DEER PARK, TEXAS — Colliers International has negotiated a 349,050-square-foot industrial lease for organic food company Wholesome Sweeteners at Victory Commons Center in Deer Park, an eastern suburb of Houston. Victory Commerce Center features a cross-dock configuration, 32-foot clear heights, 185-foot truck court depths, 256 car parking spaces, an ESFR sprinkler system and an additional acre for storage or trailer parking. In addition, the property is located within 10 miles of Beltway 8, Interstate 10 and the Barbours Cut and Bayport Container terminals at Port Houston. Jon Lindenberger, Walter Menuet and Paul Dominique of Colliers represented the landlord, Crow Holdings Industrial, in the lease negotiations. Ryan Fuselier and Carl Mueller of JLL represented Wholesome Sweeteners.

NEW YORK CITY — Nonprofit food rescue organization City Harvest has signed a 150,000-square-foot industrial lease at 150 52nd St. in Brooklyn that will house its new food rescue facility and administrative offices. The company is moving from its original facility in Long Island City after its old site was rezoned from industrial to residential. Rob Kossar, Paul Mas, Adam Citron and Ellen Herman of JLL represented City Harvest in the lease negotiations. Leslie Lanne of JLL represented the landlord, DH Property Holdings. which sold the building to Prologis following the execution of the lease.

CONROE, TEXAS — Conroe WillIs Family Medicine has signed a 19,764-square-foot healthcare lease renewal and expansion at League Line Medical Office Building, a 59,222-square-foot property located about 40 miles north of Houston. The practice renewed its 15,055-square-foot lease and took on an additional 4,709 square feet. Sarah Carter of Transwestern represented the landlord, Diversified Healthcare Trust, in the lease negotiations.

FEASTERVILLE-TREVOSE, PA. — Commercial brokerage firm NAI Mertz has opened a 1,650-square-foot office in Feasterville-Trevose, a southwestern suburb of Trenton. The company relocated its southeastern Pennsylvania office to 210 E. Street Road. The property is situated within the Village Suites at Lower Southampton Village, a 123,000-square-foot retail shopping center. Other tenants include Panera Bread, Cold Stone Creamery and Pier 1 Imports.

TROY, MICH. — Full-service law firm Garan Lucow Miller PC has leased 13,285 square feet at Timberlands IV, one of the three Class A office buildings within Timberlands Office Park in Troy. The building is situated at 1450 W. Long Lake Road. The law firm is relocating its Troy office after 25 years in its previous space at 1111 W. Long Lake Road. Bill Harvey, Chuck Howard and Neil Leising of Transwestern Commercial Services represented the landlord, FD Stonewater. Timberlands Office Park is undergoing renovations, including upgraded food service, conference centers, tenant lounges and lobbies, as well as the addition of outdoor seating areas with Wi-Fi.

MONTGOMERYVILLE, PA. — Math tutoring company Mathnasium Learning Centers has signed a 1,862-square-foot retail lease at 202 Marketplace, a shopping center in Montgomeryville, located approximately 25 miles north of Philadelphia. The center will tutor students in introductory and advanced math skills. Other tenants of the shopping center include Outback Steakhouse, The MAX Challenge of Montgomeryville and Five Points Pizza. Brandon Anapol of Metro Commercial brokered the lease.

ANNAPOLIS, MD. — Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW), the owner of Westfield Annapolis mall, has unveiled plans to renovate and improve the mall, while adding new tenants. URW will convert the mall’s 110,000-square-foot former Lord & Taylor department store into a new shopping district composed of boutiques, home design stores and experience-driven offerings. The new section of the mall is slated to open to the public in 2021. URW’s mall-wide renovation program will include a new pedestrian gallery connecting the property’s Macy’s store and its Pottery Barn and Nordstrom wings. The gallery is expected to open by this September. The renovation will also create a new 40-foot architectural exterior entrance. The renovations to Westfield Annapolis come alongside new tenants arriving, including Rodizio Grill and Retro Fitness. In February of this year, Anne Arundel County’s Discoveries: The Library at the Mall, a dedicated learning space for teens and young children, is expected to open a permanent, expanded location at the mall. Shops and restaurants at Westfield Annapolis will remain open throughout the renovation process.

KNIGHTDALE, N.C. — Transpacific Suppliers Alliance Inc. has signed a 120,000-square-foot lease in Hinton Oaks Industrial Park with owner and developer Wake Stone Corp. The park is located at 520 Hinton Oaks Blvd. in Knightdale, roughly nine miles east of Raleigh. KW Commercial’s Brian Donnelley represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Foundry Commercial, led by Alexis Lambeth, leases the park on behalf of Wake Stone. The 48-acre industrial park is master-planned for five buildings totaling 524,000 square feet. The property is now fully leased, with the fifth and final building slated for delivery in April. Hinton Oaks is adjacent to Interstate 540 and to Wake Stone’s current quarry operation and headquarters in Knightdale. The industrial park currently has 10 tenants, including granite supplier AG&M. Williams Realty & Building Co. Inc. is the general contractor for the entire Hinton Oaks project.

MORRISTOWN, N.J. — Accounting firm Deloitte has preleased a 110,000-square-foot office space at M Station, an office redevelopment project in Morristown. SJP Properties and Scotto Properties plan to convert the Midtown Shopping Center strip in downtown Morristown into two office buildings totaling 400,000 square feet. Deloitte’s lease is contingent on SJP and Scotto receiving full municipal approvals for the project. The company plans to relocate from its previous office in Parsippany and will occupy floors two through six of M Station East. The building will also include 10,000 square feet of ground floor retail. M Station West is planned to be seven stories and approximately 253,000 square feet, which will include approximately 230,000 square feet of office space and 23,000 square feet of retail space. David Stefancic, Lexis Livengood, Ben Brenner and Josh Cohen of Cushman & Wakefield represented Deloitte in the lease negotiations. Robert Donnelly, Robert Donnelly Jr. and Brian Decillis of Cushman & Wakefield represented SJP and Scotto. Gensler designed the project.

DALLAS — Travel advisory firm TripActions has signed an 88,490-square-foot office lease at Renaissance Tower, a 56-story office tower located at 1201 Elm St. in downtown Dallas. Dennis Barnes, Clay Gilbert and Ben Davis of CBRE represented the landlord, a partnership between Moinian Group and SMA Equities, in the lease negotiations. Evan Hammer, David Harris and Jade Scott of Whitebox Real Estate, along with Bo McNally and David Bergeron of T3 Advisors, represented TripActions.
