ROWLETT, TEXAS — Lee & Associates has arranged the sale of a 21,400-square-foot industrial building located at 5201 Grisham Drive in Rowlett, an eastern suburb of Dallas. Taylor Stell, Brett Lewis and George Tanghongs of Lee & Associates represented the seller, Favcon Partners, in the transaction. Other terms of sale were not disclosed.
WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CALIF. — Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura has arranged the sale of an office building located at 31248 Oak Crest Drive in Westlake Village in metro Los Angeles. K-Swiss, an athletic footwear maker, sold the property to Selleck Development Group for $11 million. The 53,133-square-foot building was constructed as a build-to-suit for K-Swiss and the company occupied the property from 1999 until it relocated to downtown Los Angeles. Joe Jusko of Lee & Associates represented the seller, while Mike Tingus and Grant Fulkerson of Lee & Associates represented the seller.
OCEANSIDE, CALIF. — Lee & Associates – North San Diego County has arranged the sale of an industrial building located within Rancho Del Oro Technology Park at 4039 Calle Platino in Oceanside. Rexford Industrial Realty acquired the property from San Diego-based 6th & K Ltd for $20 million. The building features 143,274 square feet of industrial space. Tim Moore of Lee & Associates represented the seller, while Adam Molnar and Greg Lewis of CBRE represented the buyer in the transaction.
GLENDALE, ARIZ. — Lee & Associates has arranged the $21.9 million sale of Talavi Towne Center, a 118,377-square-foot shopping center in Glendale. Jay Fincham and Patrick Dempsey of Lee & Associates arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller, Kimco Towne Center LLC, and the buyer, Talavi Bell LLC. Talavi Towne Center is home to tenants such as Wal-Mart, MOR Furniture, Dollar Tree, Leslie’s Pool Mart and Cricket Wireless.
ST. LOUIS — Lee & Associates has negotiated the sale of a 672,000-square-foot industrial property in St. Louis for an undisclosed price. The multi-tenant building is located at 4327 Gustine Ave. Herb Feldmann of Lee & Associates represented the buyer, SOA Gustine LLC. Will Mura of CBRE represented the seller, Gustine Avenue LLC.
ADDISON, ILL. — Lee & Associates has negotiated the $2 million sale of two industrial buildings in Addison, about 20 miles west of Chicago. The properties include a 13,884-square-foot building at 1236 Capitol Drive and a 15,200-square-foot building at 1770 Cortland Court. Jay Farnam represented the seller in both transactions. Neither the buyer nor the seller was disclosed.

LOMPOC, CALIF. — Lee & Associates has arranged the purchase of a two-story industrial building located at 1641 W. Central Ave. in Lompoc. An undisclosed buyer acquired the property for $3.1 million. The 56,560-square-foot property features a 300-seat auditorium, large banquet hall, kitchen space and office space, as well as 30,000 square feet of manufacturing and distribution space with three loading docks, six roll-up doors and 100 spaces available for parking. Paul Davies of Lee & Associates represented the buyer in the deal.
GRAND PRAIRIE, TEXAS — Lee & Associates has brokered the sale of a 74,100-square-foot industrial building located at 2001 110th St. in the Dallas metro of Grand Prairie.
