PENNSBURG, PA. — CBRE has arranged the sale-leaseback of a 291,203-square-foot industrial building located at 2452 Quakertown Road in Pennsburg. The building, which is net leased through 2028, was acquired by One Liberty Properties. Michael Hines, Brian Fiumara, Brad Ruppel and Lauren Dawicki of CBRE represented the seller, RAF Industries, in the transaction. The warehouse and distribution facility was completed and expanded between 1986 and 1994 and has served as the headquarters for both Campania International and U.S. Tape, portfolio companies of RAF Industries since 2006.

The-Outlets-Maui-Lahaini-HI

LAHAINA, HAWAII — CoastWood Capital Group LLC has signed four new tenants to The Outlets of Maui, a 150,000-square-foot, open-air shopping center in Lahaina. Waikiki Brewing Co. will open at the center, joining restaurant tenants such as Ruth’s Chris Steak House and PI Artisan Pizza. The 3,940-square-foot brewpub will open this fall. Other tenants that will join the Outlets of Maui include: Kate Spade, which will open a 3,250-square-foot store this fall; Le Creuset, scheduled to open a 1,600-square-foot location in June; and Maui Sunglass/Maui Jim, which will relocate to a new, 950-square-foot location within the center. In addition to the new retailers, Warren & Annabelle’s an entertainment venue for magic and comedy, will undergo a complete renovation to its existing 5,700-square-foot space. Existing tenants at the Outlets of Maui include Coach, Michael Kors, Gap Factory Store, Banana Republic Factory Store and Tommy Hilfiger.

GARDNER, KAN. — The Coleman Company Inc. has signed a 1.1 million-square-foot industrial lease renewal in Gardner, about 30 miles southwest of Kansas City. The property is situated on 25 acres at 17150 Mercury St. Built in 2009 as part of the Midwest Commerce Center, the warehouse features a clear height of 32 feet, 100 dock doors and parking for 300 trailers. Mark Long and John Hassler of Newmark Grubb Zimmer represented the owner, Gramercy Property Trust Inc., in the lease transaction. Coleman is an outdoor camping gear and equipment company.

PLYMOUTH, MINN. — Cantel Medical has signed a 160,000-square-foot lease for its regional headquarters in Plymouth, about 15 miles northwest of Minneapolis. The provider of infection prevention products will relocate from several sites throughout Plymouth to the four-story office building, which is located at 9800 59th Ave. Dave Paradise, Sydney Johnson and David Itzkowitz of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the lease transaction. Bob Revoir of Cushman & Wakefield represented the undisclosed landlord. Cantel Medical plans to occupy the space in the fourth quarter of this year.

MUNDELEIN, ILL. — Entre Commercial Realty has negotiated a 30,000-square-foot industrial lease on behalf of Ancient Graffiti Inc. in Mundelein, a northern suburb of Chicago. The 60,000-square-foot distribution facility is located at 1700 S. Butterfield Road. Ancient Graffiti develops handcrafted garden and home décor. The company will be relocating from its current facility in Lake Zurich. Brian Bocci of Entre Commercial represented the tenant in the lease transaction. CBRE represented the undisclosed landlord.

Alamo-Drafthouse-Frisco-Station

FRISCO, TEXAS — Food, drink and movie concept Alamo Drafthouse will open an eight-screen theater at Frisco Station, a 242-acre mixed-use development in the northern Dallas metro of Frisco. The theater, which is expected to open in 2020, will be able to accommodate up to 1,200 guests. This location will also include a Video Vortex concept, which provides craft cocktails and beer for customers looking to rent older movies. The Frisco venue will be the company’s seventh location in North Texas.

MILWAUKEE — Spaces has signed a 43,000-square-foot office lease at 1433 N. Water St. in downtown Milwaukee. This will be the first Milwaukee location for the co-working company. The fourth- and fifth-floor space will feature a business club, private offices and desks. Members will also have access to a rooftop patio, meeting rooms and other amenities. A project of Wangard Partners, the 115,600-square-foot property is a redevelopment of the former Laacke & Joys building. John Mazza and Alyssa Geisler of CBRE represented Wangard Partners in the lease transaction. Michael Streit and Patrick Savoie of JLL represented Spaces.

The flooring installation company is based in Addison. Jay Farnam of Lee & Associates represented the tenant in the lease transaction. Venture One is the property landlord.

PORTAGE, IND. — Healthy Smiles Northwest Indiana will open a 2,000-square-foot location at the Promenade at Founders Square in Portage. The dental practice will join Big Time Burgers and Brew and the Greater Portage Chamber of Commerce as tenants at the mixed-use development, which includes residential units. Holladay Properties provides leasing and property management services for the Promenade at Founders Square, which is owned by an investment group led by the Portage office of Holladay Properties. Michael O’Connor of Holladay Properties represented the building ownership group in the lease transaction with Healthy Smiles.

ATLANTA — Braves Development Co. has signed Savi Provisions to a 4,500-square-foot lease at The Battery Atlanta. The Atlanta-based gourmet market concept will open its seventh location at the 1.5 million-square-foot mixed-use development in late 2019. The store will feature chef-driven prepared food as well as grab-and-go meals. Customers will be able to order from a menu to enjoy on-site or to take out with them. The market will also deliver anywhere inside The Battery Atlanta. Athens, Ga.-based Jittery Joe’s Coffee will share space within the market as part of the continued expansion of its partnership with Savi Provisions.
