HOUSTON — CBRE has negotiated a 13,371-square-foot office lease at 3737 Buffalo Speedway in Houston on behalf of The Houston Trust Co., and independent personal trust firm. The space will serve as the company’s new headquarters. Weldon Martin of CBRE represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Madison Marquette represented the landlord, Houston 3737 Buffalo LP.

SOLON, OHIO — Industrial Commercial Properties (ICP) has completed the lease-up of 6680 Parkland Blvd. after acquiring the 82,000-square-foot office and warehouse property in December. Two tenants, King Nut and Loan Protector, will begin occupying the building in the first half of this year. Matthew Beesley of Cushman & Wakefield/Cresco Real Estate represented King Nut, a nut and snacks company, in the lease transaction. Steve Voinovich of CBRE represented Loan Protector, an insurance broker. ICP worked with David Stover of Hanna Commercial Real Estate on the acquisition.
KANSAS CITY, MO. — WürthBaer Supply Co. has signed a 66,448-square-foot industrial lease at 1758 N. Topping Ave. in Kansas City. Founded in 1950, the company is a specialty wholesale distributor to the woodworking industry. The Vernon Hills, Ill.-based company will relocate from its facility at 7440 E. 12th St. in Kansas City. Steven Podolsky of Podolsky Circle CORFAC International represented the tenant, which will take occupancy of the new space in June. Karbank Real Estate Co. assisted Podolsky Circle.
ELMWOOD PARK, N.J. — NAI James Hanson has secured a 5,000-square-foot industrial lease in Elmwood Park. Located at 475 Mola Blvd., the property includes six loading docks, one drive-in door and 165 parking spaces as well as 7,000 square feet of office space. Jeff DeMagistris, Tom Ryan and Tom Vetter of NAI James Hanson represented the owner, the Stro Cos., in securing the lease with healthcare solutions provider Digirad Corp. Achieve 24 Fitness currently operates 13,000 square feet of the building as a fitness center.
FINDLAY, OHIO — Marathon Petroleum Co. has signed a 37,727-square-foot office lease in Findlay, about 40 miles south of Toledo. The Findlay-based company will fully occupy the building, which is known as the Waterside Building. Lynette Reichle and Todd Dickerson of Reichle Klein Group represented the landlord, Roach Enterprises of Ohio Ltd. Marathon Petroleum signed a three-year lease.
Chemical Company Signs 121,978 SF Industrial Lease for Headquarters in South Florida

POMPANO BEACH, FLA. — Blue Dog Chemical Co. has signed a 121,978-square-foot lease in Pompano Beach at Bridge Point Powerline Road, a three-building, 467,832-square-foot industrial park that is expected to be delivered in the third quarter of this year. Blue Dog manufactures performance and cleaning products for the consumer automotive market, transportation sector and marine and general aviation markets. Blue Dog is moving its headquarters from Stone Mountain, Ga., which is about 20 miles east of downtown Atlanta, where it occupied about 40,000 square feet of industrial space. Blue Dog is expected to have more than 60 employees at its new location, 40 of which will be new jobs. BURLINGAME, CALIF. — Tech giant Facebook has signed a lease to fully occupy Burlingame Point, an 803,000-square-foot office campus currently under construction in Burlingame. Located on more than 18 acres at the edge of the San Francisco Bay, Burlingame Point is being developed by Kylli, a subsidiary of China-based Genzon Investment Group Co. The campus is 16 miles south of San Francisco. Mike Moran and Clarke Funkhouser of Cushman & Wakefield represented Kylli in the transaction. Facebook was represented by JLL. “We couldn’t be more excited that one of the world’s leading technology firms has selected Burlingame Point to expand its Northern California footprint, says Moran. “This is a testament that strong design elements do make a difference to the discerning tenant.” In addition to four new Class A office buildings with bay views, the project will include public amenities that include an improved Bay Trail, a pedestrian promenade and an improved roadway for cyclists and motorists. THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS — Med-Data Inc., a provider of technology-enabled healthcare services, has signed a 50,717-square-foot office lease at Havenwood Office Park in The Woodlands, about 30 miles north of Houston. The Class A property features a fitness center, conference room and an outdoor plaza. Lisa Hughes of The J. Beard Real Estate Co. represented the landlord, Havenwood Land Developments LP, in the lease negotiations. Kevin Saxe and Rupi Singh of CBRE represented Med-Data.
HOUSTON — HomeGoods Inc. will open a 20,000-square-foot store at Weslayan Plaza Shopping Center, a 354,000-square-foot retail property located on the west side of Houston. Culver Stedman of EDGE Realty Partners represented HomeGoods in the lease negotiations. The landlord, Regency Centers, a Florida-based REIT specializing in grocery-anchored shopping centers, was self-represented. A timeline for the store opening was not disclosed.
EDISON, N.J. — Avison Young New Jersey has secured a 10-year, 208,391-square-foot lease for Concordance Healthcare Solutions in Edison. The healthcare distribution company will use the facility, which is located at 60 Distribution Blvd., as a new warehouse and distribution center for medical supplies and healthcare equipment. Timothy J. Cadigan, Matthew C. Turse and John Recchia of Avison Young negotiated the deal as a direct lease with the building owner, Heller Industrial Parks Inc.
