The building features one- and two-bedroom units and amenities such as a resident lounge, fitness studio, package room and a landscaped outdoor pavilion. Locally based investment and management firm Ferruggia Associates owns Allure at Vosseller.

EDISON, N.J. — Newmark has negotiated a 35,000-square-foot industrial lease in the Central New Jersey community of Edison. According to LoopNet Inc., the building at 115 Newfield Ave. was built in 1988 and totals 45,500 square feet. Kyle Eaton, Robert Loderstedt, Michael Schipper and Haylee McCabe of Newmark represented the tenant, Glenmore Plastics, in the lease negotiations. The name and representative of the landlord were not disclosed.
OSHKOSH, WIS. — Sierra, an outdoor apparel and gear retailer owned by TJX Cos., has signed a lease to open at Oshkosh Center II in Oshkosh, which is situated along Lake Winnebago. The tenant is taking the 23,592-square-foot space formerly home to OfficeMax. Owned by a Midland Atlantic Properties investment fund, Oshkosh Center II is located at 1910 S. Koeller St. and totals 220,000 square feet. Anchor tenants include Target and Pick ‘n Save. Tony Colvin and Dan Cohen of Mid-America Real Estate represented Sierra, which now operates 10 locations in Wisconsin.
BAYTOWN, TEXAS — Colliers has negotiated a 59,400-square-foot industrial lease in the eastern Houston suburb of Baytown. The tenant was not disclosed. Completed in 2019, the building at 1203 Thompson Park Drive features 28-foot clear heights, 17 dock-high positions, an oversized ramp door, an ESFR sprinkler system, 1,800 square feet of office space and 25 trailer parking stalls. Barrett Gibson and Jason Tangen of Colliers represented the undisclosed landlord in the lease negotiations.
ROCKWALL, TEXAS — Barnes & Noble will open a 20,388-square-foot store at The Plaza at Rockwall, a shopping center located on the northeastern outskirts of Dallas. The center is also home to tenants such as J.C. Penney, Belk, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Best Buy, Ulta Beauty and HomeGoods. Gretchen Miller and Emilie Paulson of Weitzman represented the landlord, CTO Realty Growth, in the lease negotiations. Segovia Partners represented Barnes & Noble.
SEAGOVILLE, TEXAS — B&A Architectural Products has signed a 15,700-square-foot office lease renewal in Seagoville, a southeastern suburb of Dallas. The commercial door manufacturer will remain a tenant at the property at 1606, 1608 and 1611 Bruce Way. Will Bywaters of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. William LeMasters of Mercer Co. represented the undisclosed landlord.
BURLINGTON, N.J. — Newmark has secured a 154,000-square-foot industrial lease in Burlington, located outside of Philadelphia in Southern New Jersey. According to LoopNet Inc., the newly constructed building at 1804 River Road features a cross-dock configuration, a clear height of 36 feet, two drive-in bays, 50 exterior dock doors and 229 car parking spaces. Kyle Eaton, Robert Loderstedt, Michael Schipper and Haylee McCabe of Newmark represented the tenant, automotive parts supplier GMB North America, in the lease negotiations. The name and representative of the landlord were not disclosed.
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Coinbase, a digital currency wallet and platform for merchants and consumers, has leased 58,600 square feet of space at 110 East, a 23-story, Class A office building located in Charlotte’s South End district. Coinbase will occupy the 18th and 19th floors at 110 East to serve as the cryptocurrency exchange’s “Center of Excellence,” which will house 130 employees. Conor Brennan of JLL represented Coinbase in the lease transaction. Jennifer Kurz, John Hannon and Rhea Greene with Trinity Partners represented the landlord, Shorenstein. Other tenants at 110 East include SouthState Bank, Humana and Iberian Pig, a Spanish tapas restaurant.
AUSTIN, TEXAS — Google has opened a 2,257-square-foot store under at The Domain Northside in Austin. The store offer products made by Google, such as Pixel phones, watches and tablets, Nest cameras, Fitbit trackers and branded merchandise. The Austin Google Store also has experts on hand to help customers with technological troubleshooting issues and phone repairs.
