DALLAS — Hampton Social has opened a 17,224-square-foot restaurant at Pegasus Plaza in downtown Dallas. Designed by Dallas-based architecture firm Harrison, the space includes a ground-floor dining room and bar, second-level dining space, a rooftop bar and a private basement club. Parker Hospitality operates Hampton Social, which held a grand opening celebration on March 20.

REISTERSTOWN, MD. — Greenberg Gibbons has opened a new retail building totaling 15,000 square feet at Reisterstown Shopping Center, a 167,212-square-foot shopping center located in the Baltimore suburb of Reisterstown. The retail building includes an 11,076-square-foot renovated Advance Auto Parts, which is now open. Two additional tenants at the building — Jersey Mike’s Subs and Quickway Japanese Hibachi — will open this fall. Existing tenants at Reisterstown Shopping Center include Lidl, Big Lots, Walgreens, Planet Fitness, Starbucks Coffee, Chick-fil-A, Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Dollar Tree. Since acquiring the property, Greenberg Gibbons has invested $30 million in upgrades and renovations.

COLUMBUS, OHIO — First National Realty Partners (FNRP) has added three new tenants — Fun City Trampoline Park, Pet Supplies Plus and Port of Peri Peri — at Carriage Place shopping center in Columbus. The additions bring the shopping center to 99 percent occupancy. Fun City is open and occupies 35,540 square feet in the space formerly home to Cinemark theater, which closed in 2023. Pet Supplies Plus, set to open in early 2026, will occupy 7,913 square feet. Port of Peri Peri, expected to open in late 2025, will introduce Portuguese African cuisine at its 2,400-square-foot space.

NEW YORK CITY — Coalition Space has opened a 15,736-square-foot flexible workspace at 485 Madison Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. The lease term is 10 years, and the space is known as Coalition Space Grand Central. Bert Rosenblatt and Alex Gerome of Cresa represented Coalition Space in the lease negotiations. Adam Rappaport and Brett Greenberg internally represented the landlord, Jack Resnick & Sons.

NEW YORK CITY — Posh Group Inc. has signed a 11,436-square-foot office lease expansion in Manhattan’s SoHo district. The event manager and brand promoter has effectively doubled its footprint to 22,637 square feet across two full floors at 40 Crosby, a five-story building. KPG Funds owns 40 Crosby, which offers 34,229 square feet of office space and 18,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor.

RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS — Truck parts manufacturer Gulf Highway Equipment has signed a 46,023-square-foot industrial lease at 7204 Burns St. in Richland Hills, a northeastern suburb of Fort Worth. According to LoopNet Inc., the single-tenant building was originally constructed in 1960. Luke Clardy of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Todd Hubbard of NAI Robert Lynn represented the undisclosed landlord.

ROCKAWAY, N.J. — Casio America has signed a 21,338-square-foot office lease in the Northern New Jersey community of Rockaway. The U.S. subsidiary of the Japanese electronics manufacturer is taking space on the third floor of The Mark, a seven-story, 237,087-square-foot building that was recently renovated. Chris Conklin, Dan Spero and Maria Rubert of JLL represented the landlord, Northbridge Capital, in the lease negotiations. Naoki Yamaguchi of Relo Redac Inc. represented the tenant.

OAKLAND TOWNSHIP, MICH. — Evexia Wellness has signed a 10-year, 3,603-square-foot retail lease at 4986 N. Adams Road in Oakland Township. The property is known as Country Creek Commons shopping center. Eric Banks and Jim Mitchell of Dominion Real Estate Advisors LLC represented the undisclosed landlord. Mike Murphy and Owen Kelly of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the tenant, which is a full-service medical wellness spa owned by Ida Pesce.

WARWICK, R.I. — Urban Air Adventure Park, an entertainment concept centered on trampolines, has opened a new entertainment venue in Warwick, just south of Providence. The space is located within Cowesett Corners Shopping Center, a grocery-anchored power center, and features climbing walls, obstacle courses and bumper cars. The square footage of the space was not disclosed.

AUSTIN, TEXAS — Quantic Wenzel has opened its new 45,000-square-foot headquarters facility in Austin. The electronics manufacturer relocated from a site about a quarter-mile away to 1835A Kramer Lane on the city’s north side. The new facility features a cleanroom, expanded engineering labs and optimized manufacturing areas to enhance production. Bo Beacham, John Barksdale, Mark Emerick and Kyle Lewis of CBRE represented Quantic Wenzel in its site selection and lease negotiations.
