BUDA, TEXAS — Cintas Corp. has signed a 32,880-square-foot industrial lease in Buda, a southern suburb of Austin. The Ohio-based provider of uniforms and cleaning supplies is taking space at Building 6 of Buda Midway, a development whose second phase comprises four buildings totaling 382,000 square feet. Phase II buildings feature 30- to 32-foot clear heights and speculative office space. Leigh Ellis, Blake Patterson and Omar Nasser of AQUILA Commercial represented the landlord, United Properties, in the lease negotiations.

NEW YORK CITY — Impact.com has signed an 18,364-square-foot office lease renewal in Midtown Manhattan. The digital marketing firm will continue to occupy the entire 10th floor at the 300,000-square-foot building at 136 Madison Ave. Alex Leopold of CBRE represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Mac Roos of Colliers, along with internal agents Andrew Roos, Michael Cohen and Jessica Verdi, represented the landlord, Williams Equities.
KANSAS CITY, MO. — Tierra Encantada, a Spanish immersion early education company, has signed a 14,440-square-foot retail lease at 114 W. Gregory Blvd. in Kansas City. The former home of Reece Nichols, the Brookside location offers a newly remodeled roof, mechanical equipment and interior. Tierra Encantada currently has 17 locations in the U.S., and the new lease marks its second in the greater Kansas City area. Marshal Blount of Block & Co. Inc. Realtors represented the undisclosed landlord, while CBRE represented the tenant.
SELMA, TEXAS — Construction contractor Southland Industries has signed a 62,400-square-foot industrial lease in Selma, a northeastern suburb of San Antonio. The space is located within Corporate Drive Industrial Complex, a newly constructed development that consists of two buildings totaling 511,000 square feet. John Colglazier, Kyle Kennan and Lindsey Tucker of Partners Real Estate represented the landlord, Atlanta-based developer Ackerman & Co., in the lease negotiations. Davis Bass of HPI Real Estate Services & Investments represented the tenant.
SCHAUMBURG, ILL. — Specialty candy retailer IT’SUGAR has relocated its store at Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg to a 5,600-square-foot storefront, nearly double the size of its previous location. The Woodfield Mall location is the retailer’s fifth store in the Chicago market and offers more than 300 candy bins. Alongside its candy offerings, IT’SUGAR also features immersive candy displays from brands such as Sour Patch Kids, OREO, Nerds, Skittles, Reese’s and Starburst.
SELMA, TEXAS — Omega Air, a provider of air-to-air refueling services that serves various branches of the U.S. military, has signed a 147,420-square-foot industrial lease in Selma, a northeastern suburb of San Antonio. The space is located within Corporate Drive Industrial Complex, a newly constructed development that consists of two buildings totaling 511,000 square feet. John Colglazier, Kyle Kennan and Lindsey Tucker of Partners Real Estate represented the landlord, Atlanta-based developer Ackerman & Co., in the lease negotiations. Hank Pruitt of Pruitt Realty represented Omega Air.
FARMERS BRANCH, TEXAS — Lee & Associates has negotiated a 91,520-square-foot industrial lease in the northern Dallas metro of Farmers Branch. According to LoopNet Inc., the building at 12301 Stemmons Freeway was built in 2015 and totals 360,360 square feet. Ally Tanghongs and George Tanghongs of Lee & Associates represented the tenant, E-Future Logistics Inc., in the lease negotiations. Steve Berger of CBRE represented the landlord, Prologis.
HOUSTON — Ezee Fiber has signed a 94,179-square-foot office headquarters lease in southwest Houston. The internet service provider is consolidating its local operations within Houston Technology Center, a 300,000-square-foot complex located at 5959 Corporate Drive. The property offers amenities such as an onsite restaurant, conference rooms and a fitness center. Michelle Wogan and Paula Musa of Transwestern represented the landlord, Dallas-based Prescott Group, in the lease negotiations. The tenant was self-represented.
FORT WORTH, TEXAS — Locally based brokerage firm Holt Lunsford Commercial has negotiated a 14,523-square-foot industrial lease in Fort Worth. The space is located within Carter Business Center, a two-building, 120,728-square-foot development located southwest of the downtown area. Thomas Grafton and George Jennings of Holt Lunsford represented the landlord, Cohen Asset Management, in the lease negotiations. Langston Sutcliffe of Partners Real Estate represented the tenant, industrial rubber products manufacturer Garware Fulflex USA Inc.
PEKIN, ILL. — Ross Dress for Less, Marshalls and Five Below have joined the tenant lineup at East Court Village in Pekin, about 10 miles south of Peoria. The retailers are slated to open in fall 2025. East Court Village, owned by Cullinan Properties, is currently undergoing significant upgrades and improvements.
