CLEVELAND — The NRP Group has relocated its headquarters to the Halle Building at 1228 Euclid Ave. in downtown Cleveland. The developer, builder and manager of multifamily housing was previously based in Garfield Heights, Ohio, a southern suburb of Cleveland. The company now occupies the entire fourth floor, or 43,000 square feet, of the 380,000-square-foot Halle Building. Approximately 130 employees have moved to the new headquarters. NRP Group has 700 employees nationwide and has delivered more than 33,000 residential units in 15 states.

GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. — NAI Wisinski of West Michigan has negotiated a 7,000-square-foot retail lease on behalf of B2 Outlet Stores in Grand Rapids. B2 stands for “benefit twice.” The retailer offers merchandise at a discounted rate and then invests 51 percent of the profits back into the local community. This store, located at 3343 Alpine Ave., is the company’s 12th location in Michigan. The original B2 store opened in Hudsonville in 2014.

OKLAHOMA CITY — CBRE has negotiated a 153,130-square-foot industrial lease at 4200 SE 59th St. in Oklahoma City on behalf of Dex Heavy Duty Parts LLC, a North Carolina-based auto parts manufacturer. David Portman of CBRE represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. The property, which was built in 2002, is a distribution warehouse with 25-foot ceiling heights and 29 dock-high doors. The owner of the property is OKC 59th Street LLC.

FORT WORTH, TEXAS — JLL has secured a 77,000-square-foot office lease for local advertising firm Simpli.fi in Fort Worth. The space is situated within the historic Fort Worth Stockyards, which is currently being renovated by Stockyards Heritage Development Co., a partnership between California-based Majestic Realty Co. and Fort Worth-based The Hickman Cos. Simpli.fi is planning to bring more than 450 employees to its new offices. Ryan Matthews and Matt Montague of JLL represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Seth Koschak and Tyler Maner of Stream Realty Partners represented Stockyards Heritage Development.

NEW YORK CITY — Warshaw Burstein LLP has signed a 15-year, 40,383-square-foot office lease at 575 Lexington Ave. in Manhattan. The law firm will occupy the entire seventh floor of the building. Michael Burgio of Cushman & Wakefield represented Warshaw Burstein in the transaction. Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord, a joint venture comprising George Comfort & Sons, Angelo Gordon & Co. and Normandy Real Estate Partners. The 35-story, 745,400-square-foot office tower has recently undergone a series of renovations that included a full redesign of the building’s lobby, upgrades to the elevators and the construction of a new entrance.

NORTH STONINGTON, CONN. — Electric Boat Corp. has signed a 125,000-square-foot lease at a flex building located at 25 Norwich Westerly Road in North Stonington. The building consists of 53,376 square feet of office space and 72,439 square feet of warehouse space. Electric Boat Corp. will occupy the entire building based on their expansion requirements. Colliers International represented the landlord, Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation, in the transaction. CBRE/New England represented the tenant.

ROCK HILL, S.C. — McCraney Property Co. has signed a 507,512-square-foot lease with NFI at Logistics 77 @ Riverwalk in Rock Hill, roughly 27 miles south of Charlotte in South Carolina. NFI, a supply chain solutions provider and one of the primary third-party logistics providers to Amazon, will be the sole tenant at the facility. Warren Snowdon and David Hanna of Foundry Commercial arranged the lease on behalf of McCraney, which developed the building. Logistics 77 @ Riverwalk is located within Riverwalk Business Park, a 1,000-acre mixed-use project that includes housing, retail, office and industrial properties.

EDISON, N.J. — Gordon Logistics has signed a 269,424-square-foot industrial lease at 180 Raritan Center Parkway in Edison. The logistics provider to food and beverage wholesalers and distributors will occupy the majority of the 354,000-square-foot warehouse facility. Scott Belfer, Lou Belfer and Nicholas Nitti of CBRE arranged the lease on behalf of building ownership, NJIND Raritan Center LLC.

HARRISBURG, N.C. — Lat Purser & Associates has arranged leases with five new tenants at Harris Square, a newly developed, 67,200-square-foot shopping center in Harrisburg, located 20 miles northeast of Charlotte. Burgerim, a fast-casual gourmet burger restaurant, will open a 1,800-square-foot location at the center this fall for one of its first locations in the Charlotte area. Chick-fil-A has leased an outparcel at Harris Square for a new restaurant. Construction on the store is expected to start this month, with an opening scheduled for the first quarter of 2019. Dough Re Mi Donuts has leased space at Harris Square for its first ever physical store. The locally owned and operated retailer will serve made-to-order doughnuts, cupcakes, doughnut parfaits, doughnut sundaes and specialty items such as bacon, egg and cheese on a doughnut when it opens later this month. The Groomery by PetSmart — a concept launched in 2017 — has leased 1,800 square feet at Harris Square for its first North Carolina store. The Groomery offers traditional pet grooming services as well as pampering “spaw” treatments and a self-service dog wash. NEW ORLEANS — O’Connor Capital Partners has signed three tenants to The Shops at Canal Place, an upscale, 260,000-square-foot shopping center in New Orleans. Louis Vuitton, Tory Burch and G Star Raw will each open their first and only Gulf Region locations at the center between now and the first quarter of 2019. The retailers join tenants such as Saks Fifth Avenue, Brooks Brothers, Tiffany & Co., lululemon athletica, Anthropologie and Vineyard Vines. Louis Vuitton will open a 4,000-square-foot store on the first floor of Canal Place in February 2019. Tory Burch will open a 2,300-square-foot location in mid-September. G Star Raw, a luxury denim brand, will open this September, concentrating on men’s apparel. O’Connor Capital Partners, which leases and manages Canal Place, is also planning a renovation program that will take place over the next two years. The New York-based firm has partnered with architectural firm Gensler to revitalize the property, transforming the aesthetics and implementing other capital improvements.
