BARTLETT, ILL. — Lee & Associates has brokered the sale of a 3.4-acre vacant lot near the southeast corner of West Bartlett Road and Route 25 in the Chicago suburb of Bartlett. The sales price was undisclosed. A new multi-story, self-storage facility is planned for the site. Rick Scardino of Lee & Associates represented the seller, Abbott Land. DALLAS — Lee & Associates has negotiated a 25,564-square-foot industrial lease near Dallas Love Field Airport on the city’s northwest side. According to LoopNet Inc., the single-tenant property at 9151 King Arthur Drive was built in 1966. Mark Graybill of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Trio Pines, in the lease negotiations. The representative of the tenant, Lighthouse Fence Supply, was not disclosed.
Lee & Associates Arranges 10-Year Lease at Airway Office Park in Long Beach, California

LONG BEACH, CALIF. — Lee & Associates has successfully finalized a 10-year lease for a 10,812-square-foot creative office space at Airway Office Park in Long Beach. The tenant, Swing Set Productions, a creative production studio serving top brands, will relocate from Huntington Beach to this new studio. The Airway Office Park, developed by Urbana Real Estate Development, offers more than 60,000 square feet of office space and amenities. The project is currently under construction and scheduled for completion late this month. Jeff Coburn and Shaun McCullough of Lee & Associates Los Angeles – Long Beach represented the landlord, Airway Office Park LLC. Michael Shuken of Savills represented the tenant. The value of the lease is about $5 million.
ALSIP, ILL. — Lee & Associates has negotiated the $1.8 million sale of a retail pad site in Alsip, a southern suburb of Chicago. The property at 4839 W. 111th St. was formerly home to Bakers Square restaurant. Rick Scardino of Lee & Associates represented the seller, Orion Capital. Dave and Ryan Chopp of DRC Realty LLC represented the buyer, Barnes Development Co., which will build a new Belle Tire store on the site. Belle Tire operates roughly 130 locations in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and Illinois.
FORT WORTH, TEXAS — Chubby Gorilla, a provider of liquid packaging services, has signed a 54,915-square-foot industrial lease at Champions Business Park in Fort Worth. Reid Bassinger and Nathan Denton of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Hopewell Development, in the lease negotiations. Sam Pruitt and Luke Harp of Site Selection Group represented the tenant.
SCHAUMBURG, ILL. — Lee & Associates has brokered the sale of a 1.7-acre retail pad site located at 40 S. Roselle Road in the Chicago suburb of Schaumburg. The sales price was undisclosed. The transaction marks the final undeveloped site in the Town Square development. Rick Scardino of Lee & Associates represented the seller, the Village of Schaumburg. Simeon Spirrison of Adelphia Properties represented the buyer, SD Construct. The buyer plans to build a two-story, 6,342-square-foot HopScotch pub-themed restaurant.

SANTA ANA, CALIF. — Lee & Associates Orange has leased a freestanding industrial building spanning 40,586 square feet. The lease agreement, which is for more than 60 months, amounts to a total consideration of around $4.3 million. Located at 1651 E. Saint Andrew Place in Santa Ana, the property offers a ground-level loading door, two dock-high loading doors, 28-foot clear height and 1,200 amps, 277/480V of power. Greg Diab and Jack Haley of Lee & Associates’ Orange office represented the tenant in the negotiations.
MANSFIELD, TEXAS — Lee & Associates has negotiated a 25,125-square-foot industrial lease in Mansfield, a southern suburb of Fort Worth. According to LoopNet Inc., the property at 2151 Heritage Parkway consists of two buildings with 30-foot clear heights and 3,800 square feet of office space. Robert Miller of Lee & Associates represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. The name and representative of the landlord were not disclosed.
HOUSTON — Diamond Offshore Drilling has signed a 62,584-square-foot office headquarters lease in Houston’s Energy Corridor area. The energy firm will occupy the ninth, 11th and 12th floors of One Eldridge, a 245,315-square-foot building, with plans to move in during the fourth quarter. Lonna Jenks of JLL and Eric Anderson of Transwestern represented Diamond Offshore in the lease negotiations. Jon Dutton and Andrew Elliott represented the landlord, Granite Properties, on an internal basis.
