ST. PETERS, MO. — GBT Realty Corp. has unveiled new tenants at the Shoppes of Mid Rivers in the suburban St. Louis community of St. Peters. Outback Steakhouse is currently under construction and a Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza is slated to join the tenant lineup. Other new leases include Nail Lounge, SSM Physical Therapy and Uptown Cheapskate. These tenants are expected to open later this year. Current tenants at the 270,000-square-foot retail center include Academy Sports + Outdoor, HomeGoods, Ross Dress for Less, Marshalls and Ulta Beauty. The property is currently 92 percent leased.

BEDFORD, MASS. — Newmark Knight Frank has secured a 147,371-square-foot lease extension with photonics company Novanta for their corporate headquarters at 125 Middlesex Turnpike in Bedford. Bedford is 20 miles northwest of Boston. NKF represented ownership, 125 Middlesex Turnpike LLC, in the transaction. Built in 1975 and renovated in 2009, 125 Middlesex Turnpike is a 147,371-square-foot, single-story, flex/manufacturing building that includes 75,000 square feet of office space. Novanta is a supplier of laser products, precision-motion and vision technologies and has occupied the property since 2008.
NEW YORK CITY — The Feil Organization has signed three tenants to nearly 52,000 square feet of office leases at 841 Broadway, 250 Park Ave. South, and 257 Park Ave. South in Manhattan. Global professional services firm Ernst & Young renewed its lease at 841 Broadway for a total of 27,000 square feet; cryptocurrency trading firm Digital Currency Group signed a new 11,985-square-foot lease at 250 Park Ave. South; and digital marketing agency Bulletproof signed a new 13,000-square-foot lease for the entire eighth floor of 257 Park Ave. South. Feil’s three-building portfolio in Manhattan is 98 percent occupied following the transactions.
Encore Capital Signs Aetna to 85,000 SF Office Lease at Plantation Walk Project in Broward County

PLANTATION, FLA. — Encore Capital Management has signed an 85,000-square-foot lease with Aetna at Plantation Walk, a $350 million mixed-use project under development in Plantation. The healthcare company will move from its current location in Sunrise, Fla., to a 160,000-square-foot office building at the new development in December. Aetna’s new location will house several divisions of the company including commercial business, Medicare, Medicaid and Aetna International. At full build-out, Plantation Walk will feature 700 multifamily units, 200,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, 160,000 square feet of office space, a 263-room Sheraton Hotel and two parking garages. Aetna is the first announced tenant at the new office building.
HOUSTON — Evoqua Water Technologies, a Pittsburgh-based water treatment company, has signed a 107,000-square-foot industrial lease expansion at 15414 International Plaza Drive in Houston. The property was built in 1999 and features 24-foot clear heights, 22 dock-high doors and 16,000 square feet of office space. Evoqua previously occupied about 45,000 square feet within the park but will consolidate three Houston-area locations into its expanded space by the fourth quarter. Cushman & Wakefield Negotiates Sale-Leaseback of 318,389 SF Industrial Facility in South Brunswick

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, N.J. — Cushman & Wakefield has negotiated the sale-leaseback of 473 Ridge Road, a 318,389-square-foot warehouse and distribution facility in South Brunswick. The sales price was not disclosed. Located on a 28-acre parcel, the property includes clear heights of up to 28 feet, 20 trailer spaces, 582 parking spaces and 38,207 square feet of office space. Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, sportswear manufacturer Central Mills, in the transaction. The buyer was Saadia Group LLC. Central Mills will continue to occupy the property under a long-term lease arrangement.
ALTOONA, IOWA — Old Navy Outlet is set to open at the Outlets of Des Moines this fall. The men, women and kids clothing retailer will occupy 12,000 square feet. New England Development is the developer behind the 300,000-square-foot outlet center, which is located at 801 Bass Pro Drive near I-80. Current retailers at the property include LOFT Outlet, Nike Factory Store, Express Factory Outlet, Tommy Hilfiger and Under Armour.
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS — Lee & Associates has negotiated an 88,200-square-foot industrial lease at 2520 Esters Blvd. in Grapevine, located near Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport. Ken Wesson of Lee & Associates represented the tenant, engineering and logistics firm Communications Test Design Inc., in the lease negotiations. Nathan Lawrence of CBRE represented the landlord, Valeo North America.
NEW YORK CITY — Flexible workspace provider Knotel has signed a 10-year, 23,800-square-foot lease at 6 West 48th St. in Midtown Manhattan. Knotel will occupy the entire second floor through the fourth floor at the 12-story office building as well as the top floor and penthouse. Amanda Bokman and Lloyd Desatnick of JLL represented the building owner in the transaction. Knotel was represented by Elie Reiss of Skylight Leasing. Constructed in 1919, the boutique office building features a recently renovated lobby and is located between Fifth Avenue and Rockefeller Plaza.
ATLANTA — The Allen Morris Co. has signed Spaces to a 56,121-square-foot lease at Star Metals Offices, the commercial component of the mixed-use Star Metals Atlanta development in Atlanta’s West Midtown district. The coworking company will occupy the seventh and eighth floors of the building, located at 1055 Howell Mill Road. The space will include a 5,642-square-foot ground-floor reception area, private business club and 8,000 square feet of outdoor amenity space for Spaces’ tenants. Benjamin Moss of JLL represented Regus, Spaces’ parent company, in the lease transaction, and JLL’s Jeff Bellamy, Brooke Dewey and Elizabeth Koteles represented Allen Morris Co. Star Metals Offices will offer approximately 230,000 square feet of office space, 25,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and a 5,000-square-foot rooftop restaurant and bar. Amenities will include landscaped outdoor terraces, tenant collaboration areas, a fitness center and a bike rack. Oppenheim Architecture and Warner Summers Architecture are designing the building, which is slated for completion in spring 2020.
