FRISCO, TEXAS — Chobani LLC has signed a 28,674-square-foot office lease at HALL Park in Frisco. The yogurt maker is relocating from nearby Plano to The Tower at HALL Park, a 16-story building whose ongoing capital improvements are part of the first phase of the park’s $7 billion redevelopment. Lee Wagner of Site Selection Group and Tim Stewart of TaTonka Real Estate Advisors represented Chobani in the lease negotiations. Kim Butler, Brad Gibson and Rena Padachy internally represented the owner, HALL Group.

HOUSTON — Locally based brokerage firm Oxford Partners has negotiated a 12,899-square-foot office lease renewal in West Houston. According to LoopNet Inc., the building at 11511 Katy Freeway, which was built in 1978 and renovated in 1996, totals 80,741 square feet. Ryan Hartsell of Oxford Partners represented the tenant, the Texas Health School, in the lease negotiations. The undisclosed landlord was self-represented.
HOFFMAN ESTATES, ILL. — Colliers has negotiated a 35,000-square-foot headquarters lease for Arjo North America, a supplier of medical devices, at Bell Works Chicagoland in Hoffman Estates. Arjo will relocate from 62,000 square feet at 2349 W. Lake St. in Addison when it moves in the fourth quarter. David Burden, Tom Beraducci and Andy Gooliak of Colliers represented the tenant, while Darryl Silverman and Steve Kling of Colliers represented ownership. Bell Works Chicagoland is the redevelopment of the former AT&T headquarters property, which totals 1.6 million square feet and was built in 1990. AT&T vacated the asset in 2016.
ST. LOUIS — Tacos 4 Life is slated to open its new location at the Element Hotel at 3763 Forest Park Ave. in Midtown St. Louis on Tuesday, Feb. 11. St. Louis-based hotel development firm Midas Hospitality owns the property. The Midtown Tacos 4 Life marks the third franchise to open in the region, with other locations in Ballwin and O’Fallon, Mo. The retail space at Element Hotel is now fully leased. The 153-room extended-stay hotel opened in 2020. Midas Hospitality will own and operate the Tacos 4 Life Midtown franchise, which is located in a 4,200-square-foot space. Founded in Arkansas in 2014, Tacos 4 Life is a fast-casual taco restaurant with 29 locations. For every meal purchased, the restaurant donates a meal to a child in need through its Meal 4 Meal program.
ELMHURST, ILL. — FlashCo Manufacturing Inc., a manufacturer of roof flashings and accessories, has signed a 20,987-square-foot industrial lease at 849 N. Church Court in the Chicago suburb of Elmhurst. The institutionally owned and managed building in DuPage County is located less than one mile from access to I-290 and I-294 via Lake Street and Route 83. Chris Nelson of Lee & Associates of Illinois represented the tenant, while Al Caruana of Cushman & Wakefield represented the owner, TA Realty.
PEABODY, MASS. — Dick’s Sporting Goods will open a store at Northshore Mall in Peabody, located north of Boston, that will be operated under the Pittsburgh-based retailer’s ‘House of Sport’ brand. The square footage was not disclosed. Nordstrom currently occupies the space. Simon Property Group owns Northshore Mall, which is home to about 140 specialty stores, dining and entertainment venues and recently underwent a multimillion-dollar repositioning. The opening is scheduled for summer 2026.
TARRYTOWN, N.Y. — The Cookware Co. has signed a 17,368-square-foot office lease in Tarrytown, a northern suburb of New York City. The space is located at 560-580 White Plains Road, a two-building, 306,475-square-foot development. Matthew Lisk, Tara Long and Steve Baker of Cushman & Wakefield represented the undisclosed landlord in the lease negotiations. Craig Ruoff of Colliers represented the tenant.
EDEN PRAIRIE, MINN. — HM Cragg, a provider of backup power solutions, has signed a 92,224-square-foot industrial lease at Nexus at Opus Park in the Minneapolis suburb of Eden Prairie. Endeavor Development is the owner and developer for the two-building, 174,230-square-foot project. HM Cragg is relocating from 7490 Bush Lake Road in Edina and will open its new facility in early 2026. James DePietro and Matt Oelschlager of CBRE represented Endeavor, while Jay O’Brien of Great Places Co. represented the tenant. Nexus at Opus Park is a redevelopment of the former American Family Insurance office campus. Demolition of the 14.4-acre site is scheduled to begin in March, with both buildings slated for delivery in the fourth quarter. Opus Park is a larger mixed-use development.
HAUPPAUGE, N.Y. — Premier Care Industries has signed a 56,500-square-foot industrial lease in the Long Island community of Hauppauge. The provider of wet wipes will use the space at 100 Marcus Blvd., which according to LoopNet Inc. was constructed in 1971 and totals 151,847 square feet, as its new logistics warehouse. JLL represented Premier Care Industries and the landlord, BEB Capital, in the lease negotiations.
PLANO, TEXAS — Horace Mann, a provider of insurance and financial advisory services for teachers and public servants, has signed a 50,033-square-foot office lease in Plano. Horace Mann will relocate from Addison and occupy the entire third floor of the building at 6275 W. Plano Parkway, which is located within the 300-acre International Business Park development. Ryan Buchanan and Josh White with CBRE represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Trevor Franke and Gini Rounsaville of JLL represented the landlord, Billingsley Co.
