DALLAS — Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, a law firm with offices in the United States, London and Shanghai, has signed a 56,340-square-foot office lease at PwC Tower at Park District, a 500,000-square-foot tower in Uptown Dallas. Matt Craft of Lincoln Property Co. represented the law firm, which plans to move in during the fourth quarter, in the lease negotiations. Dennis Barnes, Shannon Brown and Clay Gilbert of CBRE represented the landlord, a joint venture between Trammell Crow Co. and MetLife Investment Management.

GARLAND, TEXAS — Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services has negotiated a 21,500-square-foot industrial lease at 2306 Sherwin St. in Garland, a northeastern suburb of Dallas. Jason Finch and Brian Pafford of Bradford Commercial represented the tenant, DFD Movers Inc., in the lease negotiations. The landlord was self-represented.

LITHIA SPRINGS, GA. — Liberty Property Trust has signed Sugar Foods Corp. to a full-building, 247,000-square-foot lease at 875 Maxham Road in Lithia Springs. Located within Westfork Distribution Center, Liberty Property acquired the building in 2013 and has since made capital improvements, including creating a loop road to optimize traffic flow, expanding the truck courts and adding trailer storage to support modern logistics requirements. Randall Bryan of King Industrial Realty Inc. represented Sugar Foods in the lease transaction. Mark Hawks and Todd Barton of CBRE represented the landlord.

SAN ANTONIO — CBRE has negotiated a 73,142-square-foot industrial lease at 4829 Eisenhauer Road in San Antonio. Josh Aguilar and Rob Burlingame of CBRE represented the tenant, Millennium Distribution, a supply chain operator that serves the food and sanitation industries. Ty Bragg of Cavender & Hill represented the landlord, EastGroup Properties Inc. Millennium Distribution will assume occupancy of the space in May.

FORT WORTH, TEXAS — Mid-States Distributing Co. Inc., which serves the agriculture industry, will relocate its corporate headquarters from Minneapolis to a 40,000-square-foot space within Mercantile Center in Fort Worth. More than 100 employees will work at the property, which Mid-States Distributing purchased from the American Paint Horse Association (APHA). Colt Power of NAI Robert Lynn represented both parties in the sale.

MINNEAPOLIS — Briggs and Morgan, a full-service law firm, has signed a 93,000-square-foot lease renewal at IDS Center in downtown Minneapolis. The firm plans to fully renovate its space, which is located on floors 22 through 25. Plans call for a more modern, open and collaborative space. Briggs and Morgan employs 250 people. Paul Donovan, Jaclyn May, Jeremy Striffler, Jennifer Stumm and Sherry Cushman of Cushman & Wakefield brokered the lease transaction. MP Johnson Construction Inc. and NELSON make up the project team. Completion is slated for mid-2020.

CHICAGO — InnerWorkings Inc. has signed a 41,443-square-foot lease for its global headquarters to be located at 203 N. LaSalle St. in downtown Chicago. InnerWorkings is a marketing execution firm serving Fortune 1000 brands across a range of industries. The company is relocating from 600 W. Chicago Ave. in the River North submarket. Jeff Dowdell, Eric Myers and William Briggs of Transwestern Commercial Services provided office leasing services on behalf of the landlord, a publicly traded international holding company. Brandon Glick, Chris Bargowski and Sam Picchiotti of Mohr Partners Inc. represented the tenant. The 625,000-square-foot office property is now 71 percent leased.

ROCKVILLE, MD. — Law firm Stein Sperling Bennett de Jong Driscoll has signed a 42,206-square-feet lease at the Tower Building, situated at 1101 Wootton Parkway in Rockville. The firm currently occupies space across five offices throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. The firm expects to occupy Tower Building by the third quarter of 2020, a move that is expected to raise occupancy of the 12-story, 290,000-square-foot office building to 86 percent. The law firm employs more than 130 workers, most of whom are expected to relocate to Rockville. Marc Balamaci and Scott Mendelson of Edge Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant, and Kevin McGloon and Peter Rosan of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, The Tower Cos., in the lease transaction.

NEW YORK CITY — Workspace provider Knotel has signed an 11,176-square-foot lease in the Midtown East section of Manhattan. Knotel will occupy the entire 6th and 11th floors at 369 Lexington Ave., a 28-story, 175,000-square-foot office tower. Aziz Kabbaj and Robbert Chattah of Sitt Ventures represented Knotel in the transaction. The landlord, Triangle Assets, was represented in-house. Knotel, which was founded in 2016, designs, builds and operates custom spaces for companies of 50 employees or more.
