SOUTH BRUNSWICK, N.J. — Accordia Realty Ventures and EverWest Real Estate Investors have leased 369,000 square feet of industrial space to One Stop Logistics LLC. The 10-year lease is for a property located at 83 Stults Road in the Dayton neighborhood of South Brunswick, approximately midway between New York City and Philadelphia. JLL represented Accordia and EverWest in the transaction. Blau & Berg Co. represented the tenant. Set on 34 acres, the distribution and warehouse facility was constructed in 1974 and includes 20,382 square feet of office space. The building offers 24 interior loading doors, with cross-dock loading. Accordia and EverWest acquired the property and an additional 20 acres of adjacent land from Hermann’s Services in February 2017.

AURORA, ILL. — Apex Warehouse Systems LLC has signed a 107,600-square-foot industrial lease at 631 W. Park Ave. in Aurora. The warehouse will serve as additional storage space for the materials handling and storage equipment company. The 342,268-square-foot building features outdoor storage space, 10 exterior docks, 10 drive-in doors and seven cranes. The property includes easy access to I-88. Richard Daly of Darwin Realty represented the tenant in the lease transaction. Joe Karmin and Justin Lerner of Transwestern represented the owner, Transbulk Real Estate LP.
MOUNT PROSPECT, ILL. — TEI Logistics LLC has signed a 78,700-square-foot warehouse lease in Mount Prospect, about 22 miles northwest of Chicago. The 237,350-square-foot property, located at 1400 Algonquin Road, features 12 exterior docks, one drive-in door and 8,000 square feet of office space. The El Paso, Texas-based company will relocate from its 61,780-square-foot location in Wood Dale in June. CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA — Ross Holdings LLC, a telemarketing company, has signed a 5,260-square-foot office lease in downtown Cedar Rapids. The company will occupy the space on the skywalk level of the 15-story Plaza 425 building. Kirk Hiland of NAI Iowa Realty Commercial brokered the lease transaction. Panda Investments Inc. is the property landlord.
ADDISON, TEXAS — VapeWild, a manufacturer and distributor of e-cigarette juice, has signed a 62,289-square-foot office/industrial lease at 4550 Excel Parkway in Addison, a northern suburb of Dallas. VapeWild has operated in Addison since 2013 and is expanding its footprint, which previously totaled 20,765 square feet. Roughly half the new space is being used for manufacturing and distribution and the other half will be used to house its customer relations team. The company, which now employs about 280 people, will move into its expanded space in July.
AUSTIN, TEXAS — Virginia-based telecommunications firm GTT Communications has signed a 44,508-square-foot lease at Stonebridge Plaza I & II, a 386,101-square-foot office property in north Austin. KBS Realty Advisors owns the Class A property, which is located near The Domain and The Arboretum at Great Hills, two retail and dining destinations. The surrounding area also offers access to walking trails, tennis and basketball courts and a pool. Robbye Schroeder Kirkpatrick of Newmark Knight Frank represented GTT Communications in the lease negotiations.
KING OF PRUSSIA, PA. — An affiliate of Endurance Real Estate Group and Thackeray Partners has signed Cambria Company to a 60,486-square-foot industrial lease at 780 Third Avenue in King of Prussia. Cambria, which specializes in the production of engineered quartz surfaces, will occupy the entire building. The location will be used as a showroom serving the Mid-Atlantic region. Doug Fulton and Peter Greenhalgh of Avison Young represented Cambria in the lease negotiations. Endurance was represented by Paul Touhey and Andrew Green of CBRE. The building is part of a 292,769-square-foot portfolio that was purchased by Endurance in 2017.
Brennan Investment Group Completes Acquisition, Leaseback of 79,968 SF Industrial Facility in Phoenix

PHOENIX — Brennan Investment Group has acquired a two-building industrial facility, located at 4245 N. 40th Ave. in Phoenix, for an undisclosed price. The 79,968-square-foot property was simultaneously leased back to the seller, F&B Manufacturing, a provider of parts for the aerospace, automotive, power generation and semi-conductor industries. F&B Manufacturing uses the facility at its headquarters and for manufacturing and distribution.
OLATHE, KAN. — Professional Packaging Systems LLC has signed a 247,589-square-foot industrial lease in Olathe. The distributor of packaging equipment will occupy space at 16231 S. Lone Elm Road. Ed Elder and John Stafford of Colliers International represented the landlord, STAG Industrial Holdings LLC. Mike Mitchelson of CBRE represented the tenant.
DETROIT — PEA Inc. has opened a new 2,400-square-foot office in downtown Detroit. The site development design firm will occupy the space at the 45 West Grand River building, which is owned by Bedrock. Renovations were recently made to the office, which is now open. PEA, which specializes in civil engineering, land surveying and landscape architecture, operates four offices in southeast Michigan.
