DOWNERS GROVE, ILL. — Crown Castle has leased 48,000 square feet of office space at Highland Landmark II in Downers Grove. The provider of communications infrastructure is consolidating all five of its Chicago-area locations into the new space. Highland Landmark II, located at 3025 Highland Parkway, is a 284,000-square-foot building within a 42-acre office park. Amenities include a deli, conference center and fitness center. David Burden, Tom Berarducci and Jay Kyle of Colliers International represented Crown Castle in the lease transaction. Jeff Shay and Karla Harmon of JLL represented the building owner, James Campbell Co.

LEWISVILLE, TEXAS — Paint manufacturer and retailer Benjamin Moore has opened its 238,00-square-foot distribution center at 121 Lakepointe Crossing in the northern Dallas suburb of Lewisville. The company is relocating its local distribution operations from a 70,000-square-foot facility in Mesquite, a property that will continue to serve as a manufacturing plant. The company moved into its new space earlier this month. Mark Collins, Dean Collins and Bill Brown of Cushman & Wakefield represented Benjamin Moore in its site selection and lease negotiations.

BRISTOL, PA. — Pennsylvania-based McCarthy Tire Service has signed a 48,485-square-foot retail lease in Bristol, a southern suburb of Trenton. McCarthy offers tire sales, repair and 24-hour roadside assistance for commercial trucks. The company will use the new location to consolidate its Bensalem and Philadelphia stores. Sean Durkin of Roddy Inc. represented McCarthy in the lease negotiations. John Bown III represented the landlord, Industrial Investments Inc., in-house.

HOUSTON — The Toasted Yolk Café, a breakfast eatery founded in 2010, will open three new restaurants in the Houston area in early 2020, raising its total store count to 14. The company will open restaurants at Westmont Shopping Center in Beaumont, The Shoppes of Cypress Mill in Cypress and The Crossing at Katy Fulshear in Katy during the first two months of the new year. Paul Vernon and Campbell Vise of Henry S. Miller represented Toasted Yolk Café in the lease negotiations. Following these openings, the restaurant will have 14 locations throughout the Houston area.

GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. — Galactic Toys & Collectibles has opened its second location at 4174 Alpine Ave. NW in the Comstock Park area of Grand Rapids. The store spans 3,862 square feet. The Grand Rapids-based retailer’s first location is on 28th Street near Woodland Mall. Galactic sells toys, board games, action figures and other collectibles. Jon Greenen of Colliers International handled leasing on behalf of Galactic.

CHICAGO — Mag Mile Capital has opened its headquarters office in a new custom-built location in Chicago’s West Loop. The new office is located at 1141 W. Randolph St. within the Fulton Market district. It features a loft-style design with private rooftop access. Mag Mile celebrated the opening with an evening reception for its team, clients, partners and vendors in October. Mag Mile Capital, a full-service commercial real estate mortgage and investment banking firm, now has seven offices across the country. Rushi Shah serves as president and CEO.

YORK, PA. — ROCK Commercial Real Estate has negotiated a 19,000-square-foot industrial lease for Continental Paper Grading in York, located approximately 55 miles north of Baltimore. The space is located at 3635-3725 Board Road, a 152,700-square-foot industrial complex with 12 drive-in doors and 26 docks. The landlord is Fielder Enterprises. Ted Turnbull and Jason Turnbull of ROCK brokered the transaction.

NEW YORK CITY — Non-profit community development organization Westhab has a signed an 8,233-square-foot office lease at Union Crossing, a 275,000-square-foot office building in the Bronx. The eight-story building was formerly a warehouse, and following renovations earlier this year, now offers office, light industrial and ground-floor retail space. With a lease term of 10 years, Westhab is the building’s first tenant since the renovation and its space will be built out. Madison Realty Capital, The Bluestone Group, Altmark Group and Gali Management partnered with JRT Realty to lease Union Crossing.

CHERRY HILL, N.J. — NAI Mertz has negotiated a 3,600-square-foot office lease for third-party collection agency Grimley Financial in Cherry Hill, an eastern suburb of Philadelphia. The company will move from its previous location in Haddonfield to the new space within Cherry Hill Plaza, a 100,000-square-foot, Class A office building. Joe Riggs of NAI Mertz represented Grimley Financial in the lease negotiations. Markeim Chalmers Inc. represented the landlord.

CHICAGO — Fifield Cos. has signed leases with three restaurants and one retailer to occupy ground-floor space at its Logan Apartments in Chicago. Big Wig Tacos, Jersey Mike’s Subs, K-Fire Korean BBQ and Verizon will occupy a combined 6,800 square feet. Target previously leased 27,000 square feet at the new complex and will serve as the anchor retail tenant. The 220-unit Logan Apartments is slated to open in spring 2020. It is situated on the site of the former Mega Mall in the Logan Square neighborhood.
