Randol Mill Road was constructed in 1968. Reed Parker and Mark Graybill of Lee & Associates  represented the landlord, Arden Logistics Management LLC, in the lease negotiations. ARLINGTON, TEXAS — California-based automotive parts manufacturer Prestige Autotech has signed a 49,280-square-foot industrial lease at 2001-2023 Exchange Drive in Arlington. According to LoopNet Inc. the property was built in 1972 and spans 187,840 square feet. Reed Parker and Mark Graybill of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Link Logistics Real Estate, in the lease negotiations. Greg Nelson and Jimmy Holcomb of Paladin Partners represented the tenant.

HOUSTON — Lee & Associates has arranged the sale of an 80,000-square-foot retail property in West Houston that houses a car dealership. The 7.7-acre site at 6737 Southwest Freeway was originally built in 1965, according to LoopNet Inc. Nathan Denton, Justin Tunnel and Chase Cribbs of Lee & Associates represented the buyer, HGreg Investment of California, in the transaction. The seller and sales price were not disclosed, although LoopNet identified a listing price of roughly $19 million.

Blake George of Lee & Associates represented the seller, an entity doing business as Pony Express LLC. The buyer was IA Manufacturers LLC.

Exeter Property Group acquired the property from an undisclosed seller for $11.5 million. Built in 1982, the 45,214-square-foot property features 12 dock-high doors, two grade-level doors, heavy power and 20-foot clear heights. Rusty Williams, Chris Roth and Jake Rubendall of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County’s Williams Roth Group represented the buyer. Jim Benson of Kidder Mathews represented the seller in the transaction.

The office will specialize in industrial, office and investment brokerage, with plans to strategically recruit teams that will grow its capabilities in multifamily and retail. Led by Jack R. The crane-served building features 24-foot clear heights, 24 drive-in doors and 6.8 acres of outdoor storage space. Joseph Mullican and Brett Lewis of Lee & Associates represented the undisclosed tenant, which will occupy the entirety of the building, in the lease negotiations. The property is located at 904 Bethel Circle. Blake George of Lee & Associates represented the seller, Golden Properties LLC. Stimac Holdings LLC, a company that designs and manufactures video games, was the buyer.
