KENILWORTH, N.J. — CoreWeave, a data center owner and operator based in Roseland, N.J., plans to invest $1.2 billion into the development of a new data center facility in Kenilworth, roughly 20 miles outside New York City and 35 miles from Princeton, N.J. The facility marks CoreWeave’s first data center in New Jersey, despite the state housing the company’s corporate headquarters. The company — which trademarks itself as “the AI Hyperscaler” — has signed a full-building industrial lease at 11 NEST, a 280,000-square-foot former lab and manufacturing building within The Northeast Science & Technology (NEST) Center. CoreWeave will convert the industrial building into a new hyperscale data center. “CoreWeave’s commitment to invest over $1 billion at the NEST campus demonstrates New Jersey’s leading role in artificial intelligence (AI), and our innovation strategies are working,” says New Jersey Gov. MELBOURNE AND SARASOTA, FLA. — Nordstrom Rack has announced plans to open two new stores in Florida. Located in Melbourne and Sarasota, the stores will comprise 24,000 and 27,000 square feet, respectively. The Melbourne store will be situated within The Avenue Viera and is scheduled to open next fall. Scheduled to open spring 2026, the Sarasota store will be situated within Sarasota Pavilion. InvenTrust Properties owns and manages Sarasota Pavilion, and WS Development owns and manages The Avenue Viera. Nordstrom Rack is a discount apparel retailer and subsidiary of Nordstrom Inc. The Seattle-based retailer operates more than 350 Nordstrom, Nordstrom Local and Nordstrom Rack stores.
HILLSIDE, ILL. — Dynamic Manufacturing Inc., a family-owned and operated automotive manufacturer, has signed a 79,532-square-foot industrial lease at 4160-4190 Madison St. in Hillside, a western suburb of Chicago. The tenant will occupy the entire facility, which is part of a seven-building portfolio that EQT Exeter recently acquired. FORT WORTH, TEXAS — SQUAN Construction Services, a New Jersey-based infrastructure design-build firm, has signed a lease at Sun Valley Industrial Park in Fort Worth. The square footage was not disclosed. Todd Hubbard and Joe McLiney of NAI Robert Lynn represented the landlord, Empire Holdings, in the lease negotiations. PARAMUS, N.J. — New Jersey Brain & Spine will open a 16,222-square-foot clinic in the Northern New Jersey community of Paramus. The neurosurgery practice will relocate from nearby Hackensack to the 348,510-square-foot building at 650 From Road in January. WRENTHAM, MASS. — Simon Property Group has welcomed several new tenants to Wrentham Village Premium Outlets, located near the Massachusetts-Rhode Island border. Apparel retailer Hollister Co. featuring Gilly Hicks is now open, and Italian luxury fashion brand Moncler plans to open a store in the coming weeks. Additionally, Shake Shack will open a restaurant in late winter.
MCKINNEY, TEXAS — Cytracom has signed a 30,000-square-foot office lease in the northern Dallas suburb of McKinney. The provider of cloud-based communication and networking services will occupy the entire top floor of the building at 7300 State Highway 121 for its new headquarters. The building is part of District 121, a $250 million mixed-use development by Craig International. PLANO, TEXAS — Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services has negotiated a seven-year, 26,828-square-foot lease at Plano Office Commons, an industrial flex property located northeast of Dallas. The tenant, Aither Systems LLC, a provider of renewable energy solutions, is relocating from nearby Allen to an endcap space at 605 Shiloh Road. Brian Pafford and Richmond Collinsworth of Bradford represented the landlord, an entity doing business as GH Plano Tech Center Inc., in the lease negotiations.
CHICAGO — Transwestern Real Estate Services has negotiated two long-term office lease renewals at 203 N. LaSalle St. in Chicago’s Central Loop. Kathleen Bertrand, Eric Myers and John Nelson of Transwestern represented ownership, Sumitomo Corp. of Americas. Transwestern also manages the 27-story, 624,724-square-foot tower. The Office of the State Appellate Defender renewed its lease for the entire 24th floor totaling 36,000 square feet. Masuda Funai, a law firm that represents foreign companies entering and operating in the U.S. market, signed a lease for 16,300 square feet and is relocating to the 17th floor. John Ziesmer of Transwestern Commerial Services represented Masuda Funai. Leasing activity year-to-date at the property is roughly 134,000 square feet.
ST. LOUIS — ANSCO & Associates LLC has signed a 43,000-square-foot industrial lease at 8801 Seeger Industrial Drive in St. Louis. The national telecommunications company offers comprehensive telecom services from system conceptualization to turnkey construction. Bruce Harper of Trinity Partners represented the tenant.
