DANBURY, CONN. — Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a 30,000-square-foot lease for Christian-nonprofit organization Guideposts at 39 Old Ridgebury Road in Danbury. Built in 1982 as the headquarters of Union Carbide, the property consists of 700,000 square feet of office space, 400,000 square feet of residential apartments and 100,000 square feet of conference and event space. Adam Klimek, Kathleen Fazio, Meredith Siburn, Bill Montague and Brian Scruton of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Summit Development, in the transaction. MIAMI — Ceva Logistics, a global logistics supply chain company, has renewed its long-term, 364,608-square-foot lease to fully occupy 5601 NW 72nd Ave. in Miami. The industrial property is situated about seven miles west of Miami International Airport. Thomas Kresse, Ben Eisenberg Walter Byrd and Carlos Gaviria of Transwestern Commercial Services represented the landlord, Clarion Partners, in the lease transaction. Devin White of CBRE represented the tenant.
GRAND PRAIRIE, TEXAS — Cherryman Industries, a manufacturer and distributor of office furniture, has signed an 189,200-square-foot industrial lease at Grand Lakes 4053 in Grand Prairie, located roughly midway between Dallas and Fort Worth. Duke Realty owns the front-load building, which features 32-foot clear heights, a 185-foot truck court, 112 automobile parking spaces and 44 trailer parking spaces. Krista Raymond and Dave Anderson of CBRE represented Cherryman Industries in the lease negotiations. Randy Wood represented Duke Realty on an internal basis.
MESQUITE, TEXAS — Urban Air Adventure Park, an entertainment concept that centers on trampolines, will open a 30,706-square-foot venue in Mesquite, an eastern suburb of Dallas. The venue will be located within a freestanding building at 3777 Childress Ave. that was previously occupied by sporting goods retailer Gander Mountain, which filed for bankruptcy in 2017. David Zoller and Derek Schuster of Weitzman represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Mike Stern and Josh Flores of EDGE Realty Partners represented Urban Air, which plans to open the venue late this summer.
TRUMBULL, CONN. — FujiFilm North America Group has signed a 3,976-square-foot office lease in Trumbull. Located at 204 Spring Hill Road, the 40,705-square-foot building was built in 1990. Jon Angel of Angel Commercial represented the landlord, Trefoil Park Properties LLC, in the transaction. FujiFilm will relocate from an office in Norwalk.
GRAND PRAIRIE, TEXAS — Dallas-based Main Event will open a 48,000-square-foot entertainment venue at 3102 S. Highway 161 in Grand Prairie, located roughly midway between Dallas and Fort Worth. The venue, which will be the company’s seventh in the metroplex, will feature 22 bowling lanes, laser tag, a ropes course and zip line and more than 130 interactive and virtual video games. The opening is slated for this winter.
Software Firm Leases 40,000 SF of Office Space for Headquarters in Downtown Charlottesville

CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA. — CoConstruct LLC, a construction software provider, has leased 40,000 square feet of office space at 3Twenty3 in downtown Charlottesville. CoConstruct will consolidate its two locations to form one headquarters. Insite Properties is developing 3Twenty3, a five-story, 120,000-square-foot office building located at 323 2nd St. SE that will be situated atop a four-story parking structure. Amenities will include a pedestrian plaza and walkway, common lobby gathering space, rooftop event and conference space, catering kitchen, patio, electric car charging stations and bike racks. A timeline for completion was not disclosed. John Pritzlaff of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer represented the landlord in the lease transaction. Robin Amato of REIII Commercial Properties represented the tenant.
HOUSTON — NAI Partners has negotiated a 46,150-square-foot industrial lease at 1400 Kowis St. in north Houston. According to LoopNet Inc., the property was built in 1974 and is zoned for manufacturing. Chris Caudill and Joel Michael of NAI Partners represented the landlord, NRE LLC, in the lease negotiations. Stephen Schneidau of Cushman & Wakefield and Bill Schneidau of Independent Real Estate Commercial represented the tenant, Flo Trend, a provider of specialty products for the industrial and energy sectors.
CHICAGO — Intelligent Medical Objects (IMO), a medical technology company, has signed a 13,424-square-foot office lease at the Inland Steel Building in Chicago. IMO will move from its current WeWork space at 100 S. State St. to the new location this summer. Approximately 75 employees will work in the space, which encompasses the entire 18th floor. Jon Azulay, Robert Sevim and Adam Southard of Savills represented IMO in the lease transaction. Mark Buth and Kelsey Morgan of MBRE represented the owner, Capital Properties. IMO is headquartered in Rosemont, Illinois.
STAMFORD, CONN. — Media and entertainment company WWE has signed a 415,000-square-foot office lease in Stamford. Located at 677 Washington Blvd., the three-building complex will serve as the new global headquarters for WWE. Drew Saunders, Robert Ageloff, Allison Melichar and Joe Messina of JLL represented WWE in securing the lease with property owners George Comfort & Sons and AVG Partners. Additional tenants at the 12-acre property include KPMG and Perkins Eastman.
