WILMINGTON, MASS.— Robotics company Symbotic has renewed its 60,000-square-foot office headquarters lease in Wilmington, a northern suburb of Boston. Located at 200 Research Drive, the property accommodates office, lab, research and light manufacturing and warehouse users. Mike Ripp of CBRE represented Symbotic in the lease negotiations. Matt Adams, Torin Taylor, Richard Ruggiero and Rory Walsh of Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord, Novaya Real Estate Ventures. FORT WORTH, TEXAS — FedEx Ground Packaging has signed a 110,880-square-foot industrial lease renewal at Crossroads 35/20, a distribution center in Fort Worth. According to the property website, Crossroads 35/20 spans 615,000 square feet and features 32-foot clear heights, 190-foot truck court depths, 35 trailer parking stalls and an ESFR sprinkler system. Donnie Rohde and Thomas Grafton of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Sealy Oak Grove LLC, in the lease negotiations.

CHICAGO — First Logistics, an Illinois-based third-party logistics company, has signed a 108,343-square-foot lease expansion at Marina Crossings in Chicago. The company now occupies 439,754 square feet of the 633,059-square-foot facility. Completed in the fourth quarter of 2018 and located at 2075 W. 43rd St., Marina Crossings is the city of Chicago’s largest speculative industrial building since 1905, according to Cushman & Wakefield. Larry Goldwasser, Jason West, Colin Green, Matt Cowie and Michelle Maguire of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Marina Crossings Owner LLC, a joint venture between MAT LP and institutional investors advised by JP Morgan Asset Management owns the property.

GARLAND, TEXAS — Tosca Services LLC, a provider of reusable plastic containers, has signed a 152,000-square-foot industrial lease at Gateway East Business Center in Garland, a northeastern suburb of Dallas. Ryan Wolcott and Matt Dornak of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, Barings, in the lease negotiations. Louis Pascuzzi of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant.

NEW YORK CITY — Amazon has signed a 335,408-square-foot office lease at 410 Tenth Avenue in Manhattan. Landlord SL Green is currently redeveloping the 638,000-square-foot building, which was previously known as the Master Printers Building,  as a Class A office property at the intersection of Manhattan West and Hudson Yards. The redevelopment will include a redesign of the lobby as well as construction of an 8,000-square-foot roof deck and lounge. The timeline of construction and Amazon’s occupancy was not disclosed, but the building is now 96.2 percent leased.

HOUSTON — Shaffer Sports & Events, which provides furniture and tents for sporting events, has signed a 125,000-square-foot industrial lease at 10901 Tanner Road in Houston. The space will serve as the company’s primary warehouse and office headquarters following its relocation from Birmingham, Ala. John Parsley, Gary Mabray and Judd Harrison of Colliers International represented Shaffer Sports in the lease negotiations. David Boyd, Greg Barra and Wes Williams of Boyd Commercial represented the landlord, Exeter 10901 Tanner LP. The sister company of Shaffer Sports, Aztec Events & Tents, also signed a 125,697-square-foot industrial lease renewal in Houston. The Colliers team represented Aztec in its lease negotiations as well.

DALLAS — Waterlogic, a provider of purified bottle-less water dispensers, has inked a deal to occupy 111,012 square feet of light manufacturing and distribution space at Prologis Freeport Corporate Center in Dallas. The company expects to take occupancy in early 2020. Caleb McCoy and Matt Bracco of JLL represented Waterlogic in the lease negotiations. Michael Flowers represented the landlord, Prologis on an internal basis.

NEW YORK CITY — American sports bar chain Yard House has signed a 19,000-square-foot retail lease at 10 Times Square in Manhattan. The restaurant will occupy the entire first and second floors of the building as well as a lower-level space with frontage on Seventh Avenue and West 41st Street. Originally built as the Bricken Textile Building in 1930, the 575,000-square-foot building houses tenants including the offices of apparel retailer One Jeanswear Group Inc, Wellspring Philanthropic Fund and marketing company Digital Remedy. The landlord, L.H. Charney Associates, was self-represented in the lease negotiations.

LAREDO, TEXAS — Source Logistics, a supply chain operator for retail and e-commerce firms, has signed a 423,280-square-foot industrial lease at Port Grande Logistics Port in the South Texas city of Laredo. The company will occupy the entirety of Building 2, a spec project that is nearing completion. California-based Majestic Realty is the developer of Port Grande Logistics Port, which is located just off Interstate 35 and within 10 miles of the Port of Laredo border crossing.

NEW YORK CITY — Law firm Akerman LLP has signed a 100,000-square-foot office lease at 1251 Avenue of the Americas in Manhattan. Akerman will move from its current office at 666 Fifth Avenue to the entire 37th and 38th floors and a portion of the 35th floor at the new building. About 185 lawyers will work out of the new space. Other tenants of the building include MUFG Union Bank, Trust Co. of the West and Mizuho Corporate Bank. Matthew Cheezem, Ken Siegel and Lisa Kiell of JLL represented Akerman in the lease negotiations. David Falk and Peter Shimkin of Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord, Mitsui Fudosan America Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of Japanese real estate company Mitsui Fudosan Co. Ltd.
