers of CBRE represented ownership in the lease negotiations. Chris Vollmer Jr. of CBRE represented Halo, while Peter Snow and Rose Ferrugia of Cushman & Wakefield represented KnowledgeWorks.

COLUMBUS, OHIO — Global design consultancy Fitch has relocated from the Brewery District to the Arena District within Columbus. The company now occupies 7,637 square feet at 191 W. Nationwide Blvd. The agency says it hopes to attract new talent, create a better workspace for employees and have increased exposure and visibility with clients. Kirk Smith of CBRE represented Fitch in securing its new studio, which features two floors, standing desks and an open area for collaboration.

GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. — Daniel Gracie Grand Rapids, a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy, has leased a 3,750-square-foot space at 131 Division Ave. in Grand Rapids. The academy will offer a variety of classes for all ages. Todd Leinberger, Mary Anne Wisinski-Rosely and Jason Makowski of NAI Wisinski of West Michigan represented the tenant in the lease transaction with the undisclosed landlord. Cody Hier and Miguel Diaz, both professional MMA fighters, are the co-owners of the studio.

CARROLLTON, TEXAS — United Laboratories Manufacturing LLC, a provider of dietary supplements and sports nutrition products, has signed a 131,840-square-foot industrial lease renewal at 1270 Champion Circle in the northern Dallas suburb of Carrollton. Steve Trese of CBRE and Max Knake of Knake Dodge & Co. represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. The representative of the landlord, ML Realty, was not disclosed.

FORT WAYNE, IND. — Schindler Elevator Corp. has renewed its 2,150-square-foot industrial lease at 7616 DiSalle Blvd. in Fort Wayne. John Caffray of Sturges Property Group represented the tenant as well as the landlord, DiSalle Boulevard Partnership. Switzerland-based Schindler Group is one of the leading global manufacturers of elevators, escalators and moving walks. The U.S. headquarters for Schindler Elevator Corp. is based in Morristown, N.J.

PEORIA, ILL. — PaPPo’s Pizzeria & Pub will open at Quincy Mall in Peoria this summer. The restaurant specializes in stone-hearth, oven-baked pizza and craft beer. Quincy Mall is the company’s first Illinois location, but it currently operates in Lake of the Ozarks, Columbia and Springfield, Missouri. PaPPo’s also serves calzones, sandwiches, salads, wings, breadsticks and its famous Pizookie, a brown butter chocolate chip cookie. PaPPo’s will occupy the current Que Town Bar-B-Que space. Que Town plans to relocate within the mall. Cullinan Properties Ltd. owns the property.

ANN ARBOR, MICH. — Beyond Juice Juicery + Eatery will open its 15th Southeast Michigan location at the new Uptown Ann Arbor project in Ann Arbor. Beztak Properties is the project developer. Beyond Juice will occupy 1,600 square feet. Billy Gershensen of the Gershenson Group represented Beyond Juice in the lease transaction. Michael Murphy, Vicki Gutowski and Larry Siedell of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented Beztak. Upon completion, Uptown will be home to 250 townhomes and luxury lofts as well as 17,220 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
