COPPELL, TEXAS — Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth has completed a lease extension and expansion totaling 445,695 square feet located at 777 Freeport Parkway in Coppell, about 22 miles northwest of Dallas. Bob Gibson of CBRE represented the tenant, C&S Wholesale Grocers Inc., a wholesale grocery supplier and leading supply chain company for the food industry. Ken Wesson and Mark Graybill of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, GLP, a developer of logistics facilities based in Baltimore.
PHOENIX — Lee & Associates has arranged the $11 million sale of Pueblo Point Shopping Center, a 54,430-square-foot retail center in Phoenix. Jan Fincham, Patrick Dempsey and Andrew Lundahl of Lee & Associates arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller, Arneil Pueblo LLC, and the buyer, Paradise Valley Ventures LLC. Pueblo Point Shopping Center is home to Smart & Final Extra, Domino’s Pizza, The UPS Store and an Ace Hardware store, which was not included in the sale.
DALLAS — Lee & Associated has arranged the sale of a 34,101-square-foot auto dealership space located at 13615 N. Central Expressway in Dallas. Nathan Denton of Lee & Associates represented the buyer, Sonic Development, a division of automotive retailer Sonic Automotive. Ryan Johnson of SRS Realty represented the seller, Algonquin Realty LP. Sonic Automotive is a Fortune 500 company that also offers vehicle maintenance, collision repair, insurance and financing services.
ELK GROVE VILLAGE, ILL. — Lee & Associates has negotiated the sale of a 52,082-square-foot industrial building in Elk Grove Village for $3.4 million. The property is located at 1200 Lunt Ave. Mike Plumb, Brad Simousek and Jeff Janda of Lee & Associates represented the seller, American Dawn. Jack Brennan of CBRE represented the buyer, Lawrence Foods, a local manufacturer of bakery ingredients for commercial food manufacturers, in-store supermarket bakeries and foodservice operators.
MURRIETA, CALIF. — Lee & Associates – North San Diego County has arranged the sale of seven acres of land in Murrieta, located between Los Angeles and San Diego, for $1.3 million. The buyer plans to construct a 137-unit memory care community on the site. The plot is an infill development opportunity located near retail, schools, parks and new residential developments in the expanding region. Murrieta’s population more than doubled between 2000 and 2010, according to Lee & Associates. FORT WORTH, TEXAS — Lee & Associates has negotiated a 250,000-square-foot industrial lease at 2900 Meacham Blvd. in Fort Worth on behalf of Woods Distribution Solutions, a Fort Worth-based industrial logistics firm. Built in 1991, the cross-dock property offers 24-foot clear heights, an ESFR sprinkler system and 6,000 square feet of office space. Becky Thompson of Lee & Associates represented the tenant and the landlord, 2900 Meacham LLC, in the lease negotiations.
