CHICAGO — Iterum Therapeutics US Limited, a subsidiary of Iterum Therapeutics, has signed a 10,318-square-foot office lease at 200 S. Wacker Drive in Chicago to relocate its American headquarters. The Ireland-based pharmaceutical company develops anti-infectives aimed at combatting multi-drug resistant pathogens. The U.S. subsidiary of Iterum Therapeutics is relocating from 200 W. Monroe St. Geoffrey Kasselman, Matthew Whipple, Bob Chodos and Steve Levitas of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant in the lease transaction. John Hancock Real Estate owns the building.

HOUSTON — Home furnishings and appliances retailer Conn’s HomePlus has signed a 656,658-square-foot lease to be the sole occupant of Central Green Distribution Center in north Houston. Liberty Property Trust is the owner of the center, which is situated on 36 acres near George Bush Intercontinental Airport. Building features include 36-foot clear heights, 133 dock doors and a 500-foot building depth. Rob Stillwell and Chris Malherbe of NKF Capital Markets represented Conn’s in the lease negotiations. Conn’s is based in The Woodlands, a master-planned community located north of Houston.
GARLAND, TEXAS — Quest USA Inc., an affiliate of Canadian window producer Quest Window Systems, will open a 329,000-square-foot manufacturing and distribution facility in Garland, a northeastern suburb of Dallas. The facility will be located within Jupiter Miller Business Park, an 800,000-square-foot project at the site of the former Raytheon campus. The move is expected to create more than 320 new jobs. The date by which the facility is expected to be operational was not disclosed.
MILWAUKEE — Fidelity National Information Services Inc. (FIS) has signed a 124,550-square-foot office lease at Parkland Center in Milwaukee. The financial services technology and outsourcing services company will occupy the second and third floors of the Class A building, which was formerly home to Molina Healthcare of Wisconsin Inc. The building underwent an extensive renovation in late 2016, including a complete update of the lobby and the addition of a fitness center and full-service cafeteria. FIS joins neighboring tenant Global Industrial to bring the 222,704-square-foot building to an occupancy level of 67 percent. HOUSTON — JLL has negotiated a 210,850-square-foot industrial lease renewal within Railwood Industrial Park in northeast Houston on behalf of Global Stainless Supply, a Houston-based provider of stainless steel pipes, flanges and fittings. The company’s Class A space features 28-foot clear heights, 24 dock-high doors and 8,000 square feet of office space. Ryan Fuselier and Jeff Venghaus of JLL represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Kelly Landwermeyer of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, CenterPoint Properties.
ORLANDO, FLA. — Tavistock Development Co., in partnership with Steiner + Associates, has signed Cinépolis USA, a Dallas-based movie theater chain, to Lake Nona Town Center, a 100-acre mixed-use development that anchors the master-designed Lake Nona community in Orlando. Cinépolis will open a nine-screen, 40,000-square-foot theater at Lake Nona Town Center in 2020, anchoring the project’s second phase of development. The luxury theater will feature a lobby bar and lounge; stadium-style, fully reclining leather seats; and an in-theater wait staff that will service patrons with a full menu and bar at the touch of a button. Cinépolis USA’s Mexico-based parent company, Cinépolis, is the fourth largest movie theater exhibitor in the world, operating in 14 countries including the U.S. Lake Nona Town Center’s first phase opened in 2016 with an 85,000-square-foot office building, Marriott Residence Inn, Courtyard by Marriott, the 280-unit LandonHouse apartment community, 16,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space and a multi-level parking structure. In spring 2018, Lake Nona Town Center welcomed the 60,000-square-foot flagship location of Drive Shack, a golf entertainment destination. FARMINGDALE, N.Y. — Lumber supplier Atlantic Plywood Corp. has signed a 46,161-square-foot industrial lease in Farmingdale. Located on a 2.2-acre site at 220 Smith St., the facility features 18-foot clear heights, multiple loading docks and is fully fenced. Barry Cohorsky, Brian Pinnola and Matthew Giugliano of NAI represented Atlantic Plywood in the transaction. The landlord was represented by Brian Lee and Dan Marcus of Newmark Knight Frank.
ELGIN, ILL. — TLC Industries has signed a 51,600-square-foot industrial lease in Elgin. A contract woodshop for the arcade and gaming industry, TLC will occupy the entire property at 1270 Abbott Drive. Jay Farnam of Lee & Associates represented TLC in the lease transaction. PREIT Signs Three Tenants to Backfill Former Macy’s at Plymouth Meeting Mall in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA — Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT) has inked leases with three new tenants at Plymouth Meeting Mall in Philadelphia. Burlington, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Edge Fitness will open locations at the mall in spring 2019, backfilling the space formerly occupied by Macy’s. PREIT is also negotiating leases with an arts and crafts purveyor and a craft brewery. Current tenants at Plymouth Meeting Mall include LEGOLAND Discovery Center, Dave & Buster’s, Bath & Body Works, CycleBar, H&M, Whole Foods Market and AMC Theatre.
SOMERSET, N.J. — Cushman & Wakefield has arranged an 86,000-square-foot, full-building industrial lease in Somerset. Andrew Stypa and Daniel Badenhausen of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Terreno Realty Corp., in securing a long-term lease for tenant Integrated Supply Network. The class A building is located at 70 Schoolhouse Road, within New Jersey’s Lower I-287 submarket.
