FORT WORTH, TEXAS — The Fort Worth Food + Wine Foundation has signed a 2,335-square-foot office lease at Quorum West on the city’s west side. According to LoopNet Inc., the six-story, 93,445-square-foot building was constructed in 1987 and renovated in 2018. Jake Neal, Vic Meyer and Carter Sells of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Hickman Investments, in the lease negotiations. Kelly Horton of Big Ink Real Estate represented the tenant.

GEORGETOWN, TEXAS — Partners Real Estate has secured a 2,200-square-foot retail lease in Georgetown, a northern suburb of Austin. The tenant, My Dental, is taking space at Commons at Rivery, a 34,200-square-foot shopping center located at 1313 Williams Drive. Kevin Murphy of Partners represented the landlord in the lease negotiations on an internal basis. Kelly Arnold of CLD Realty represented the tenant.
RESTON AND FALLS CHURCH, VA. — The Fresh Market plans to anchor two mixed-use developments in the Northern Virginia region of metropolitan Washington, D.C. The Greensboro, N.C.-based grocer has committed to approximately 27,000 square feet of space at Reston Station, a mixed-use development in Reston by Comstock Cos., and 29,000 square feet at West Falls, a 10-acre mixed-use development in Falls Church by Hoffman & Associates. The Reston Station grocery store will be situated within Midline at Reston Station, and the West Falls store will be located at the ground level of an upcoming residential development. Both new stores are expected to open within the next three years, with the West Falls store set to open by mid-2026. The Fresh Market has two existing locations in nearby Alexandria and Vienna, Va.
NEW YORK CITY — JLL has negotiated a 75,825-square-foot office lease at 245 Park Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. The tenant, Tradeweb Markets (NASDAQ: TW), will occupy the entire 29th and 30th floors of the 1.8 million-square-foot building. David Kleiner, Michael Berg, Will McGarry and Finley Burger of JLL represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Patrick Murphy, Bruce Mosler, Tara Stacom, Harry Blair, Ron LoRusso, Justin Royce, Pierce Hance and Will Yeatman of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, SL Green.
WESTBOROUGH, MASS. — Bohler Engineering has signed a 20,000-square-foot office lease for its new regional headquarters in the central Massachusetts city of Westborough. The 92,600-square-foot building at 50 Washington St. includes a fitness center and a cafeteria. Steve Woelfel and Kevin Brawley of Colliers represented the tenant in lease negotiations. Bob McGuire and Alison Powers of JLL represented the locally based landlord, Carruth Capital.
NEW YORK CITY — Law firm Emery Celli Brinckerhoff Abady Ward & Maazel LLP (ECBAWM) has inked a 6,000-square-foot office lease expansion at Rockefeller Center in Manhattan. The deal raises the firm’s footprint within the 34-story building at 1 Rockefeller Plaza from 16,000 to 22,000 square feet. Zev Holzman of Savills and Paul Revson of Emerald Realty represented ECBAWM in the lease negotiations. The landlord, Tishman Speyer, was represented internally.
DENVER — Broadrange, a Georgia-based third-party logistics company, has signed a long-term lease to occupy 1.1 million square feet at 76 Commerce Center in Denver. A servicer of the green energy sector, Broadrange plans to occupy the two buildings at 76 Commerce Center starting in September 2024. The company will use this property for distributing solar panel components. Situated on 155 acres, 76 Commerce offers four cross-dock buildings, 36-foot clear heights, four drive-in doors and 106 and 108 dock-high doors in Building 1 and Building 3, respectively, in addition to trailer parking and office space. Building 1 is also on a gated and secured site. Todd Witty and Daniel Close of CBRE represented the landlords, Hyde Development and Mortenson Properties, while Sam Dragan and Jim Bolt of CBRE represented the tenant in partnership with Atlanta-based Strategic Real Estate Partners in the transaction.
HOUSTON — Finial Group has negotiated a 10,000-square-foot industrial lease in northwest Houston. According to LoopNet Inc., the building at 8550 Fallbrook Drive was constructed in 2020 and totals 90,000 square feet. Andrew Bischoff and Tyler Holt of Finial Group represented the tenant, Buckeye Cleaners, in the lease negotiations. The name and representative of the landlord were not disclosed.
HOUSTON — Law firm Fahl & Donaldson PLLC has signed a 5,316-square-foot office lease renewal at 801 Louisiana St. in downtown Houston. According to LoopNet Inc., the eight-story, 105,145-square-foot building was constructed in 1979 and renovated in 2009. Ryan Hartsell of locally based brokerage firm Oxford Partners represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Trey Miller of Boxer Property represented the landlord.
BRIGHTON, MICH. — Two new retail tenants are opening at Green Oak Village Place in Brighton, about 50 miles northwest of Detroit. Michigan Makers Marketplace offers a space for local craftsmen and artists to sell their work along with scheduled craft shows. The tenant opened a 4,920-square-foot store in June. StretchLab is a national tenant with nearly 400 studios in North America and 900 licensed locations globally that provides customized one-on-one stretching services. StretchLab is opening a 2,259-square-foot space later this summer. Green Oak Village Place, a retail lifestyle center, features more than 50 shopping and dining tenants.
