GURNEE, ILL. — Goldie’s Baking has signed a 15,122-square-foot industrial lease at 760 Lakeside Drive in Gurnee, about 40 miles north of Chicago. The property features a clear height of 22 feet, five shared docks and one drive-in door. Brian Bocci of Entre Commercial Realty represented the tenant, which is expanding and relocating from nearby McHenry. Eric Fischer and Mark Samuels of Cushman & Wakefield represented the undisclosed landlord. Goldie’s Baking is known for its scones.

HARRISBURG, N.C. — JLL has negotiated the sale-leaseback of a 126,363-square-foot industrial building in Harrisburg fully leased to Wilbert Plastic Services. The single-story building is situated on 16 acres at 7301 Caldwell Road, 13 miles northeast of downtown Charlotte. The buyer, AIC Ventures, executed a new long-term lease with Wilbert Plastic Services upon completion of the sale. Wilbert Plastic Services is headquartered in Belmont on the other side of Charlotte and specializes in thermoforming and injection molding. Pete Pittroff, Patrick Nally, Val Derrick and Dave Andrews of JLL represented the seller in the transaction. The sales price was not disclosed.
Pinewood Forest, Pace Lynch Add Mail Center to Tenant Roster at Mixed-Use Development in Metro Atlanta

FAYETTEVILLE, GA. — Pinewood Forest and Pace Lynch Corp. have signed Edwin Jarvis, an independent mail center and concierge service, to a lease at a 235-acre mixed-use development in south Atlanta. The project, dubbed Pinewood Forest, comprises single-family homes, multifamily units, a town green, retail space and office space. It is situated near Pinewood Atlanta Studios, which has filmed movies such as “Avengers: Endgame,” “Ant-Man,” “Passengers” and “Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 2.” In addition to mail services, Edwin Jarvis will offer residents what it calls “second-mile” concierge services, which include securing a dog walker, setting up appointments for home repairs and booking music lessons. The center’s storefront within Pinewood Forest’s Town Center will connect to the Pinewood Forest community mail room. Other tenants that have signed leases at Pinewood Forest’s Town Center include Leyland Blue Home Décor, Premiere Hair Studio, Sugarcoat Nails, Native Beauty Bar salon and boutique, The Skin Society, Apple Butter Bakery, Honeysuckle Gelato, Hop City + Barleygarden and Braise. Natural Gas Provider Venture Global LNG Doubles Office Space at 5 Houston Center in Downtown Houston
HOUSTON — Natural gas provider Venture Global LNG has signed a 58,514-square-foot office lease at 5 Houston Center, a 581,000-square-foot building located at 1401 McKinney St. in downtown Houston. The company is doubling the size of its footprint at the Class A building, which was renovated in 2019 and features a coffee bar, fitness center and tenant lounge. Beau Bellow and Jay Farmer of JLL represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Transwestern Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Spear Street Capital.
DALLAS — Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) has negotiated a 27,672-square-foot office lease at 4 Park Central, located just inside the Interstate 635 loop in North Dallas. John Beach of NKF represented the tenant, payment processing firm FPT Operating Co. LLC, in the lease negotiations. Younger Partners represented the landlord, McKnight Park Central LLC.
WOODRIDGE, ILL. — Brown Commercial Group has negotiated a 36,612-square-foot industrial lease on behalf of American Cleaning & Restoration South at 10440 Woodward Ave. in Woodridge, a western suburb of Chicago. The tenant, which restores structures that experience fire and water damage or are in need of mold remediation, is expanding and moving from a facility in Romeoville. Mike Antonelli of Brown represented the tenant. Jeff Galante of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Prologis. The multi-tenant building spans 159,258 square feet and features a clear height of 30 feet.
AUSTIN, TEXAS — Tempe, Ariz.-based manufacturer Benchmark Electronics Inc. has signed a 44,680-square-foot industrial lease extension at 200 Parker Drive in North Austin. Andrew Hueser, Sherry Gubera and Jesse Weber of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. JLL represented the landlord, Icon Owner Pool 6 Austin LLC.
FRANKLIN, WIS. — JTL Carriers, a trucking company, has renewed its 3,230-square-foot office lease at Franklin Corporate Center in Franklin, a suburb of Milwaukee. The property is located at 9809 S. Franklin Drive. Jenna Maguire and Ned Purtell of Founders 3 Real Estate Services represented the landlord, SARA Investment Real Estate. With offices in Madison, Milwaukee, Minneapolis and St. Louis, SARA Investment Real Estate acquires, develops, leases, finances and manages properties throughout the Midwest. The company manages assets valued at more than $350 million.
NORCO, CALIF. — Goli Nutrition, a vitamin manufacturer, has inked a deal to occupy 422,432 square feet of industrial space spread across four industrial buildings located at 3300-3390 Horseless Carriage Drive in Norco, approximately 45 miles east of Los Angeles. Goli Nutrition plans to use the multi-building campus, located within Saddle Business Center, to expand its operations, including its distribution efforts. The landlord is CapRock Partners. Jeff Ruscigno of Lee & Associates Riverside, Calif., along with Paul Earnhart, Ryan Earnhart and Brian Pharriss of Lee & Associates Ontario, Calif., represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.
HONOLULU — Swinerton Builders has signed a 91-month lease to occupy office space at Davies Pacific Center, a 23-story office tower located at 841 Bishop St. in Honolulu. The lease is valued at $3.2 million. The Hawaii-based contractor will relocate its local headquarters to a 12,000-square-foot space on the office tower’s fifth floor. Swinerton provides commercial construction and construction management services throughout the United States. Built in 1972 and renovated in 2006, Davies Pacific Center features 375,742 square feet of commercial office and retail space. San Diego-based Parallel Capital Partners, in partnership with Honolulu-based The Shidler Group, took over asset management of the property last year and has completed nearly $4 million in elevator modernizations and speculative suite upgrades. Additionally, another $1 million in renovations, including lobby improvements, is currently underway. Keenan J.S. Sue of JLL brokered the deal.
