ATLANTA — FleetCor Technologies Inc. will move its headquarters to Atlanta’s Buckhead District by the end of the year. Currently occupying 100,000 square feet in Norcross, Ga., FleetCor will move into a 46,000-square-foot space within Terminus 100 formerly occupied by Bain & Co. Terminus 100 is a 27-story, 660,000-square-foot office tower situated 10 miles north of downtown Atlanta. Kevin Carroll of CBRE represented FleetCor in the lease negotiations.

COLLEGE PARK, GA. — Canadian produce company EarthFresh will lease 140,000 square feet of warehouse space in College Park beginning in September. More than 100 employees will work at the packing plant and distribution center. EarthFresh delivers potatoes and other food items in Canada and the United States, and the new location will serve the Southeastern and Southcentral U.S. Four Colliers International teams assisted EarthFresh in its search. Chris Cummings, Turner Wisehart and Sam Campbell represented EarthFresh in the site selection and lease transaction. Lee Cardwell and Darren Ross represented the landlord, Oakmont Industrial Group, in the lease transaction. John Walden assisted with comparative site analyses and incentives negotiations. CULVER CITY, CALIF. — HBO has signed a long-term lease to move its West Coast corporate headquarters from Santa Monica, Calif. to Ivy Station in Culver City in 2021. HBO will fully occupy the five-story, 240,000-square-foot office building at Ivy Station. HBO’s current lease at Colorado Center in Santa Monica, where it has been based since 2004, expires at the end of this year. The Los Angeles Times reports that the new lease is for 15 years. A joint venture between Lowe, AECOM-Canyon Partners and Rockwood Capital broke ground on the $350 million, 5.2-acre mixed-use project in September 2017. Completion is scheduled for mid-2020. Ivy Station is situated adjacent to the Culver City station stop along the Los Angeles Metro Expo Line. HOUSTON — Lee & Associates has negotiated a 13,280-square-foot industrial lease in Houston. Mike Spears, Robert McGee and Mason Alsbrooks of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, 6811-6815 Gant Road LLC, in the lease negotiations. The tenant was Black Diamond Real Estate Inc., a Virginia-based property management firm.
BOLINGBROOK, ILL. — Ulta Beauty has expanded its corporate headquarters in Bolingbrook by 70,720 square feet. The company now leases nearly 379,000 square feet at Tallgrass Corporate Center, which is a 533,365-square-foot Class A office building. Middleton Partners, the landlord, is adding a new tenant lounge in the building. Existing amenities include a fitness center, conference center, cafeteria and outdoor walking path. Ulta Beauty has maintained its headquarters at Tallgrass Corporate Center since 2008. Francis Prock, Dave Florent and Brent Jacob of Colliers International represented Middleton Partners in the lease expansion.
DETROIT — Union Joints will anchor the new Little Caesars world headquarters campus expansion at the corner of Woodward Avenue and Columbia Street in Detroit. The 14,000-square-foot restaurant will feature a second-floor patio that faces Comerica Park, home of the Detroit Tigers. Level One Bank has secured construction financing and completion is slated for the end of the year. Union Joints is an independent restaurant group that owns and operates nine locations, including The Clarkston Union, Union General Store, Union Woodshop, Vinsetta Garage, Fenton Fire Hall, Pumphouse Custard, Honcho, Gran Castor and Bunkhouse Burgers. The company is based in Clarkston, Mich. and is known for its mac and cheese.
ATLANTA — WeWork has signed a four-story, 40,000-square-foot lease at 881 Peachtree St. in Midtown Atlanta and will relocate its headquarters from its 1372 Peachtree location. The space will house more than 680 desks for WeWork members. WeWork 881 Peachtree is part of 881 Peachtree Street, a 29-story mixed-use project that Hanover Co. and The Loudermilk Cos. are co-developing. 881 Peachtree will offer 44,000 square feet of office space and 11,000 square feet of retail space.
AUSTIN, TEXAS — Retail Solutions has negotiated a 15,606-square-foot lease at Riverside Plaza, located at 2237 Riverside Drive in Austin. Dave Burggraaf and Joey Mendez of Retail Solutions represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Greg Pierce of CBRE represented the tenant, Ace Mart Restaurant Supply.
FORT WORTH, TEXAS — Stream Realty Partners has negotiated a 57,996-square-foot industrial lease at Parc North, a 31-acre industrial development in Fort Worth. Seth Koschak and Forrest Cook of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, EastGroup Properties, in the lease negotiations. Brice Wells of CBRE represented the tenant, plumbing supplier Ferguson.
PLANO, TEXAS — Toyota Motor Credit Corp. has signed a 27,133 -square-foot office lease expansion at Legacy Town Center III in Plano. The company now occupies 54,255 square feet at the property, which was built in 2006 and is owned by California-based KBS. Alan Wood and Wade Clark of JLL represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Jackie Marshall and Alexandra Cullins of CBRE represented the landlord.
