PLANO, TEXAS — CityCentral, a coworking office space provider based in Dallas, has leased 30,616 square feet within Atrium at Collin Ridge in east Plano. The 281,315-square-foot office building is located at 500 N. Central Expressway at the northeast corner of President George Bush Turnpike and North Central Expressway. CityCentral’s new location will provide more than 100 private offices, as well as coworking spaces, meeting rooms and event spaces. Matthew Hickey and Kristin Grammar of TIG Real Estate Services Inc. represented CityCentral in the lease negotiations, while Paladin Partners represented the undisclosed landlord. This will be CityCentral’s third location in the Dallas market, with a fourth location opening in Frisco later this year.

FORT WORTH, TEXAS — Mallory Alexander, a third-party logistics provider, has leased 155,038 square feet at 35/20 Crossroads Distribution Center in Fort Worth. The rail-served property features 32-foot clear heights, 190-foot truck court depths and access to Interstates 35 and 20. Donnie Rohde and Thomas Grafton of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Sealy Oak Grove, in the lease negotiations.

HOUSTON — Houston-based Finial Group has negotiated an 18,471-square-foot industrial lease renewal at Four Seasons Business Park in Houston. Jack Gaffney of Finial Group represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. The representative of the tenant, Interwell US LLC, which services the upstream side of the oil and gas industry, was not disclosed.

ROSSLYN, VA. — WeWork has signed an 83,294-square-foot lease for office space at CEB Tower at Central Place in Rosslyn. WeWork will occupy the 25th through 28th floors. The 31-story mixed-use tower was delivered earlier this year and is now 93 percent leased to tenants including Gartner and Accenture. CEB Tower is located about three miles east of downtown Washington, D.C., and includes 45,000 square feet of dining and retail space along with an outdoor public plaza. Greg Lubar, Andy O’Brien and Zach Boroson of JLL represented WeWork in the lease transaction. Jill Goubeaux, Terry Reiley, Caroline Bour and Anna Faktorow of CBRE represented the landlord, JBG Smith. WeWork plans to open its space in the second quarter of 2019.

HUNTSVILLE, ALA. — Leidos Inc., a defense, aviation and biomedical research company, has signed a 61,358-square-foot lease at 915 Explorer Blvd. in Huntsville. The company occupies multiple locations in the city but plans to consolidate much of its operations to the single-story flex building. The property is located within Cummings Research Park, the second-largest research park in the United States, trailing only Research Triangle Park in Raleigh. Carter Burwell of JLL’s Birmingham office, and Doug Seale and Mateo Diachok of JLL’s Washington, D.C., office, represented Leidos in the transaction.

NEW YORK CITY — Coworking company WeWork has signed a 236,000-square-foot lease at 1440 Broadway, a 25-story, 747,000-square-foot office building in Manhattan. WeWork’s space will consist of a newly constructed private entrance and lobby. The company will occupy floors 14 through 21 at the building. New York-based owner and developer CIM Group acquired 1449 Broadway in December 2017 and is currently executing a capital improvement plan at the building. The plan includes the renovation of the existing street entrance and lobby as well as a new roof deck amenity that will offer views of Bryant Park, Times Square and the Hudson River.

FORT WORTH, TEXAS — Panoramic Doors has signed a 127,545-square-foot industrial lease at 15050 Frye Road in Fort Worth. According to LoopNet Inc., the property was built in 1987 and features 30-foot clear heights and 13 dock-high doors. Seth Koschak and Forrest Cook of Stream Realty Partners represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Steve Koldyke and Brian Gilcrest of CBRE represented the landlord, Stonelake Capital Partners.

ATLANTA — Pellerin Real Estate has announced new tenants coming to The Beacon, a redevelopment project in Atlanta’s Grant Park neighborhood. Scheduled to open in 2019 are Bailey Room Wine Cellar, a wine bar concept created by Cynthia Bailey of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta”; Adara Clothing; Cultural Accents, a shop offering West African fashion; Squishieland, an art gallery by Ray Geier; Marguerites Bistro, a Jamaican fusion restaurant; and Third Street Market Deli & Bar. Existing tenants include A Haute Cookie; Nica Life, an artisan jewelry company; Kickstart Martial Arts; and Divine Dermatology. According to Curbed Atlanta, the $30 million development spans nine acres and 110,000 square feet. The Beacon is situated about one mile south of Zoo Atlanta and will have about 600 feet of frontage along the Atlanta BeltLine’s forthcoming Southside Trail.

ATLANTA — North American Properties has unveiled plans for Building 300, an 87,500-square-foot mixed-use building in Colony Square in Midtown Atlanta. Whole Foods Market’s South regional office is set to occupy 30,000 square feet of the six-story building that is expected to deliver in 2020. The office relocation will bring about 90 employees of Whole Foods to Midtown. Building 300 will feature 11-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and street-level retail space and restaurants. NAP recently closed a $278.4 million loan to finance the redevelopment of the 1 million-square-foot Colony Square project.
