HINSDALE, ILL. — NAI Hiffman has negotiated a 2,330-square-foot medical office lease at 12 Salt Creek Lane within the Salt Creek Medical Campus in Hinsdale, a western suburb of Chicago. Brian Edgerton of NAI Hiffman represented ownership, Remedy Medical Properties, in the lease with Bloom Plastic Surgery. NAI Hiffman also proposed that the landlord complete a speculative build-out of the long-vacant office suite into clinical space. The space now occupied by Bloom Plastic Surgery had been vacant for more than 10 years. Remedy completed the build-out in September. The lease brings the 62,000-square-foot building to 86 percent occupancy. Joey Carr of Carr Realty Advisors represented the tenant.

IRVING, TEXAS — Rocktop Technologies, a provider of AI-driven financial valuation services, has subleased 15,883 square feet of office space at the Toyota Music Factory in Irving. According to LoopNet Inc., the property at 370 W. Las Colinas Blvd is a six-story, 166,698-square-foot complex that was originally built in 2018. Kevin McGee and Zach Stevens of NAI Robert Lynn represented the sublessee in the lease negotiations. The name of the sublessor and building owner were not disclosed.

AUSTIN, TEXAS — RBC Wealth Management has signed a seven-year, 11,710-square-foot office lease in southwest Austin. The financial services firm is taking space at the 124,405-square-foot Building II at Uplands Corporate Center. Ricky Whiteley of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, which plans to take occupancy by the end of the year, in the lease negotiations. Matt Frizzell and Kevin Granger, also with Cushman & Wakefield, represented the landlord, San Francisco-based Drawbridge Realty.

GREENVILLE, S.C. — RocaPoint Partners has added four new food-and-beverage tenants to join the roster at Greenville County Square, a $1 billion mixed-use redevelopment in downtown Greenville. Mama’s Comfort Food & Cocktails, Leo’s Italian Social, CRÚ Food & Wine Bar and MOA Korean Barbeque have signed on to join the 40-acre project, which will be anchored by a Whole Foods Market grocery store. The new concepts bring the number of committed eateries at Greenville County Square to 15, including The Perch Kitchen & Tap, The Salty Donut, ​​Ben & Jerry’s and JINYA Ramen. Other tenants will include Pins Mechanical, Fairway Social, Sports & Social and Agave Bandido as the entertainment anchors and national retailers William Sonoma and Pottery Barn. The development also houses Greenville County’s newly opened 250,000-square-foot administrative building.

NEW YORK CITY — Corient has signed a 24,600-square-foot office lease expansion in Midtown Manhattan. The provider of wealth management services is taking an additional full floor at 101 Park Avenue, a 1.3 million-square-foot building. John Cefaly and Nicholas Dysenchuk of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, H.J. Kalikow & Co., in the lease negotiations. Mark Robbins and Evan Foley of Avison Young represented Corient, which now occupies 74,000 square feet at the property.

CAMBRIDGE, MASS. — New England Development has added two new food-and-beverage concepts to CanalSide Food + Drink, a food hall located within its Cambridgeside mixed-use development. Juicygreens and Far Out Ice Cream will join the roster at CanalSide, which opens on Friday, Oct. 25. Other concepts at the food hall include anoush’ella, Caffé Nero, Chilacates, DalMoros Fresh Pasta To Go, Fresh, InChu, Lala’s Neapolitan-ish Pizza, Nu Burger, Sapporo Ramen, Teazzi Tea Shop and C-Side Bar.

FORT WORTH, TEXAS — Google has signed a 1.1 million-square-foot industrial lease in Fort Worth, according to reports from multiple news outlets, including Dallas Morning News and the Dallas Business Journal. The latter publication reports that the building is located within Majestic Silver Creek Business Park, a 520-acre development on the city’s west side that is owned by California-based Majestic Realty. The DBJ also reports that the deal is part of a larger initiative in which the California-based tech giant pledged to invest $1 billion in Texas markets to support its cloud infrastructure and data center operations.

CELINA, TEXAS — Lowe’s Home Improvement will open a 94,000-square-foot store in Celina, located at the convergence of Collin and Denton counties in North Texas. The North Carolina-based retailer will join the tenant roster at The Crossing at Moore Farm, a 100-acre mixed-use development located along Preston Road. The store will be situated on a 14-acre site, and Lowe’s expects to receive its certificate of occupancy by March 2027.

NEW YORK CITY — Cole Haan has signed a 62,262-square-foot office lease renewal at 620 Avenue of the Americas in Manhattan’s Flatiron District. The footwear provider will continue to occupy the entire third floor of the building, which was originally constructed in 1896, for the next 11 years. Lauren Crowley Corrinet, Adele Huang, Gary Davies and Silvio Petriello of CBRE represented Cole Haan in the lease negotiations. Daniel Birney represented the landlord, RXR, on an internal basis.

MCDONOUGH, GA. — Atlanta-based tire manufacturer Kumho Tire USA has fully leased 210 Interstate South Drive, a 428,160-square-foot cross-dock industrial facility located in the south Atlanta suburb of McDonough. Price Weaver and Hooper Wilkinson of Colliers represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Bob Currie, Brad Pope, Reed Davis and Hannah Dillard of JLL represented the landlord, Dermody Properties. The distribution center is located less than one mile from I-75 and 24 miles from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The facility features 28-foot clear heights, 101 dock-high doors, 147 trailer storage spaces and ESFR sprinklers. The property was built in 2000, according to LoopNet Inc.
