PLYMOUTH, MINN. — Cantel Medical has signed a 160,000-square-foot lease for its regional headquarters in Plymouth, about 15 miles northwest of Minneapolis. The provider of infection prevention products will relocate from several sites throughout Plymouth to the four-story office building, which is located at 9800 59th Ave. Dave Paradise, Sydney Johnson and David Itzkowitz of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the lease transaction. Bob Revoir of Cushman & Wakefield represented the undisclosed landlord. Cantel Medical plans to occupy the space in the fourth quarter of this year.

MUNDELEIN, ILL. — Entre Commercial Realty has negotiated a 30,000-square-foot industrial lease on behalf of Ancient Graffiti Inc. in Mundelein, a northern suburb of Chicago. The 60,000-square-foot distribution facility is located at 1700 S. Butterfield Road. Ancient Graffiti develops handcrafted garden and home décor. The company will be relocating from its current facility in Lake Zurich. Brian Bocci of Entre Commercial represented the tenant in the lease transaction. CBRE represented the undisclosed landlord.
FRISCO, TEXAS — Food, drink and movie concept Alamo Drafthouse will open an eight-screen theater at Frisco Station, a 242-acre mixed-use development in the northern Dallas metro of Frisco. The theater, which is expected to open in 2020, will be able to accommodate up to 1,200 guests. This location will also include a Video Vortex concept, which provides craft cocktails and beer for customers looking to rent older movies. The Frisco venue will be the company’s seventh location in North Texas.
MILWAUKEE — Spaces has signed a 43,000-square-foot office lease at 1433 N. Water St. in downtown Milwaukee. This will be the first Milwaukee location for the co-working company. The fourth- and fifth-floor space will feature a business club, private offices and desks. Members will also have access to a rooftop patio, meeting rooms and other amenities. A project of Wangard Partners, the 115,600-square-foot property is a redevelopment of the former Laacke & Joys building. BENSENVILLE, ILL. — Concepts in Flooring has signed a 13,191-square-foot industrial lease at 628 Thomas Drive in Bensenville near the Chicago O’Hare International Airport. The flooring installation company is based in Addison. Jay Farnam of Lee & Associates represented the tenant in the lease transaction. Venture One is the property landlord.
PORTAGE, IND. — Healthy Smiles Northwest Indiana will open a 2,000-square-foot location at the Promenade at Founders Square in Portage. The dental practice will join Big Time Burgers and Brew and the Greater Portage Chamber of Commerce as tenants at the mixed-use development, which includes residential units. Holladay Properties provides leasing and property management services for the Promenade at Founders Square, which is owned by an investment group led by the Portage office of Holladay Properties. Michael O’Connor of Holladay Properties represented the building ownership group in the lease transaction with Healthy Smiles.
ATLANTA — Braves Development Co. has signed Savi Provisions to a 4,500-square-foot lease at The Battery Atlanta. The Atlanta-based gourmet market concept will open its seventh location at the 1.5 million-square-foot mixed-use development in late 2019. The store will feature chef-driven prepared food as well as grab-and-go meals. Customers will be able to order from a menu to enjoy on-site or to take out with them. The market will also deliver anywhere inside The Battery Atlanta. Athens, Ga.-based Jittery Joe’s Coffee will share space within the market as part of the continued expansion of its partnership with Savi Provisions. RANCHO DOMINGUEZ, CALIF. — DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services has arranged the 10-year lease of a newly renovated industrial property located at 18554 S. Susana Road in Rancho Dominguez, a South Los Angeles County submarket. Industrial Property Trust leased the 104,339-square-foot space to Apex International, a global supply chain solutions provider. Apex will relocate and expand its operations from a nearby 34,500-square-foot facility. The new property features a truck court, dock-high doors, a 10,000-square-foot office space, warehouse clearance up to 26 feet, a secure fenced yard and a calculated sprinkler system. Total consideration of the lease is approximately $10.5 million. IRVING, TEXAS — Darling Ingredients, a provider of sustainable food, feed and fuel solutions, has signed a 95,322-square-foot office lease at 5601 N. MacArthur Blvd. within the Las Colinas business district in Irving. Beginning in December, the company will relocate from its 59,000-square-foot space at 251 O’Connor Ridge Blvd., which it has occupied for three decades. Bill McClung and Robbie Baty of Cushman & Wakefield represented Darling Ingredients in the lease negotiations. Matt Hurlbut and Nathan Durham of Transwestern represented the landlord, Massachusetts-based Brookwood Financial Partners LLC.
NEW YORK CITY — Creative working environment Spaces will open its third location in New York City on May 29 at 230 Park Ave. Spaces 230 Park Avenue will provide a 54,000 square-foot creative co-working environment for businesses and will feature a 4,000-square-foot business club as well as private rooms and dedicated desk space. The location joins Spaces 1740 Broadway and Spaces Long Island City as the third Spaces location in New York City. Additional Spaces locations are planned for Hudson Yards, Brooklyn and Staten Island. The Spaces workspace model lets startups, small business owners and more established entities focus on growing their companies without the distraction of office logistics.
