WEST BLOOMFIELD, MICH. — WB Pub has signed a lease to open at the 2,625-square-foot former Smashburger space at The Boardwalk shopping center in West Bloomfield Township, a northwest suburb of Detroit. Michael Murphy of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the landlord and tenant. The new pub will offer food as well as a full bar. Space remains available for lease at the property.

SMITHFIELD, R.I. — Organogenesis Holdings Inc., a provider of regenerative medicines, has signed a 123,000-square-foot life sciences lease in Smithfield, a northwestern suburb of Providence. Organogenesis will occupy the entirety of the biomanufacturing facility at 100 Technology Way. Robert Coughlin and Bobby Jangro of JLL represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Mark Winters and Tyler McGrail of Newmark represented the landlord, The Davis Cos., which bought the property in February 2023.
YONKERS, N.Y. — Online furniture retailer Wayfair will open a 114,000-square-foot store in Yonkers, located north of New York City. The store will be situated within Ridge Hill, a 1.3 million-square-foot mixed-use development, and is scheduled to open in early 2027. Adam Schwegman and Morgan Liesenfelt of Jamestown, which owns Ridge Hill in a joint venture with Nuveen Real Estate and Taconic Partners, represented ownership in the lease negotiations.
ORION TOWNSHIP, MICH. — Pita Way has leased space to open a 1,550-square-foot restaurant at the Shops at Baldwin Village in Orion Township, a far northern suburb of Detroit. The new retail development is located at the northwest corner of Baldwin and Morgan roads and is part of a proposed master plan that would include 215 condo units and 264 apartment units. Michael Murphy of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the tenant. The landlord was undisclosed.
WEST PALM BEACH, FLA. — Four new tenants have signed leases to join Nora District, a $1 billion mixed-use project underway in downtown West Palm Beach. The new tenants include fine jewelry retailer LUCE; women’s fashion retailer Pompanos Boutique; group fitness gym studio SWEAT440; and eyewear brand Warby Parker, which will debut at Nora District this fall. The development team behind Nora District includes NDT Development, Place Projects and Wheelock Street Capital. The project’s first phase — which will be delivered this summer — totals more than 100,000 square feet of retail space and 55,000 square feet of creative office space. Additional confirmed tenants at the property include Loco Taqueria & Oyster Bar, H&H Bagels, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, Juliana’s Pizza, IGK Hair Salon and Le Labo.
FORT WORTH, TEXAS — New Haven Cos. Inc., which sells and distributes high-quality moving equipment, has signed a 24,837-square-foot industrial lease in North Fort Worth. The space is located within Building 3 at Parc North, a 642,000-square-foot development by Mississippi-based REIT EastGroup Properties. Luke Clardy of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
JERSEY CITY, N.J. — Kessler Rehabilitation Center will open a 125,000-square-foot office and clinic at the Harborside mixed-use campus in Jersey City. The space spans the top two floors of Building 6 and can support creative office, production studio, medical and retail uses. Jamie Drummond, Dan Reider and John Crawford of Newmark represented the landlord, American Equity Partners, in the lease negotiations. A tentative opening date was not announced.
HOUSTON — Black Stone Minerals has signed a 55,082-square-foot office lease renewal at 1001 Fannin in downtown Houston. The locally based energy company also renewed its lease in 2023 at the 49-story, 1.3 million-square-foot building, which recently underwent a multimillion-dollar capital improvement program. Chip Colvill and Brad Beasley of Partners Real Estate represented the landlord, JMB Realty, in the lease negotiations. Trey Strake and David Guion of Cushman & Wakefield represented Black Stone Minerals.
CINNAMINSON, N.J. — Cushman & Wakefield has negotiated a 1.2 million-square-foot industrial lease at Box Park Logistics Center in the Southern New Jersey community of Cinnaminson. The tenant was not disclosed, but the Philadelphia Business Journal reports that the new user is logistics firm Performance Team. The recently refinanced warehouse has adjacent land available for a build-to-suit facility of up to 300,000 square feet. Building features include a clear height of 40 feet, four drive-in doors, 188-foot truck court depths, an ESFR sprinkler system and parking for 549 cars and 216 trailers. John Gartland, Jonas Skovdal, Bill Waxman, Mindy Lissner and Sean Duncan of Cushman & Wakefield, along with internal agents Mark Glagola and J.C. Hay, represented the landlord, Logistics Property Co., in the lease negotiations. Eric Demmers of NAI Hanson represented the tenant.
BALTIMORE — PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC), one of the “big four” global accounting firms, has leased space for its new Baltimore regional headquarters. The company has leased 23,000 square feet of office space at the Rye Street Market building within Baltimore Peninsula, a $5.5 billion master-planned development in south Baltimore. PwC is moving from 100 E. Pratt St. and will take occupancy at Baltimore Peninsula in late 2026, according to the Baltimore Business Journal. MAG Partners and MacFarlane Partners lead the development team for Baltimore Peninsula, which includes Under Armour founder Kevin Plank’s Sagamore Ventures and Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s Urban Investment Group. Other office tenants at the Rye Street Market building include the Baltimore Ravens NFL team, Longeviti Neuro Solutions, OBM, Chambers and MAG Partners, according to local media outlets.
