MINNEAPOLIS — Eleven Artisans, a brew pub and entertainment venue, has signed a 3,500-square-foot lease at the historic Handicraft Guild Building and Assembly Hall adjacent to the new City Club Apartments. The name Eleven Artisans comes from a community of 11 female artists who pioneered a creative movement in downtown Minneapolis in the early 1900s. They created their art in the Handicraft Guild Building and Assembly Hall, which dates back to 1907. The brew pub, designed by Minneapolis firm Shea Design, will offer a range of craft beers, rotating handles, wine and cocktails. The restaurant will have more than 60 indoor seats, 60 outdoor seats and capacity for another 100 guests in the Assembly Hall. The outdoor patio will feature a bar, grill, games and live music. Eleven Artisans is expected to open this fall. City Club Apartments is the landlord.

HOUSTON — NAI Partners has negotiated a 53,200-square-foot industrial lease at 9010 W. Little York Road in Houston for Educational Products Inc., a provider of prepackaged school supplies for children. Jake Wilkinson of NAI Partners represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. The name and representative of the landlord were not disclosed.

EDWARDSVILLE, ILL. — Chicken Salad Chick, a fast-casual chicken salad restaurant concept, has expanded to its 15th state with its first Illinois restaurant opening in Edwardsville. This is the brand’s third location in the St. Louis area, with existing restaurants in Chesterfield and Creve Coeur. Located at 2323 Plum St., the 3,000-square-foot, Edwardsville restaurant is scheduled to open on Wednesday, June 26. Hannah Lukowski of SJ Restaurants LLC will own and operate the property. Lukowski currently owns three Firehouse Subs locations across Illinois and Missouri.

FRANKLIN PARK, ILL. — Peloton Interactive Inc. has signed a 51,032-square-foot industrial lease at 10601 Seymour Ave. in Franklin Park. The 225,891-square-foot building was constructed in 2018. Peloton Interactive is a technology company dedicated to at-home fitness. The company’s products include Peloton Bike, Peloton Tread and Peloton App. The Peloton space at the building includes 2,798 square feet of office space, nine exterior docks, 15 trailer stalls, 60 car parking spaces, LED lighting and a clear height of 32 feet. The building’s first tenant, Xpress Global Systems LLC, occupies 66,773 square feet. Adam Tarantur and Steven Tick of Podolsky Circle LLC represented Peloton in the lease transaction. Tom Rodeno and Jim Estus of Colliers International represented the landlord, CenterPoint Properties.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The 965,000-square-foot Hearst Tower in Charlotte, which is owned by Cousins Properties, will be the new corporate headquarters for BB&T Corp. and SunTrust Banks Inc. once the merger between the two banks is complete. BB&T-SunTrust confirmed in a press release that the combined bank is expected to begin occupying 651,000 square feet of office space in phases from August 2019 to June 2021. Up to 2,000 employees of the proposed new company will be housed in the space. The lease term is for 15 years. The space is currently occupied by Bank of America and other tenants, all of which will move out to make room for BB&T-SunTrust. Bank of America has signed a 550,000-square-foot lease within Lincoln Harris’ Legacy Union in Uptown Charlotte. Winston-Salem, N.C.-based BB&T agreed to acquire Atlanta-based SunTrust in a $66 billion deal announced in early February. Details have not yet been released on future plans for the banks’ existing corporate offices. BB&T-SunTrust will have the option to purchase the 47-story building from Cousins Properties for $455.5 million through the fourth quarter of this year. NEW YORK CITY — ACT Commodities Inc., a commodities brokerage firm, has expanded its office lease at 437 Madison Avenue in Manhattan by 4,805 square feet, raising the size of its footprint at the property to 17,750 square feet. The 40-story, 850,000-square-foot building was recently renovated to the tune of $60 million. Frank Doyle, David Kleiner, Cynthia Wasserberger, Hayley Shoener and Harlan Webster of JLL represented the landlord, The William Kaufman Organization (WKO), in the lease negotiations along with Michael Lenchner of Sage Realty Corp., the leasing and management division of WKO. FARMERS BRANCH, TEXAS — Tenet Healthcare, a publicly traded provider, has signed a 372,000-square-foot office lease to occupy the entirety of International Plaza I, a 13-story tower located in the northern Dallas suburb of Farmers Branch. Moody Younger and Kathy Permenter of Younger Partners represented Tenet Healthcare in the lease negotiations. Chris Taylor, Trey Smith, Matt Schendle and Lauren Napper of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Taconic Capital Advisors, which acquired the asset last summer.

DALLAS — Lucid Energy Group, which operates in the midstream space of the natural gas industry, has signed a 16,701-square-foot office lease expansion at Citymark at Katy Trail in Uptown Dallas. The lease effectively doubles the size of Lucid’s current headquarters space to 34,585 square feet. The firm now occupies two full floors at the building, which is located at 3100 McKinnon St. Richmond Collinsworth and Melanie Hughes of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. NEW YORK CITY — Global investment bank Greenhill & Co. has signed a 78,000-square-foot office lease at the former Time & Life building within Manhattan’s Rockefeller Center. Rockefeller Group, which owns the 48-story building located at 1271 Avenue of the Americas, is wrapping up a $600 million redevelopment program that is scheduled for completion by year’s end. Following Greenhill’s relocation from 300 Park Avenue in 2020, the building will be close to fully leased. Michael Geoghegan, Andrew Sussman and Peter Gamber of CBRE represented Greenhill in the lease negotiations. Mary Ann Tighe, Howard Fiddle, John Maher, Evan Haskell and Dave Caperna of CBRE represented Rockefeller Group, along with internal associates Ed Guiltinan and Jennifer Stein.

MIAMI — WeWork has signed a four-floor lease within the 55-story Southeast Financial Center, Miami’s tallest office building. WeWork will move into the space in phases, with two floors expected to open by the end of 2019 and the other two floors expected to be ready in summer 2020. Southeast Financial Center is located at 200 S. Biscayne Blvd. in downtown Miami. Southeast Financial Center is attached to The Cube, a 15-story office building that will offer WeWork members and others access to a fitness center, 30,000-square-foot outdoor plaza and access to I-95.
