OMAHA — Lockwood Development has completed the construction of the new corporate headquarters for Northstar Financial Services at 17605 Wright St. in Omaha. The 60,000-square-foot building will include space for approximately 280 employees. The site also includes space for an additional 45,000-square-foot building.

CLYDE, OHIO — A private investor in California has acquired the ground lease for a 4,000-square-foot AutoZone property in Clyde for $7111,111. Mac McCall of Franklin Street Real Estate Services represented the seller, a Georgia-based developer in the transaction. AutoZone has more than 10 locations in Ohio and 4,600 locations nationwide.
SHOREWOOD, ILL. — Quantum Real Estate Advisors has arranged the $3.6 million sale of a 44,597-square-foot shopping center at Route 59 and Verin Boulevard in Shorewood. Tenants at the center include HomeGoods, Payless and Cold Stone Creamery. Chad Firsel of Quantum Real Estate Advisors represented the buyer, a private investor based in Shaumburg, Ill. He also represented the seller, a Minneapolis-based developer.
LEMONT ILL. — Unlimited Carrier is moving its headquarters from Lansing, Ill., to Lemont. The trucking company acquired a 33,400-square-foot industrial building for $2.9 million from Interstate Lemont LLC. The facility is located at 13555 Main St. and features 7,400 square feet of office space, three exterior docks and two exterior rail doors. Unlimited Carrier has selected Development Solutions Inc. to upgrade the building. Benjamin Cremer and Michael Robbins of NAI Hiffman represented the tenant in the transaction. Paul Ahern and Tom Barbera of Interstate Holdings represented the seller.
CHICAGO — Prime Group Realty Trust has secured a $200 million loan for the refinancing of 330 Wabash Ave. in Chicago. Prime Group owns the 52-story office tower in a joint venture with Five Mile Capital Partners. The loan includes a $111.9 million advance that will repay an existing mortgage on the property and $88.1 million that will fund tenant and capital improvements at the building. Landesbank Hessen-Thuringen Girozentrale and New York Life Insurance Co. provided the loan. 330 Wabash Ave. is 88 percent leased and recent leases at the property include American Medical Association and Latham & Watkins LLP.
LIBERTY, MO. — LMV Automotive Systems has signed a lease for a 212,500-square-foot build-to-suit manufacturing facility on 45 acres in Liberty. LMV supplies welded body an structural components to the automotive industry. Becknell Industries is developing the facility and expects to complete construction in the first quarter of 2013. The single-story building will feature heavy power, 32-foot clear ceiling heights and 12,000 square feet of office space. The property is located at 3251 Heartland Drive. GLEN ELLYN, ILL. — Summit Design + Build has completed a 7,500-square-foot office renovation for Career Vision at 526 N. Main St. in Glen Ellyn. The career consulting company is using the space for its new corporate office and career counseling center. Upgrades include new flooring, windows and millwork. Ware Malcomb provided architectural services for the project.
MILFORD, OHIO — FLF Milford, a Cleveland developer, has purchased a 60,000-square-foot office building at 1700 Edison Drive in Milford for $4.8 million. The property is fully leased to American Nursing Care, which recently signed a 10-year lease renewal for the space. The sale also includes 18.7 acres of land for future development. Nancy Ryan and Jim Ryan of Equity represented the buyer in the transaction. Neyer Holdings II Inc. was the seller.
CINCINNATI AND COLUMBUS OHIO — Pembrook Capital Management has arranged a $5.5 million mezzanine loan for the refinancing of an office and flex building portfolio in Cincinnati and Columbus. The portfolio consists of six buildings totaling 600,000 square feet.
PEWAUKEE, WIS. — BJ Electric Supply has renewed its lease for 20,575 square feet of retail space in the Pewaukee Commerce Center, located at N25W23040 Paul Road in Pewaukee. Mike Fardy, Tom Shepherd and Jim Larkin of Colliers International represented both parties in the transaction.
