According to LoopNet Inc., the property was built in 1964 and features 10-foot clear heights as well as 10 drive-in, grade-level doors. Chris Stout and Randy Touchstone of JLL represented the landlord, Boston-based STAG Industrial. The tenant will relocate from its current space in Irving on November 1.

Reid Bassinger and Trey Fricke of Lee & Associates represented the tenant, Builders First Source Inc., a Dallas-based provider of construction materials and supplies, in the lease negotiations. Brett Owens of Transwestern represented the landlord, Colony NorthStar.
DARIEN, ILL. — Lee & Associates has brokered the $19.5 million sale of a 185,850-square-foot industrial building in Darien, a southwestern suburb of Chicago. Built on a speculative basis in 2017, the building is located at 7879 Lemont Road. Brian Vanosky, Tim McCahill and Jeff Janda of Lee & Associates represented the seller, Panattoni Development Co. Mike Plumb of Lee & Associates represented the buyer, a private investor. Tile distributor Tile & Top occupies a portion of the property. Lee & Associates will market for lease the remaining 116,043 square feet.
FORT WORTH, TEXAS — Lee & Associates has negotiated a 65,814-square-foot industrial lease at 4395 Diplomacy Road in east Fort Worth. Ryan Earley, Jeff Galante and Terry Grapenthin of Lee & Associates represented the buyer, Venture One Real Estate. Earley, along with Caroline Dell, have been retained to market the building for lease. The seller was not disclosed.

The property includes seven buildings and is situated on 29 acres. Bob Nuttall and Reid Davis of Lee & Associates arranged the transaction on behalf of the buyer, Greenville Corporate LLC. The seller, Rushmark Properties, was represented internally. Aviation Business Park was developed in 2001 and is home to tenants including DHL, HITT Contracting, Samet Corp., Secure Missions, Centurum and Nolan Transportation.
