ATLANTA — S.J. Collins Enterprises, developer of The Interlock mixed-use project, has signed WeWork as the newest tenant of the $450 million development. This will be WeWork’s sixth Atlanta location with anticipated occupancy in fall 2020. The office, dubbed WeWork Interlock, will be situated at the corner of Howell Mill Road and 14th Street in West Midtown, spanning three stories and 118,000 square feet. WeWork provides more than 320,000 members around the world with office space, community and services through both physical and digital offerings. When complete, The Interlock will offer 200,000 square feet of loft office space, 105,000 square feet of retail space, 350 apartment units, 70 single-family homes and a 145-key Marriott Tribute Portfolio hotel. Tenants previously announced include Slater Hospitality, St. Germain French Bakery and Georgia Technology Ventures. The Interlock is slated to open summer 2020.

FORT WORTH, TEXAS — Smart Warehousing, an operator and provider of logistics solutions, has entered North Texas via a 269,494-square-foot space within Hillwood’s 26,000-acre AllianceTexas development in Fort Worth. Smart Warehousing was established in 2001 and provides fulfillment, inventory management and value-add software and services to supply chain operators. Reid Bassinger, John Sharpe and Trey Fricke of Lee & Associates represented Smart Warehousing in the site selection and negotiations.

COPPELL, TEXAS — International freight firm CEVA Logistics USA has signed a 100,000-square-foot industrial lease at 4255 Patriot Drive in Coppell, a northwestern suburb of Dallas. Blake Kendrick and Jeremy Kelly of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, JP Morgan, in the lease negotiations. Tim Vogds of CBRE represented the tenant.

HUMBLE, TEXAS — Floor & Décor will open a 79,864-square-foot store within Park Air 59, a 111-acre mixed-use development in Humble, located near Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport. Construction of the space is expected to begin in January. Austin Alvis of NewQuest Properties and Preston Cunningham of Cunningham Ventures represented the developer, Archway Properties, in the negotiations. CUDAHY, WIS. — National Packaging Services has renewed its 78,778-square-foot industrial lease in Cudahy, a southern suburb of Milwaukee. The property is located at 2150 E. College Ave. Bill Langhoff of Colliers International brokered the lease transaction. National Packaging Services is based in New Jersey.

PARK RIDGE, ILL. — Adelphia Properties has negotiated a 3,608-square-foot restaurant lease at the historic Pickwick Theater building in downtown Park Ridge, a suburb of Chicago. Pazzi di Pizza will occupy the space, which was formerly home to the Pickwick Restaurant. The property is located at 1 S. Prospect Ave. Simeon Spirrison and George Spirrison of Adelphia represented the undisclosed landlord.

CEDAR PARK, TEXAS — Alamo Drafthouse, a concept that combines movies, food and adult beverages, will open a 10-screen, 45,000-square-foot venue in the northwestern Austin metro of Cedar Park. The theater will be situated within Presidio, a master-planned community developed by Austin-based Riverside Resources. The development team expects to break ground in spring 2019 and open the theater, which will be the seventh Alamo Drafthouse in the region, in summer 2020.

GARLAND, TEXAS — Multipackaging Solutions Dallas, a provider of packaging services for the healthcare, cosmetics and electronics industries, has signed a 69,000-square-foot industrial lease at 2755-2975 Miller Park N. in the northeastern Dallas suburb of Garland. The property was built in 19887 and is zoned for warehouse uses, according to LoopNet Inc. Josh Barnes and Ben Wallace of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, TA Realty. Nathan Lawrence of CBRE represented the tenant.

BURBANK, CALIF. — SRS Real Estate Partners has signed leases with seven tenants to bring 130,000 square feet of new retail space to Burbank Town Center, located at 201 E. Magnolia Blvd. in Burbank. With the new tenants, the 1.2 million-square-foot property is 94 percent occupied. The asset recently underwent a $60 million upgrade, including a new ground-floor food court and upper-level dining terrace. New tenants are: H&M (26,500 sf) Round 1 Bowling and Entertainment (45,000 sf) Bob’s Furniture (32,000 sf) A 7,200-square-foot contemporary Asian bar and grill concept Carter’s (4,600 sf) An international virtual reality concept (4,500 sf) Panini Kabob Grill (3,000 sf) Terrison Quinn and Casey Mahoney of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the landlord in the transactions.

PEMBROKE PARK, FLA. — Best Buy has leased 27,256 square feet of industrial space and Ryder has renewed its lease for 70,861 square feet at Seneca Industrial Park in Pembroke Park. The combined 98,117 square feet brings the 885,000-square-foot industrial park to full capacity. Thomas Kresse, Ben Eisenberg, Walter Byrd and Carlos Gaviria of Transwestern represented the landlord, TH Real Estate, the investment arm of TIAA. Craig Fetherston of The Shopping Center Group represented Best Buy, a multinational consumer electronics retailer. Tom O’Loughlin of CBRE represented Ryder, a nationwide company specializing in fleet management solutions, supply chain management and logistics.
