HOUSTON — NAI Partners has negotiated a 49,911-square-foot industrial leased at 3401 Navigation Blvd. in Houston for CRI Inc., a locally based furniture installation company. Michael Keegan and John Ferruzzo of NAI Partners represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Bob Berry and Grant Hortenstine of Avison Young represented the landlord, Stonelake Capital Partners LLC.

STRATFORD, CONN. — Angel Commercial LLC has negotiated a 76,000-square-foot industrial lease in Stratford, located approximately 50 miles southwest of Hartford. The property features one drive-in door and three dock doors. The tenant, Unger Enterprises Inc., is a manufacturer of professional cleaning and maintenance tools. Brett Sherman of Angel Commercial represented Unger in the transaction. The landlord is Exeter Property Group.

PLAINFIELD, IND. — Aersopace firm Safran Nacelles Services Americas LLC has signed a 56,592-square-foot industrial lease at the Gateway V distribution center in Plainfield near the Indianapolis International Airport. HSA Commercial Real Estate owns the property, which is located at 845 Airtech Parkway. The firm, based in Paris, France, entered into a 10-year lease and plans to take occupancy in December after relocating from a smaller facility within the market. Terry Busch and Jared Scaringe of CBRE represented ownership in the lease transaction. Zak Mirkowski and Taylor Wood of Savills represented the tenant. Developed on a speculative basis, the 262,758-square-foot Gateway V features a clear height of 32 feet, 30 truck docks, four drive-in doors, 185 car parking stalls and 70 trailer positions. The facility is now 50 percent leased. LifeNet Health, a provider of transplant solutions, leased 68,175 square feet earlier this year.

NEW YORK CITY — JLL has negotiated a 27,811-square-foot office lease for Marquee Brands LLC at 330 West 34th. Street in New York City. Designed by Schulze & Weaver, the 682,000-square-foot building was completed in 1926. Mitchell Konsker, Alexander Chudnoff, Benjamin Bass and Harrison Potter of JLL represented Marquee in the transaction. Josh Glick and Jared Silverman represented the landlord, Vornado Realty Trust, in-house.

NEW YORK CITY — The Feil Organization has leased 9,389 square feet of retail space to three restaurants at 7 Penn Plaza, a 357,000-square-foot building in Manhattan. Sticky’s Finger Joint, Sweetgreen and Naya Express will join Starbucks and The Juice Shop on the ground floor of the building, with all three restaurants expecting to open within the next few months. Randall Briskin represented The Feil Organization internally in all three transactions. Jacqueline Klinger of The Shopping Center Group represented Sweetgreen, and Adam Langer of SRS Real Estate Partners represented Sticky’s Finger Joint and Naya Express.

ATLANTA — The Cobb County Chamber of Commerce has sold its headquarters building located at 240 Interstate N. Parkway in Atlanta to Pope & Land for an undisclosed price. The Cobb Chamber and other tenants, including the Cumberland Community Improvement District and Cobb Community Foundation, will relocate to the 10th floor of 1100 Circle 75, where they will occupy 17,517 square feet of office space by early 2020. SK Commercial Realty is the owner and landlord.The new office space is located across from The Battery Atlanta and SunTrust Park, home to Major League Baseball’s Atlanta Braves. The new space will feature meeting rooms, event spaces, modern workspaces, huddle rooms to foster collaboration and a bistro-style break room. Chad Koenig and Trey Dove of Cushman & Wakefield represented Cobb Chamber in the lease negotiations, and Andrew Walker of Colliers International represented the on the sale of its former headquarters building. Rule Joy Trammell + Rubio will serve as the architectural design firm and Darden will serve as project manager of building out the space.  Choate Construction will serve as the general contractor. Turnerboone is the project’s furnishings vendor, and Unified Technology Systems is providing the audio-visual design and installation.

CLAYTON, MO. — Anvil Analytics + Insights, a branding and digital marketing agency, has signed a multi-year lease to occupy 10,000 square feet at 7730 Carondelet in Clayton. The new space more than doubles the size of the agency’s previous location in Chesterfield. Anvil expects to occupy the new space beginning this month. Blaise Tomazic of JLL represented the tenant in the lease transaction. The landlord was not disclosed.

CAMBRIDGE, MASS. — Bulfinch Cos. has negotiated three medical office leases totaling 134,816 square feet in Building 400-500 at the Cambridge Discovery Park (CDP) life sciences development in Cambridge. Arbor Biotechnologies, a genetic research firm, leased 36,171 square feet on the fifth floor. Kintai Therapeutics signed a deal for 72,296 square feet on the third and fourth floors. Simcere Innovation Inc., a medical research and development firm, has inked a lease for 26,349 square feet on the second floor. The three leases bring the building’s occupancy to 88 percent. The full CDP center offers 400,000 square feet of office and lab space across three buildings, which are still under development.

NEW YORK CITY — The U.S. Census Bureau has signed a 10,000-square-foot office lease at the Mink Building in West Harlem. Janus is currently redeveloping the asset and several adjacent properties as part of its 1.1 million-square-foot Manhattanville Factory District mixed-use project. The Mink Building and two other buildings in the project are complete, and Janus is currently constructing the Taystee Lab Building, which is slated for completion by the end of 2020.

GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. — Engineering consulting firm Hubbell, Roth & Clark Inc. (HRC) is relocating from its 3,500-square-foot office in the American Seating building to a 7,000-square-foot office at 1925 Breton Road SE in Grand Rapids. The 44,000-square-foot Breton Road building, owned by an affiliate of Rockford Construction, was formerly medical office space. Rockford updated the formerly vacant building. HRC expects to move into its new space in mid-October. Colliers International | West Michigan handles leasing for the entire building.
