The law firm is relocating from nearby Florham Park to Giralda Farms, a 1.3 million-square-foot corporate campus. Richard Baumstein and Edward Duenas of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Joshua Cohen and Bill Brown, also with Cushman & Wakefield, represented the landlord, a partnership between Bergman Real Estate Group and Eightfold Real Estate Capital.

BONITA SPRINGS, FLA. — Five new tenants are joining the tenant roster at Midtown at Bonita, a 68-acre mixed-use development in Bonita Springs, about 15 miles north of Naples. The project’s developer, The Zuckerman Group, recently signed LowBrow Pizza & Beer, Pacific Dental Services, Mathnasium, Gelato&Co. and Beau’s BBQ to the lineup. Set to open in 2026, the mixed-use development will offer 315,000 square feet of dining, shopping, lifestyle, entertainment, wellness and service options for residents in the Southwest Florida region. The development will also feature 400 residential units and a 165-room hotel. The new additions join a tenant roster of national, regional and local retailers already committed to Midtown at Bonita, including Panera Bread, Good Vets, Club Pilates and Jeff’s Bagel Run, among others.
DALLAS — Three tenants — Legacy Knight, Commit Consulting and Mitsui Fudosan America — have signed office leases at Maple Terrace, a mixed-use development in Uptown Dallas. The square footages were not disclosed. Maple Terrace features a 157,000-square-foot office building, a 22-story apartment building and retail and restaurant space. Matt Schendle and Carrie Halbrooks of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Mitsui Fudosan, which owns Maple Terrace in partnership with McNair Interests and Hines, in the lease negotiations. Grant Henson and Ryan Collier of Rockcap Co. represented Legacy Knight. Jakey Younger of Citadel Partners represented Commit Consulting.
ARLINGTON, TEXAS — Weitzman has negotiated a 9,122-square-foot restaurant lease in Arlington. The Original Roy Hutchins Barbeque will occupy the space at 1600 E. Copeland Road, a freestanding building that is located in the city’s entertainment district. Gretchen Miller of Weitzman represented the undisclosed landlord in the lease negotiations. Jordan Cluff and Turner Hosch of DuWest Realty represented the tenant.
PHILADELPHIA — FS Investments has signed a 117,000-square-foot office headquarters lease in the Schuylkill Yards mixed-use development in Philadelphia. The locally based alternative asset manager will relocate and expand from an 80,000-square-foot space at the Philadelphia Navy Yard, where it has been a tenant since 2015, to the mixed-use building at 3025 JFK Blvd. Tactix Real Estate Advisors represented FS Investments in the negotiations for the 16-year lease. The landlord, locally based REIT Brandywine Realty Trust, was self-represented.
ROSELLE, ILL. — Rieder NA, a manufacturer of concrete facades, has signed a 30,300-square-foot industrial lease at 20 Presidential Drive in Roselle within the North DuPage submarket. Jeff Janda and Mike Plumb of Lee & Associates of Illinois represented Tripar International Inc., which owns and occupies the rest of the 63,978-square-foot building. David Haigh of NAI Hiffman represented the tenant.
ATLANTA — Battery manufacturer Duracell has selected Science Square in Midtown Atlanta for its new global headquarters for research-and-development (R&D). Trammell Crow Co. and Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) jointly own the 18-acre Science Square development, which sits adjacent to Georgia Tech’s campus. Duracell plans to invest approximately $56 million into its new space at 101 Nerem St. NW and create 110 jobs. Civic and utility partners that helped Duracell in its site selection include the Georgia Department of Economic Development’s Global Commerce team, Invest Atlanta, Select Fulton, Metro Atlanta Chamber, Georgia Power and the University System of Georgia. Duracell has had a footprint in Georgia for years. The company currently has a manufacturing facility in LaGrange that has been in operation since 1980 and a logistics and distribution plant in Fairburn that began operations in 2020.
Digiacomo Group, JLL Arrange $25.8M Sale-Leaseback of Cold Storage Facility Near Miami Airport

MIAMI — Digiacomo Group and JLL have negotiated the $25.8 million sale-leaseback of a cold storage facility located at 2323 N.W. 72nd Ave. in Miami. The seller, produce distributor Sun Belle LLC, will lease back the 82,261-square-foot property from the new owner, locally based Iconic Equities LLC, which specializes in industrial outdoor storage (IOS) and traditional industrial development. Built in 1978 and renovated in 2019, the cold storage facility sits on a 3.3-acre lot near Milam Dairy Road on the outskirts of the Miami International Airport campus. The property features 30.5-foot clear heights in the warehouse space, 24-foot clear heights in the cooler space, 11 dock-high doors and one grade-level door. Roger Zuniga of Digiacomo Group, along with Cody Brais, Luis Castillo and Taylor Osborne of JLL, represented Sun Belle in the sale-leaseback transaction. Additionally, Christopher Drew, Michael DiCosimo and Jovi Rodriguez of JLL arranged an undisclosed amount of acquisition financing for Iconic Equities.
NEW YORK CITY — New York Cancer & Blood Specialists (NYCBS) has signed a 35,469-square-foot office lease in Upper Manhattan. The oncology practice will occupy three full floors at Radio Tower, a mixed-use building in the Washington Heights neighborhood. Marty Cottingham, Michael Gottlieb, Patrick Steffens, Joel Wechsler and Alexis Odgers of Avison Young represented the landlord, Youngwoo & Associates, in the lease negotiations.
