BRIDGEWATER, N.J. — Pet supplies retailer Pupcakes & Pawstries Barkery and Shoppe has signed a 2,500-square-foot retail lease in Bridgewater, located approximately 40 miles west of New York City. The space is situated within Somerset Shopping Center, a 219,000-square-foot retail center with tenants including Barnes & Noble, Gap and Men’s Wearhouse. The company has already relocated from its previous space in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. Vanessa Fernandez-Kelty of Levin Management Corp. internally represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

IRVING, TEXAS — Avenger Flight Group LLC has signed a 116,640-square-foot industrial lease at Valley View at DFW Center, a 294,795-square-foot property in Irving, for its second flight simulation training center in North Texas. The deal represents an expansion for the company, which entered the market three years ago with a 40,000-square-foot lease in Fort Worth. Joe Santaularia and Brock Wilson of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented Avenger Flight Group in its site selection and lease negotiations.
RIDGEWOOD, N.Y. — ABS Partners Real Estate has negotiated a 13,823-square-foot office lease for music rehearsal space provider Pirate Studios at the Box Factory, an office and retail center in Ridgewood, Long Island. The U.K.-based company provides rehearsal and production space to musicians in sound-treated rooms. Ben Waller of ABS Partners represented Pirate Studios in the lease negotiations. Waller also represented the landlord, a partnership between Hornig Capital Partners and Brickman.
PHILADELPHIA — Gobrands Inc. has signed two separate leases totaling 7,560 square feet for adjacent buildings in Aramingo Village, a shopping center in Philadelphia. The buildings will house the company’s digital convenience delivery service goPuff, utilizing 6,060 square feet for warehouse and distribution space and 1,500 square feet as a beer retail store. Richard Soloff of Soloff Realty & Development Inc. represented Gobrands in the lease negotiations. Soloff also represented the undisclosed landlord.
CHICAGO — Qualtrics, a survey software provider, has leased 25,000 square feet at 191 N. Wacker Drive in Chicago for its 25th office. The company, which maintains headquarters in Provo, Utah and Seattle, will begin occupying the space in 2020 and expects to hire more than 200 employees in the area. Built in 2003, 191 N. Wacker Drive is a 37-story, Class A office tower with approximately 731,000 square feet of rentable space. Manulife Investment Management manages the property and recently upgraded the lobby, fitness center and conference center. SHELBY TOWNSHIP, MICH. — Ramar Chiropractic and Rehab has leased a 1,700-square-foot space at 2061 25 Mile Road in Shelby Township. The chiropractor’s grand opening is slated for this month. Barry Landau of Dominion Real Estate Advisors represented both the tenant and the undisclosed landlord in the lease transaction.
FORT WORTH, TEXAS — Dallas-based brokerage firm Holt Lunsford Commercial has negotiated a 217,537-square-foot industrial lease at Everman Trade Center, a four-building development located near Interstates 20 and 35 in Fort Worth. Everman Trade Center features 24- to 32-foot clear heights, 621 car parking spaces and ESFR sprinkler systems. Matt Carthey and Thomas Grafton with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Everman Trade Center LP. Jamie Galati and Sky Groden with JLL represented the tenant.
OKLAHOMA CITY — Arkansas-based Plunkett Distributing has signed a 32,978-square-foot industrial lease at 4001 Will Rogers Parkway in Oklahoma City. Jason Hammock, John Lenochan, Caitlin Mazaheri and Alex Powell of CBRE represented the landlord, Ted R. Davis LLC, in the lease negotiations. The representative of the tenant was not disclosed.
NEW YORK CITY — Colliers International has negotiated a 10,000-square-foot office lease for grocery delivery service Hungryroot in the Flatiron neighborhood of Manhattan. Hungryroot is moving to 7 West 22nd Street from its Union Square coworking office space to accommodate its everyday business functions, rising employee count and continued company growth. Sheena Gohil and Jack Senske of Colliers represented Hungryroot in the lease negotiations. LEVITTOWN, PA. — NAI Mertz has secured a 67,000-square-foot office lease for mobile phone accessory manufacturer Ondigo Electronics in Levittown, a southwestern suburb of Trenton. The property is situated within Bristol Industrial Park, which is located at 37 Runway Road and was completed in 1999. Jeff Licht and Adam Lashner of NAI Mertz represented Ondigo in the lease negotiations. The team also represented the landlord, F. Greek Bristol Properties.
