CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA. — CoConstruct LLC, a construction software provider, has leased 40,000 square feet of office space at 3Twenty3 in downtown Charlottesville. CoConstruct will consolidate its two locations to form one headquarters. Insite Properties is developing 3Twenty3, a five-story, 120,000-square-foot office building located at 323 2nd St. SE that will be situated atop a four-story parking structure. Amenities will include a pedestrian plaza and walkway, common lobby gathering space, rooftop event and conference space, catering kitchen, patio, electric car charging stations and bike racks. A timeline for completion was not disclosed. John Pritzlaff of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer represented the landlord in the lease transaction. HOUSTON — NAI Partners has negotiated a 46,150-square-foot industrial lease at 1400 Kowis St. in north Houston. According to LoopNet Inc., the property was built in 1974 and is zoned for manufacturing. Chris Caudill and Joel Michael of NAI Partners represented the landlord, NRE LLC, in the lease negotiations. Stephen Schneidau of Cushman & Wakefield and Bill Schneidau of Independent Real Estate Commercial represented the tenant, Flo Trend, a provider of specialty products for the industrial and energy sectors.
CHICAGO — Intelligent Medical Objects (IMO), a medical technology company, has signed a 13,424-square-foot office lease at the Inland Steel Building in Chicago. IMO will move from its current WeWork space at 100 S. State St. to the new location this summer. Approximately 75 employees will work in the space, which encompasses the entire 18th floor. Jon Azulay, Robert Sevim and Adam Southard of Savills represented IMO in the lease transaction. Mark Buth and Kelsey Morgan of MBRE represented the owner, Capital Properties. IMO is headquartered in Rosemont, Illinois.
STAMFORD, CONN. — Media and entertainment company WWE has signed a 415,000-square-foot office lease in Stamford. Located at 677 Washington Blvd., the three-building complex will serve as the new global headquarters for WWE. Drew Saunders, Robert Ageloff, Allison Melichar and Joe Messina of JLL represented WWE in securing the lease with property owners George Comfort & Sons and AVG Partners. Additional tenants at the 12-acre property include KPMG and Perkins Eastman.
DALLAS — Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, a law firm with offices in the United States, London and Shanghai, has signed a 56,340-square-foot office lease at PwC Tower at Park District, a 500,000-square-foot tower in Uptown Dallas. Matt Craft of Lincoln Property Co. represented the law firm, which plans to move in during the fourth quarter, in the lease negotiations. Dennis Barnes, Shannon Brown and Clay Gilbert of CBRE represented the landlord, a joint venture between Trammell Crow Co. and MetLife Investment Management.
GARLAND, TEXAS — Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services has negotiated a 21,500-square-foot industrial lease at 2306 Sherwin St. in Garland, a northeastern suburb of Dallas. Jason Finch and Brian Pafford of Bradford Commercial represented the tenant, DFD Movers Inc., in the lease negotiations. The landlord was self-represented.
STRONGSVILLE, OHIO — Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa has signed a 3,264-square-foot lease to open in Strongsville, a suburb of Cleveland. The company will occupy the space at Ledgewood Plaza. Sherrie Mendenhall of Coldwell Banker Commercial/Emmco Realty Group represented the tenant in the lease transaction.
Liberty Property Trust Signs Sugar Foods to 247,000 SF Industrial Lease in Metro Atlanta

LITHIA SPRINGS, GA. — Liberty Property Trust has signed Sugar Foods Corp. to a full-building, 247,000-square-foot lease at 875 Maxham Road in Lithia Springs. Located within Westfork Distribution Center, Liberty Property acquired the building in 2013 and has since made capital improvements, including creating a loop road to optimize traffic flow, expanding the truck courts and adding trailer storage to support modern logistics requirements. Randall Bryan of King Industrial Realty Inc. represented Sugar Foods in the lease transaction. Mark Hawks and Todd Barton of CBRE represented the landlord.
SAN ANTONIO — CBRE has negotiated a 73,142-square-foot industrial lease at 4829 Eisenhauer Road in San Antonio. Josh Aguilar and Rob Burlingame of CBRE represented the tenant, Millennium Distribution, a supply chain operator that serves the food and sanitation industries. Ty Bragg of Cavender & Hill represented the landlord, EastGroup Properties Inc. Millennium Distribution will assume occupancy of the space in May.
FORT WORTH, TEXAS — Mid-States Distributing Co. Inc., which serves the agriculture industry, will relocate its corporate headquarters from Minneapolis to a 40,000-square-foot space within Mercantile Center in Fort Worth. More than 100 employees will work at the property, which Mid-States Distributing purchased from the American Paint Horse Association (APHA). Colt Power of NAI Robert Lynn represented both parties in the sale.
