SCOTTSDALE, ARIZ. — Vestar has signed leases with 10 new tenants at The Promenade Scottsdale, a 1 million-square-foot retail center located in the Phoenix suburb of Scottsdale. Retail and restaurant concepts including Fan Outfitters, J. Crew, Pvolve and Kura Sushi are now open at the center. IKEA, Sugar Sugar, The Wallpaper Co., DXL and Pella Windows are also scheduled to open at the property before the end of the year. Additionally, existing tenant Cox has expanded its space to occupy an additional 3,852 square feet. Vestar manages the center, which is now more than 98 percent leased. FalconEye Ventures owns The Promenade Scottsdale.

Blanca CRE Negotiates Three Office Leases to Bring Plaza Coral Gables in South Florida to Full Occupancy

CORAL GABLES, FLA. — Blanca Commercial Real Estate (Blanca CRE) has negotiated three office leases at The Plaza Coral Gables, a mixed-use development in the Miami suburb of Coral Gables that includes two Class A office towers exceeding 450,000 square feet. The latest round of leases brings the property’s office component to full occupancy. These deals include Baycrest Partners (1,800 square feet), ALTI (6,000 square feet) and Marcum (9,600 square feet), which are joining existing tenants including Apple, Bacardi and Hinshaw & Culbertson. Max Rossi of Newmark represented Baycrest Partners, Thomas Haughton of CBRE represented ALTI and Carlyle Coffin of Stream Realty Partners represented Marcum in the lease negotiations. Tere Blanca, Danet Linares and Andres del Corral of Blanca CRE lead the office leasing team at The Plaza Coral Gables on behalf of the landlord, Agave Holdings. In addition to office space, the mixed-use development features the 242-room Loews Coral Gables Hotel, 165,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, the 170-unit The Reserve apartments and a 2,000-space parking garage.
CAROL STREAM, ILL. — Lee & Associates of Illinois has negotiated a 188,142-square-foot industrial lease at 815 Kimberly Drive in the Chicago suburb of Carol Stream. The 406,000-square-foot property is now fully leased. Kenneth Franzese, John Cassidy and Jay Farnam of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Prologis. NAI Hiffman represented the tenant, Bulldog Cartage, which is undergoing an expansion from its primary location in Addison, Ill.
HUNTLEY, ILL. — Amsco Distributing has signed a 15,000-square-foot industrial lease at 11419 Smith Drive in the Chicago suburb of Huntley. Kevin Kaplan of Entre Commercial Realty negotiated the lease. The tenant will utilize the facility for its third-party logistics operations. The multi-tenant building is also home to Pound for Pound Fitness.
DALLAS — Holt Lunsford Commercial has negotiated a 46,000-square-foot industrial lease at 904 Regal Row in northwest Dallas. Sam Crain, Harrison Davis and Oliver Day of Holt Lunsford represented the tenant, Fresh from Texas LLC, in the lease negotiations. Kevin Griffiths and Michael Haggar with JLL represented the undisclosed landlord. Information on the property was not available via LoopNet.
CRANBURY, N.J. — Yahee Technologies Corp., a provider of home furniture, pet supplies and outdoor and garden products, has signed a 154,000-square-foot industrial lease within Prologis Cranbury Business Park in Central New Jersey. The building at 3 Security Drive, which according to LoopNet Inc. totals 201,093 square feet, features a clear height of 32 feet and 21 dock doors. Christopher Galiano of NAI DiLeo-Bram represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. KBC Advisors represented Prologis.
HOUSTON — Gulf Coast Crating has signed a 135,285-square-foot industrial lease expansion near Port Houston. The provider of specialty packaging services originally occupied 432,316 square feet at Building 1 of Portside Logistics Center, a 1 million-square-foot development on the city’s southeast side. The deal for the additional space within Building 2 brings the development to full occupancy. Tyler Maner and Jeremy Lumbreras of Stream Realty Partners, which owns the property in a joint venture with Principal Asset Management, represented ownership in the lease negotiations. Patrick McKiernan of First Houston Properties represented the tenant.
HOUSTON — Locally based brokerage firm Finial Group has negotiated a 29,667-square-foot industrial lease in northwest Houston. The tenant is Falcon View Energy Products, which supports upstream oil and gas operations. The space spans two buildings within Four Seasons Business Park, which consists of 16 buildings totaling 205,332 square feet on a 16-acre site. Christian Villarreal of Finial Group represented the undisclosed landlord in the lease negotiations. The tenant was self-represented.
Stream Realty Negotiates Five Leases Totaling 93,000 SF at The Interlock in West Midtown Atlanta

ATLANTA — Stream Realty Partners has added five leases at The Interlock, a 672,688-square foot mixed-use development located at 1115 Howell Mill Road NW in Atlanta’s West Midtown district. Kevin Driver and Malik Leaphart of Stream Realty arranged the leases, while colleague Michaela Roberts managed the firm’s initiatives to reposition and deliver customized office suites. The Gathering Spot, a private, members-only modern city club, leased 21,000 square feet of office space, as well as an additional 40,000 square feet of rooftop space. Directional Capital, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm and one of the largest national Rent-A-Center franchise owners, leased 10,500 square feet to establish its new headquarters. Creative firm agency Look Listen secured an 8,500-square-foot lease with drive-up access and direct connectivity to the Bellyard Hotel. Workers’ compensation defense law firm Levy, Sibley, Foreman & Speir LLC (LSFS) signed a 5,000-square-foot lease while Alloy Marketing signed a 10,000-square-foot lease, with both firms occupying newly built office suites on the sixth floor. Mike Davis and Nathan Williams of Scotland Wright Associates represented The Gathering Spot, Directional Capital, Look Listen and LSFS, while Dan Granot of Savills represented Alloy Marketing in the lease negotiations.
Boehringer Ingelheim Relocates Animal Health Headquarters to Medley in Johns Creek, Georgia

JOHNS CREEK, GA. — Boehringer Ingelheim, a biopharmaceutical firm that manufactures medicine for humans and animals, has relocated to a 73,000-square-foot lifestyle office space at Medley, a 43-acre mixed-use development underway in the north Atlanta suburb of Johns Creek. Toro Development Co. (TDC) is the developer and owner of Medley, which will become the new U.S. Animal Health headquarters for Boehringer Ingelheim and its 500 employees in summer 2026, ahead of Medley’s opening in October 2026. Boehringer Ingelheim will occupy two full floors of a reimagined office building that totals 150,000 square feet. This deal marks the largest Class A office lease north of the Atlanta Perimeter in roughly five years, according to TDC. Bryan Heller and Parker Welton of Stream Realty Partners represented TDC in the lease negotiations.
