BENSENVILLE, ILL. — ML Realty Partners has purchased a 66,939-square-foot industrial building in Bensenville for an undisclosed price. The multi-tenant property is located at 300-330 County Line Road. Three units are occupied by longstanding tenants, while the last available space for lease totals 16,396 square feet and features two docks and 1,397 square feet of office space. Jeffrey Devine and Steven Disse of Colliers International represented the undisclosed seller. Adam Stokes and Sean Bostrom of Nicolson Porter & List represented ML Realty and will market for lease the remaining available unit.

OMAHA — NorthMarq Capital has arranged a $28.6 million Freddie Mac loan for the refinancing of Broadmoor Hills Phase I in Omaha. The 299-unit apartment property is located at 18510 Capitol Court. Community amenities include a fitness center, indoor basketball court, resident movie theater, onsite restaurant, business center and community clubhouse. Jason Kinnison of NorthMarq arranged the 10-year loan, which features a 30-year amortization schedule. The borrower was not disclosed.

MOUNT PROSPECT, ILL. — Monument Capital Management has acquired The Residences at 1450 in Mount Prospect for $24.1 million. Located at 1450 Busse Road, the nine-building property comprises 222 garden-style units. Some units feature private entrances and patios. Amenities include a clubhouse, pool, grill area, playground, dog park, volleyball court, fitness center and business center. The seller was not disclosed. The buyer plans to implement a value-add program and update the unit interiors.

WAYNE, NEB. — Darland Construction Co. has completed a two-year expansion and remodeling project at Providence Medical Center in Wayne, located in northeastern Nebraska. The 80,000-square-foot project included the addition of a five-room emergency department and ambulance garage. Darland also made renovations to nearly every part of the hospital and completed upgrades to more than 75 percent of the building’s electrical and mechanical systems. The hospital, which now totals 114,000 square feet, remained fully functional throughout construction. Project costs were not disclosed.

CHICAGO — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of a 7,018-square-foot property net leased to DaVita in Chicago for $4.4 million. The building is located at 4323 N. Pulaski Road. The kidney care company has signed a new 15-year, double-net lease with 10 percent rent increases every five years. Austin Weisenbeck, Sean Sharko and Valerie Cook of Marcus & Millichap marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a developer. The buyer was not disclosed.

The 72-unit multifamily property features one-, two- and three-bedroom units as well as a swimming pool and playground. The 10-year loan features a 30-year amortization schedule. Wenson-Bear Creek Westgate LLC was the borrower.

CHICAGO — Cushman & Wakefield has announced the pricing of its initial public offering (IPO) of 45 million of its ordinary shares at a price to the public of $17 per share. The shares will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange and will trade under the symbol “CWK” beginning today. In addition, Cushman & Wakefield has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 6.75 million ordinary shares at the public offering price less underwriting discounts and commissions. The Chicago-based real estate firm expects to use the net proceeds from the ordinary shares to reduce outstanding indebtedness. In particular, the firm plans to repay its second-lien loan, to pay the outstanding amount of the deferred payment obligation related to its acquisition of Cassidy Turley and any remaining net proceeds for general corporate purposes. Cushman & Wakefield filed for its IPO in June. Underwriters include a group of banks led by Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs and UBS Investment Bank.

MILWAUKEE — Colliers International has brokered the sale of a 750,300-square-foot Caterpillar manufacturing campus in South Milwaukee. The sales price was $13.3 million, according to the Milwaukee Business Journal. Caterpillar used the eight-building campus, located at 1022 and 1100 Milwaukee Ave., for its global mining operations. The company is in the process of vacating the property, but still has an ongoing lease. Tom Shepherd, Jennifer Huber-Bullock, Steve Sewart and Sal Strehlow of Colliers represented the seller, New York-based OLP JV Milwaukee LLC. Samuel M. Dickman Jr. and Samuel D. Dickman of The Dickman Company Inc./CORFAC International represented the buyer, New York-based 1100 Milwaukee Ave. LLC. Reich Brothers Holdings LLC was the managing partner for the buyer.

BLOOMINGTON, MINN. — Stan Johnson Co. has arranged the sale of Penn & American, a 58,531-square-foot retail center in Bloomington, for $19 million. Fresh Thyme Farmers Market anchors the center, which is located at 2100 W. 80th St. Tom Fritz, Brandon Duff, Matt Spangenberg and Mackenzie Wolfgram represented the seller, a Minneapolis-based developer. Wisconsin-based SARA Investment Real Estate was the buyer.

The property features 34 lofts and is located at 3433 Locust St. adjacent to St. Louis University. The property is fully occupied. Bobby Mills, Mike Hanrahan and Paul Hilton of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, PW Shoe Lofts LP.
