LOUISVILLE, KY. — CBL Properties has signed a lease with Round1 Bowling & Amusement at Jefferson Mall, a 904,967-square-foot regional mall in Louisville. The announcement is part of the first phase of the property’s redevelopment plans. The new-to-market entertainment concept will backfill the space formerly occupied by Macy’s. Construction on the new space is currently underway. Round1 offers bowling, an arcade, karaoke, billiards, food and beverages. As of May 2018, the Japanese-based company had 21 locations in the United States. The new location at Jefferson Mall will be the retailer’s first in Kentucky. Chattanooga, Tenn.-based CBL Properties is also in the planning stages for the redevelopment of the Sears building at Jefferson Mall, which will include a mix of dining, entertainment and retail.

GREEN BAY, WIS. — Architecture, engineering, environmental and planning firm ISG is moving into the WaterMark building in downtown Green Bay. The firm will occupy 14,000 square feet. ISG is currently designing its new space on the third floor and anticipates a September 2018 move-in. After acquiring Raasch Associates in September 2016, ISG has grown its Green Bay presence by more than 40 percent. Three Sixty Real Estate Solutions LLC developed the six-story WaterMark building, which anchors the CityDeck, a community venue for dining and outdoor concerts.

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. — Cushman & Wakefield has arranged two new leases and six lease renewals totaling 90,000 square feet at the Westchester One, a 21-story, 907,000-square-foot office tower in White Plains. The property is located at 44 S. Broadway in the central business district of White Plains. Cushman & Wakefield served as the exclusive leasing agent for building owner Argent Ventures. The two new leases included a 9,982-square-foot lease for nursing agency Senior Home Care and a 3,286-square-foot lease for Cognetic Capital Advisors. The renewals included a 46,682-square-foot lease by insurance broker Willis Towers Watson; a 17,728-square-foot lease by French banker Societe Generale; and an 8,974-square-foot lease by Trans-Continental Credit and Collection. Additionally, software company Nexant will relocate from the fourth floor to 5,951 square feet on the fifth floor. Argent Ventures is in the process of a multi-million-dollar capital improvement plan that will include an expanded and updated cafeteria, enhanced lobby finishes, parking garage renovations and elevator upgrades.

MILFORD, MICH. — Battery Solutions has signed a 94,000-square-foot industrial lease in Milford, about 40 miles northwest of Detroit. The property, located at 2950 Holtz Drive, will serve as the battery recycling company’s North American headquarters. Jim Montgomery of Signature Associates represented both the tenant and the landlord, Holtz Drive SW.

ALTOONA, IOWA — Fashion retailer Lucky Brand has opened at the 300,000-square-foot Outlets of Des Moines in Altoona. The 5,500-square-foot store is the first Iowa location for the retailer, according to the Des Moines Register. Lucky Brand will carry vintage-inspired denim, apparel and accessories for men and women at the new location. New England Development opened the Outlets of Des Moines in October 2017. Lucky Brand joins tenants such as Nike Factory Store, LOFT Outlet, Brooks Brothers, Converse, Tommy Hilfiger and Vera Bradley.

MILWAUKEE — HSA Bank, a division of Webster Bank NA and provider of consumer-directed health accounts, has extended the lease on its 57,517-square-foot office space in Milwaukee. The bank is also expanding by 10,725 square feet. HSA Bank is located on the second floor of Schlitz Park’s RiverCenter building at 1515 N. RiverCenter Drive. The office is home to 335 employees. Ned Purtell and Jenna Maguire of Founders 3 Real Estate Services represented Schlitz Park in the lease transaction. Drew Saunders and Dan Jessup of JLL represented the tenant. The expansion is expected to be complete this summer.

ELK GROVE VILLAGE, ILL. — Toshiba Machine Co. has signed a 58,760-square-foot industrial lease in Elk Grove Village. The building, located at 695 Touhy Ave., will serve as a supplemental facility, complementing Toshiba’s existing U.S. headquarters facility located at 755 Greenleaf Ave., also in Elk Grove Village. The new location will house research and development and distribution operations for Toshiba’s Plastic Injection and Machine Tools divisions. Chris Lydon of Avison Young represented the tenant in the lease transaction. Al Caruana and Britt Casey of Cushman & Wakefield represented the undisclosed landlord.

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, N.J. — Accordia Realty Ventures and EverWest Real Estate Investors have leased 369,000 square feet of industrial space to One Stop Logistics LLC. The 10-year lease is for a property located at 83 Stults Road in the Dayton neighborhood of South Brunswick, approximately midway between New York City and Philadelphia. JLL represented Accordia and EverWest in the transaction. Blau & Berg Co. represented the tenant. Set on 34 acres, the distribution and warehouse facility was constructed in 1974 and includes 20,382 square feet of office space. The building offers 24 interior loading doors, with cross-dock loading. Accordia and EverWest acquired the property and an additional 20 acres of adjacent land from Hermann’s Services in February 2017.

AURORA, ILL. — Apex Warehouse Systems LLC has signed a 107,600-square-foot industrial lease at 631 W. Park Ave. in Aurora. The warehouse will serve as additional storage space for the materials handling and storage equipment company. The 342,268-square-foot building features outdoor storage space, 10 exterior docks, 10 drive-in doors and seven cranes. The property includes easy access to I-88. Richard Daly of Darwin Realty represented the tenant in the lease transaction. Joe Karmin and Justin Lerner of Transwestern represented the owner, Transbulk Real Estate LP.

MOUNT PROSPECT, ILL. — TEI Logistics LLC has signed a 78,700-square-foot warehouse lease in Mount Prospect, about 22 miles northwest of Chicago. The 237,350-square-foot property, located at 1400 Algonquin Road, features 12 exterior docks, one drive-in door and 8,000 square feet of office space. The El Paso, Texas-based company will relocate from its 61,780-square-foot location in Wood Dale in June. Tom Rodeno and Matthew Stauber of Colliers International represented the landlord, Clarion Partners. Christopher Nelson of Lee & Associates represented TEI.
